    Very rude and unprofessional customer service... tried to explain our family situation and was met with "we don't do that", "you need to call the airlines". Then when I asked to call my husband to inform him the change. I was told they would have to shred our documents and we have call them back to start over. The icing on the cake was when they hung up on me! All I was asking "why do they have to shred our documents" and why can't she wait till I call my husband. I was very upset with the lack of professionalism. No phone etiquette!! I would prefer to give this place zero Stars.

    Customer service at its worst. The lady with a curly hair has a negative attitude. Her first statement was “I can’t help, close the door, what do you need?” before I even had an opportunity to ask her a question. Smh

    Incredibly rude and unprofessional! They would not let me ask any questions or concerns that I had and kept referring me to go back to my company. The woman was extremely pushy and did not care for me to be there at all and was rushing for me to leave. Extremely disappointed on the customer service.

    So I decided to wait a few days after my visit before I wrote my review. Well my anger and disappointment have not dissipated. The person I worked with had no customer service bedside manner, and was very much a very grouchy and unpleasant person. There was something not fille do it on my paper, and the vitriolic way she said “this is not filled out,” was very nasty and so unnecessary. I was quite surprised, because I have seen and heard how nice the emergency leave person is from SATO, so this was quite a surprise. Just be warned when going in, don’t expect and warm office.

    Impersonal at best. Everything is by phone appointment and they are helpful, but it’s like buying online. You have no idea what kind of service you will get. In office experience is less than acceptable. They are not personable at all and it’s like a mad dash to the finish line. They just want you out of their sight. Customer service is lacking and professionalism needs retraining.

    Shafter location was extremely helpful when I called. I had little information of my booking and they looked it up with no problem and very quickly. Great customer service especially during these weird Covid times. Thank you!

    Least helpful and most unfriendly Sato travel I have run across in my 19yrs of service. Clearly the contract and requirement that we use them has gotten to their head. I will be heading to a different office for PCS assistance and I suggest you do the same. Airforce bases are always premier.

    EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Example, Someone asked a question and was met with "don't be dull." And that's just one of the many things witnessed from one visit. Unbelievable.
