    I love these guys. every time I go in they give me a very cheerful welcome. there's no pressure on sales they always answer any questions. truthfully and honestly very very helpful group of people. thank you so much for everything!

    They really helped me out of a bind!! I purchased a 1oz gold bar on eBay, turned out to be fake. They helped me with documentation to prove my case with PayPal. They were able to put the bar in a machine to show the metallic compounds that made up the bar… thanks Alan Helpful and friendly, mahalo for your aloha!

    I read all the reviews for gold exchange on Maui, Kamaaina Loan got five star ratings. I didn't bother going to any other businesses; I was treated fairly and respectfully.     Today was my first time in the shop and within the first few seconds of being inside I had already found something I wanted. Diana was super sweet and super quick to get me some help in terms of getting a closer look at an item. Deals are seriously unreal. Definitely another go-to-Wailuku spot added to the list🤙🏽

    I had the most amazing experience with this company. Uncle Alan assisted me and guided me through in compassionate and professional manner. I’ve heard a lot of war stories regarding pawn shops. And to be honest, I was intimidated. But, they really helped relieve the pressure. Mahalo!
