the food and service is not terrible, but could be better. the only problem, the biggest problem, is the way the drive thru/narrow driveway/parking lot is arranged: terrible and very inefficient, especially when you all combined Pizza Hut WITH Taco Bell. traffic is worse! location is bad because when the line is long, it creates traffic on THE STREET, and it's close to an intersection. also, I COMPLETELY AGREE with that review about DoorDash (or ANY delivery services for that matter) drivers not being allowed to pick up at drive thru, like before at the old location. like, why not?? what's the difference, Taco Bell??

I don’t know who hired this monotone guy at the drive thru who likes to tease peoples voice, but cmon dude. You really hate your job that much, just go somewhere else or work the food line. It sucks to be felt like your being bullied.

The drive thru lane ALWAYS takes well over 15 minutes, and it has been this way for well over a year. Unacceptably slow

This place is alright. It is not as terrible as some of the other reviews make it out to be, so try it out! One of the few quick fast food places that I can count on. *-*-*-*-* Update: I don’t know who works the late shift on a Sat night here, but they helped serve several cars of people thru the drive thru 5 min from close. This is supposed to be fast food! I called the Kaneohe store 3 times and the corporate office twice while wasting my night away in the drive thru line with only 8 cars in front of me. I have 6 still in front of me. Arrived 6:28 pm its 7:05 and I am trapped in the line. Someone needs to address this, I dont know what the deal is but this isn't how Taco Bell wants business conducted I'm sure of it!!! Exit time 7:15

Their drive through and parking lot configuration is challenging. Wish they had a drive around lane but due to the lot size and the building size and location it is less than optimal if you are trying to dine in.

The drive thru here is horrible. Even picking up the parking lot is very tight. The food is good though so it's worth it.

When I'm looking for the menu in the drive through, so I can have my order ready before I get to the order screen, I can't find the menu on the website or over Google. Makes the whole experience hard and I'll probably choose another venue for my fast, take out food service.

This is the Taco Bell that we always go to. The food is always good. We have never had any issues with the staff. The big problem is the drive thru and parking situation. As others have mentioned, the drive thru line snakes through the parking lot so when it is busy it is hard for both people parking and the drive thru patrons to navigate. The last time we were in the drive thru line it went all the way through the parking lot to the street.

We normally use the drive thru and it's VERY quick and easy, especially with the TACO BELL APP! They make it much easier. You order ahead and it's ready for you to pick up in the drive thru by name!

Never got my food so I can't even review that. What I will review is the service at this Taco Bell. Overall my experience was extremely negative, what basically happened is I ordered from the mobile app to speed things up since the drive thru line was so long. I go inside to check in and someone checks me in and says my order will be out in a few minutes. I wait 20 minutes and go back to the counter for a status update. Another person is at the counter this time and rudely tells me that I'm supposed to check in and that's why my food isn't ready. Well obviously I already checked in and I tried telling this person, but they weren't hearing any of it. This person seemed like the manager too, so for them to act so unprofessional is a big red flag for how this restaurant is ran. I would either avoid this restaurant entirely, or see if there's a way to get this Taco Bell to retrain / rehire their staff. My experience here was unlike any other Taco Bell and left a sour taste in my mouth despite not even getting my food.

I sadly was bullied into purchasing a drink I didnt want and was snapped at multiple times times. I was very polite and tried not to be a bother, but the menu in the drive thru only showed freeze drink flavors, trying to explain I didnt want a freeze and ask what non freeze flavors were available is why I was snapped at and treated harshly. Then he put a freeze as a part of my order. When I got to the window I tried to explain that I wasnt trying to cause trouble I just wanted a drink that isnt a freeze he sternly told me my total and trusted his hand at me for my card. I was to stressed and intimidated to keep trying to talk so I just handed over my card and waited for him to thrust over my stuff, I weakly got out have a nice day then he slammed the window in my face. I'm too intimidated and scared to ever go there again.

Got this one lazy kid working the drive through. Talks slow, doesn't listen to orders at all, and had us in the drive through for twenty minutes with only four cars in front of me. He has a serious attitude problem and takes even longer when he's on his period
