I had the best hair and makeup day of my life! I did a hair trail with Nikki to figure out what style I wanted for my wedding and I’m glad I did. But honestly the trail didn’t really reveal how amazing my hair was going to be on my wedding day! Nikki did such a good job on my hair (and bridesmaids) it blew my mind. My hair stayed up and completely perfect the entire night though dancing and everything! I was super worried about how my hair would turn out weeks before my wedding simply being I’m paranoid. I loved my updo so much I screamed with delight when it was done, “Nikki you nailed it!” My hair still looked SO good at the end of the night I decided not to take it down. I woke up the following morning with my hair STILL looking amazing (not kidding) so I kept the styling in all day, for our morning after wedding brunch, AND the adventure photo shoot we did in the late afternoon! Two days of an updo for the price of one!!! Ha!! Now, let me tell you about the makeup…I am NOT a makeup girl at all. I told Nikki it was really important for me to have a natural look as I didn’t want my almost husband to not recognize me (he doesn’t like when I wear makeup) but I wanted to look good for photos. Nikki did exactly that. I absolutely loved my natural looking makeup. I looked exactly like myself just slightly smoother and eyes popped a bit more it was awesome, way better than I ever imagined! 100% go with Love and Beauty! I could not have felt more lucky having Nikki do my hair and makeup for my elopement in Maui 2 weeks ago. The hair and makeup artist I originally booked had a personal emergency less than 2 days before my wedding. I was obviously disappointed and a bit panicked when she notified me that she wouldn't be available, but she recommended Nikki to me. Nikki took me last minute, and wow, was she amazing on so many different levels. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Nikki is so warm and easy to connect with. She put me at ease right away. We've never talked prior and she had no idea what I looked like or wanted. I literally showed her a few pictures and she somehow knew exactly what to do. She listened to my feedback and in between working, had time to converse with both me and my husband. She took her time and I really felt like she cared about her work... and me! In the end, my hair looked like a piece of art. I didn't even know my hair could do that. And my makeup was exactly how I pictured it and stayed perfect even 12 hours after she had done it! I'll always remember how Nikki swooped in and saved my big day. I highly highly recommend Nikki for any event that requires you to look your best and have a great time in the process of getting there.

Nikki did my hair and my makeup for my wedding and it turned out amazing! I had such a nice relaxing morning getting ready for my big day and have never felt more beautiful. My hair and makeup stayed perfect throughout the entire night. She is beyond talented and you will not regret booking her.

Nikki did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and makeup the day of my wedding. My husband and I had a sunrise ceremony at Haleakala, so she had to come to us VERY early (which I am still beyond thankful for!). She was so kind and professional, on time, and worked quickly but carefully. She followed my inspiration pics and made me feel more beautiful than ever, seriously! Also, the summit at Haleakala (where our ceremony was) is really cold and windy, but my hair, veil, and makeup stayed intact and still looked great even after several hours. We could not speak more highly of Nikki and the entire Love and Beauty Maui team. From the very beginning of coordinating services, Nikki was so professional and wonderful to work with. She is organized and an exceptional communicator. She went above and beyond to do a bridal hair and makeup trial for me only three days before my big day! I seriously have never felt so beautiful. Her team took excellent care of my entire bridal party. We were all so happy, and our hair and makeup lasted all evening long. Aside from excellent hair and makeup services, Nikki and her team had amazing personalities and were so fun to get to know and work with. Absolutely a MUST BOOK for brides in Maui!

I am blown away! I have worked together with Nikki and her team many times before and have always felt that they were one of the best, I have seen their work and knew they were my favorite. But to be their bride and my family be their bridesmaids... absolutely blown away. I cannot recommend them enough! They are so talented and so sweet but something that you don't know about until you have experienced it yourself, is the level of calm these ladies provide. Once I got into Nikki's seat I felt so much love and like a true friend was working on me. She took everything I wanted and not only delivered but made it better all while having the most soothing conversation. I wanted to look my best on this day for obvious reasons, but Nikki truly made me feel beautiful. Emily was her partner for the day and Emily's work was incredible as well.
