In addition to giving me wrong info, my well behaved 10 months old was not allowed to sit on the chair in the waiting room. So I had to hold him and try to read the papers. The ladies at the reception are too busy with themselves to help someone else. The best help I received from the soldier waiting in the line. Pretty negative experience with useless, very slow, arrogant, hartless and selfish ladies.

They have a great staff and plenty of services/programs that can help with any situation you may be going through.

The finance guy was so awesome and so amazingly helpful!! He was courteous and intelligent and knew the ins and outs to assist military families. I'm so glad we went.

Mrs. Goins has affairs with the husbands/fathers of military families that she’s supposed to be assisting/supporting. I don’t think she’s fit to work for ACS.
