The food was good. Fresh. The place was a little dirty the tables and the floor. But I don't know if they were busy before we arrive there.

Delicious burgers for a hefty price, but what's a little extra $, for a great burger! Hope it stays, Mililani location seems to be lacking clientele ... so many eateries affected by Covid mandates.

Five guys for someone like myself is a Treat Yourself kind of place to go, I like it because I can customize my burger order to what I like to have in it. And have a shake as well, but my favorite part of five guys... is their Cajun seasoned fries.

The burgers and fries are always delicious. The store was hotter than I expected. I didn't see the peanuts out to snack on while waiting for our order.

I just watched the nastiest thing ever at five guys. The guy working at the counter taking the orders had gloves on, then went to the bathroom with his gloves on, came out and directly started touching the food with the same gloves. He never changed them. Refund, please!!!!

The taste was good. Fries were good. More expensive than any other burgers. No meal options. You have to choose your meal options. Normal burger restaurant speed. Free refills. Coca-Cola drink options. Employees are kind and fast. Atmosphere is like a bathroom. So hot inside. It needs more cooling or air conditioning. It makes you feel like in the 70s. It had a bathroom. You have to ask to open it. Overall, the burger is OK. Somehow, it doesn't look or feel like a restaurant. Parking had no issue.

The burgers were pretty good. I like that you Could add any additional toppings for free like grilled mushrooms and onions . only bacon was additional cost. it's quite expensive. I still like Teddy's Bigger Burger more.

I did not care for the cheeseburger and I did not finish it. I did not care for the milkshake and I absolutely love ice cream. I did not care for the fries at all they were too salty and other places make them much better. I did enjoy the Coke. And it was way overpriced for all of that bread.

There was an insect in my burger. Unfortunately Five Guys in Mililani has been added to the list of restaurants I will never eat from again.

Burgers are good unfortunately they kinda mislead you on the grilled mushrooms. Hearing the word girlled mushrooms we think fresh right? Unfortunately here at 5 guy's it's just canned mushrooms nothing to get excited about and don't ever get extra or your burger is going to taste like the preserves inside of that mushroom can kinda pickled not the good dill either. Adding on despite that review yesterday. I now believe we have had food poisoning. 4 ordered only 3 Burgers involved everyone who ate a burger has developed abodminal pain, some with fever, all been throwing up and the bathroom is in constant use. 😳With a few other symtoms. SMH..

A burger is 10 bucks and small fries are around 4. Everything seems fresh but the bun is usually slightly soggy when you get it as well as the fries. Not worth the price. It's better state side.

One the best burgers around. Just have to be ok paying the price for a fresh burger. But you can't be disappointed at all. And you need to try thier shakes, so ono.

Haven't been to a five guys in probably 4 years. Not what I remember. The burger was ok... didn't taste fresh cooked. For being well done it wasn't hot. They didn't take the time to melt the cheese so I had a cold hard cheese slice. Not super appetizing. Cajun fries are good. Maybe fry a littleonger. Wouldnt recommend

Way over priced!! Not sure how a family of 4 could afford to eat here. Food was fine. Liked there were charge for extras but we only needed catsup.

This was Five Guys restaurant in Mililani. Very expensive, especially for the french fries. The people taking the order & ringing up the cash register, and whoever was making the food did not know what the hell they were doing! The hamburgers were good but the ice cream shakes were not good at all!

Consistently great burgers and shakes. If you have not tried them, it's probably the best burger joint on the island. (Banzai burger is pretty good too) For me I prefer the single burger pattties because it's taste more balance. It's applies here too. Get the little version of the burger and don't forget the milkshakes.

Five guys never disappoints but this location is very consistent with their attention to detail. Great fries and burgers are what five guys is all about. Super friendly staff at this location. Felt right at home.

Still mad about mt visit here over a week ago! The burger was SLOP! I could have went to mc Donald's for 10 bucks less and been satisfied with a mc double. It was absolutely the worst burger I've gotten from any 5 guys I've been too! The strawberry milkshake was good tho.

Overrated and overpriced, doesn't compare to a majority of other burger joints. The burger quality is worse than home made. The taste is mediocre and overall not worth the money for the greasy mess of a burger thats being served. It shouldn't cost 41$ for two burgers and 2 fries, thats ridiculous... The workers are friendly and service is good though, I wish the best for them.

This location never disappoints. Fries always fresh. Courteous staff. Burgers amazing! Pricey, cost more here than the mainland. Expect to spend at least $25 or more on burger, fries, and a drink.

Definitely wasn't impressed. Cashier was really nice. However the food was the worst I've ever been served from any five guys throughout the states and what I requested to be on it such as raw onions instead of cooked onions wasn't followed. The burger was complete mush. All together the burger was gross, I was better off getting a Mc double for $10 less. Had to ask for my shake as the handed me my order like it had been completed . Shake was good! Fries were good. Place was dead during lunch hour clean for the most part. Tables by the bathroom were dirty but it's whatever. Over all super upset about my burger.

Adding a patty is always great! -1 star for poor packaging. i got my order thro Uber eat and the bag was not sealed properly.

More than decent burger experience with helpful service up front. Bacon was crispy and overall burgers were cooked well without being too oily, fries were fine and peanuts taste better afterwards. Great spot to recharge with a satisfying burger.

The service was absolutely horrible.. I watch the guy making burgers scratch his head with gloves on and start making a burger right in front of me.. I got a refund and left immediately.. hygiene is definitely not a priority there

Generally we like Five Guys hamburgers wish we frequent in the Southern California. The ones that the Mililani branch do not stand out. We prefer the Kapolei Five Guys hamburgers they are really good and unique. If given a blind test, the Mililani branch hamburgers might be labeled "ordinary" which is not something we're happy to say. But that's the way it taste. This is our second visit in two 2-years to the Mililani Five Guys shop. Another matter is it's fun getting roasted peanuts. But here in Hawaii likely the humidity likely makes them taste stale and weeks old. I called the hotline told them so and hopefully they will find ways to maintain the freshness of roasted peanuts. It's a shame that peanuts taste so much like old peanuts.
