A repeatedly frustrating experience time after time. They have decent wings but the service and portions are usually lacking,, inexplicably even on slow days. The menus are falling apart and missing pages. When the minuscule salads finally arrive (literally 4 bites of lettuce and done) we have no utensils to eat them with. It's honestly just one sloppy, unnecessary mistake after another that keeps me away for a year at a time. Can't they just get their act together, ever? They can't really on pretty girls to win customers over.

This is one of the worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. The staff were very nice and tried their best for it seems like there was one person for the whole place, their ordering machine was broken so they had to write everything by hand and as the bar computer was frozen the drinks were slow :(

4 out of 4 of us for its OK. Food was OK, service was meh. Took a little while to get our food as others mentioned. Not bad but not great. No conversation, in and out with our orders. Everyone expected a little more interaction from the staff, but pretty much nonexistent, and they weren't busy at all. Agree that I prefer other places over here for lunch.

Showed up with my wife to meet friends for a football game. Immediately got served a beverage but I waited twenty minutes before walking to the bar and asking the bartender to order food. She said that our server would come over. We ordered wings and a Philly cheesesteak Texas style. Wings were alright but the Philly was terrible. One bite in the bread and I was done. Ate two fries and they tasted like microwaved McDonald's fries. Another upsetting part, as you can tell from the picture, is that there was maybe 1.5-2.0 ounces of meat. The rest was the cheddar sauce I paid an extra couple dollars for. I left it for the waitress to throw out. I got a bill for the entire meal. I would have complained but didn't want an awkward scenario for the long duration we were going to be there. All in all, I Paid 40 dollars for 10 wings and a diet soda.

I will start off by saying that I love Hooters, but this had to be the worst experience I have had at one. The service was very slow, the waitress messed up our food order, the food took forever to come out and it took 20 minutes to get the bill.

Came in for the Chiefs vs Patiots game. The fried pickles were ok, it needed to be just a little thicker to taste the pickle. Stephanie was a great server during the busy game. Always smiling. Update: came in for endless wings. And it was great. Just the first batch came out slow. After that everything was great

One of my top Hooters experiences! And I've been to a lot of Hooters. Sophie was an amazing host perfect Hooters girl, she's a nurse, she surfs great sense of humor. Down fall is there was no merchandise to purchase which really stunk. But drinks and food was delicious.

I really like Hooters specially to watch games and have some good spicy wings, but this time,at this location it was a huge disappointment. The service was horrendous!!! 2 hours for a round of 2 beers and 2 Pepsis (they don't have coke, yeah I know). We wait that long because the match but OMG! You have to know that if you want to have a nice meal in a reasonable time, this is not the place. Wings 15 pc 20.99, Pepsi 3.79 and small stella draft beer 6.95.
