    Aloha Personal Training has not only shaped me in a physical sense, but also mentally. Working with Jon has shown me that my goals are of reach as long as I work hard and stay engaged and focused. I've learned so much from their techniques and diet programming. Thank you Aloha Personal Training for always being there for me. Can't wait to compare how my body looked before and after working with APT.

    I am able to perform at my peak because of my training with Jon! He has helped me accomplish 100% of my goals to date and continues to help me meet my expectations as an athlete. I gained so much from training with Jon that I had my teenage daughter train with Candace and her results have been phenomenal; her confidence and strength has soared under Candace’s guidance. Jon and Candace’s fitness and nutrition acumen is so vast and their hands-on approach to health and wellness keeps us coming back; we couldn’t have attained our goals without them! I am grateful for their professionalism during training, as well as their kind and devoted approach to helping us meet our fitness objectives.

    Aloha Personal Training is the best personal training gym I've taken sessions from! My wife and I worked out together rotating coaches between Jon, Brie, and Zack. They were very knowledgeable about healthy living/eating habits and offered excellent training sessions! I highly recommend Aloha Personal Training! 👍👍

    I love training at APT! My mobility and strength continues to improve and the added bonus of nutrition keeps me feeling my best health wise. Jon and Candace stay current on training techniques creating customized programs as they truly realizing that one size does not fit all. They strive to understand your goals and help you achieve them. I especially value how they complied with the pandemic regulations and maintained a safe environment for training! Visit APT if you’re looking for personal training, you won’t regret it. My life has changed for the better❤️

    I was in Hawaii for a travel nurse assignment and wanted to find a gym that was similar to my gym back at home. Aloha Personal Training was that and more. I was able to set goals and was also pushed beyond those goals - in a healthy and manageable approach. Jon, one of the owners, is so welcoming and quickly set me up with days that worked with my schedule. I trained with Zack and our training sessions were so much fun. I will definitely be back at Aloha Personal Training, even if it's just for a quick visit!

    Jon and Candace have transformed me and my family. Their dedication to our fitness goals, living a healthy life style and most of all being consistent in our workout routine and food log.     Been training w Jon for years and he always pushes me to another level. Started with him to learn proper Crossfit techniques with olympic lifting which has been hugely beneficial and something that continues to be improved upon. He also helped me to get my first ring muscle up. He and Candice are at the top of their game, they're great with athletes and those just looking to improve general health and fitness. Is the cost worth it? Absolutely - 100%, try them out for a few sessions and see for yourself. You'll never want to quit after you start seeing the benefits and results - plus you'll just feel amazing. Know your goals upfront and let them know what you are hoping to achieve so that a workout can be tailored to your results. If you are looking for a personal trainer, and are on the fence - look no further, APT is amazing.

    I’ve been Jon’s client for awhile. I needed his personal approach to help me age gracefully. I asked him to help me with increasing my ability to perform my ADL (activity of daily living) and prevent me from falling. You see, I watched my mother encounter many medical fallouts due to falls. Other day, I noticed I was carrying a 15 pounds of bag rice using only one hand! I was grocery shopping and I was transferring a 15 pounds of rice from a cart to back of my car. Not bad for a 70 years old lady. I’m grateful I found Jon who makes me do things I don’t want to do. He tells me to show up and he’ll keep me old and strong! lol 😂

    Such a beautiful facility with really talented trainers on staff. I have been working out with Candace for years now and I know personally I am stronger and better at my gymnastics and barbell movement as a result of her coaching. Her and Coach Jon have built a really neat and organized training gym that is a pleasure to workout in!!! Give them your fullest attention if you want to get stronger or improve in any athletic area

    I had the pleasure of training with Jon during my month long stay on O'ahu. Jon and I worked to figure out my nutrition and come up with a good workout plan I could stick to on my own. Jon was really patient with all my questions about different exercises and stayed focused on my goals for the workouts. I got some great guidance on my form, and will feel much more confident tackling workouts on my own in the gym. Thanks, Jon!

    Aloha Personal Training is the best personal training I have ever experienced! I have loved all types of workouts ever since playing soccer and volleyball as a kid. As I have aged, I continually need to find new ways to keep my body strong, active and injury free as well as my mind motivated. Jon and Candice are able to listen to my goals and work with me to achieve them with engaging, fun and hard workouts. I am always sore after. They also have so many value adds like body type analysis, food journaling, community, and continued learning. I am grateful to have found these amazing people and continue to refer all my family and friends. Anyone and everyone can benefit from sessions at APT!!!

    The trainers are very professional. They can prepare a training program tailored to the health and the strength of your body, including your diet nutrition. Both my wife and I are taking up the training there. My wife’s osteoporosis problem has been improving since starting the training and is continuing with the training. Since she doesn’t take any medication for the osteoporosis, her doctor advised that the training is good for her and should continue. I would recommend Aloha Personal Training for the benefits of your health and body shape.
