I
did
it.
I
drank
the
bright
orange,
sweet
OTF
Kool
aid.
And
I
finally
get
the
hype.
I’ve
never
been
in
shape,
hovering
around
240lbs
and
wanting
to
get
over
my
awkwardness
with
gyms
by
learning
more
about
exercising.
For
me,
Orange
Theory
is
the
perfect
amount
of
accountability:
you
have
to
schedule
the
class,
if
you
late
cancel
you
pay
a
small
fee,
there
is
someone
literally
telling
you
what
to
do
and
how
to
do
it
-
and
they
nudge
you
when
it’s
time
to
push
your
limit.
The
templates
and
themes
make
it
feel
like
a
fun
game,
and
missing
classes
start
making
you
have
Workout
FOMO.
You
learn
more
about
your
body
-
your
limitations
and
what
you’re
capable
of
-
and
hearing
the
coach’s
motivational
words
really
starts
my
day
in
a
great
direction.
I’ve
only
been
a
member
for
about
6
months
but
I’m
so
glad
I
signed
up
because
it’s
changed
my
life.
I
feel
athletic
for
the
first
time
EVER.
I’m
doing
more
and
my
mood
improved.
