It was the worst place in Hawai. We waited an hour for food. We could have waited long enough if the food was delicious, but there was no proper guide to the food seat, we stood like an island while being guided. The male server, Tyler(?), threw a straw and gave me the pasta sauce still smeared on the dishes. I found another server other than the male server, but the female servers also ignored me and openly avoided our table. They probably didn't want to provide services to Asians as us. I didn't wanted to give you a tip, but the tip was circled on the receipt. it deserved no tip, but because of the food, I provided the lowest tip for reference. I never want to visit this branch again even though food is good compared to service.

mahalo iā 'oe !! My first experience at the Red Lobster and albeit a yummy feast! We took full advantage of the Bottomless Shrimp Monday night offer at 25 bucks a person is awesome quality. A plethora of fresh, super fat and tasty shrimp across four different flavors. My personal favorite by far and all my refills were the Wooden Grilled Shrimp which had a dope wooden and barbeque-like smoky texture to them. They literally tasted so good, my stomach had to stop me before my brain could catch up! Our server was great and a super nice dude, he even doggy bagged me some refills (Wooden Grilled of course) to go, which made another awesome dish for next days dinner. Also snagged me some nice hot sauce to dip those crazy good shrimp in. Tip.. don't fill up on the biscuits ya'll! 🤟

Terrible experience here tonight. Reservation for 7pm got us attitude and hard stares from the front desk clerk. After ordering appetizers and our main course, we waited maybe 8 minutes for some OK appetizers. This is where the waiting began, it took red lobster 70 minutes to give us our food. After countless,"it'll be out in 10 minutes" we finally got our food after an hour of waiting. The lobster was rubbery and lukewarm at best. Pasta was bland, shrimp was Ok. The rice was fridge cold, not even an attempt to quality control was attempted at our dinner. The excuse for the wait? 2 large parties had come for celebrations... The restaurant wasn't even half full. If they are unable to accomodate a half full restaurant, then they are surely incompotent for a full and busy night. I strongly reccomend you consider other spots for your business, unless you plan on staying 2 hours, endlessly waiting for cold, tasteless food.

A group of 6 of us had reservations at 3pm. We got there early, around 2:50 or so. We were sat in a section waiting on the shift change. The server was 20 minutes late, it took 40 minutes to get our salads, 3 of our Cajun chicken pastas were over seasoned and you could tell it was sitting in the window because most of the noodles hardened from it. We had to ask a manager for refills and to check on our food. I would not recommend this place to anyone as we had 2 separate evenings that did not go well at all. My salmon was decent and the potato was very salty.

We decided to try their all you can eat shrimp option and was not disappointed. The shrimp scampi, coconut shrimps, and garlic butter shrimps were all very tasty. We also like their warm and soft cheese biscuits. Although the restaurant was very busy, our server was very friendly and attentive. Overall we had a wonderful meal and experience. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

OMG STAY AWAY! DON'T CAN'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!!! I didn't think it was possible, but did you know crab legs could taste like nothing? Literally nothing. Tofu, white bread and even water have more flavor. The service was horrible but I still tipped the server (who was actually the bartender) because it was obvious that the problems were 100% management's fault. How do I know? The HUGE stack of "we're hiring" solcitations at the host stand and the fact that the bartender was waiting on 20 tables and the hostess was bussing every table in the restaurant. Also, there was only 1 cook for the whole place and it was being managed by a trainee because the actual manager was trying to help in the kitchen. The service took so long that even with validation, the parking garage still charged us $5 because we were there and hour and a half. Keep in mind we couldn't actually eat a full meal. All I had was broccoli (which was delicious BTW) and my husband had half an order of cheese sticks. Why did he only eat half? I'm glad you asked, it's because he gave up waiting for maranera sauce after 20 minutes. The biscuits were burnt and flavorless. If you look through my reviews I've never been this criticle. That's because I only give honest reviews. There's no way these other reviews are real. If you don't belive me go ahead and take your chances and let me know how that works out for you. Good luck! WE WILL HAVE NIGHTMARES OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

My first time in Red Lobster and I must say, the food I ordered was good (pasta with seafood) but I think it really depends what you order as some people in my group didn't like it, some of the fried seafood did turn out too oily. The service was not good as we waited over an hour for our order and we saw 4 groups that was seated after us and had their food and 2 of them left already when we were just getting our food. Our server was nice but no communication at all about our order on why it took so long which is not ideal with kids that are getting impatient. The server also asked if we prefer to have the kids food much earlier but it came with everyone else's.

Just went there for a dinner whilst on honeymoon and the staff were amazing. The food was amazing too and I don’t even like seafood so I had the steak but my wife was in heaven with all the seafood options. The waitress (Krystal) then bought out a dessert for us to mark our honeymoon with a little congratulations message. Thank you all for making our honeymoon that bit more special!

Service was great this time. Food was also top notch. Shrimp and lobster were very fresh and tender, didn't have any frozen feeling. Tables were very spaciously social distanced, so we felt very safe. Overall awesome experience this time. We had the Lobster Dreamers pasta whatever it's called, highly recommended!

Finally went out after quarantining myself for weeks and getting stir crazy to enjoy a very good meal. It was a treat for me to have steak and lobster for an early dinner. Only issue was the price in Hawaii is $5 more for my meal than the email ad that I received. Guess that's the cost of paradise.

Our birthday group lets the birthday celebrant choose the restaurant when we all gather for dinner. Good variety of food to choose from if you enjoy seafood. One participant couldn't eat seafood and had limited choices. I personally enjoy seafood so I had no problem. I don't like it that the rewards program deletes your points if you don't come often enough.

We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 17th Birthday!!.... and of course Father's Day!! Food was amazing!! Only thing was, they had our Open Door reservation mixed up. (Wrong name, same time and amount of people, etc...) Other than that everything was good!! They also brought out a special Birthday dessert and staff sang Happy birthday to my daughter. **I'd recommend making a reservation through Open Table. They get very busy during dinner time and we didn't have to wait in that long line.

Excellent staff. Food is delicious. The service is prompt. Your meal is served promptly. The waitress, Jan professional customer service person. 5 stars!

The service was relatively fast and the waiter was on top of it. He even recognized the fact that my chowder was room temperature and he replaced it. I had the rainbow trout and my daughter had the fried shrimp. Both were delicious. If you're looking for familiar food from a familiar place, this Red Lobster is great!

Avoid eating here. Like seriously with all of the restaurants going out of business you would think restaurants that's still running would put more pride into there food. The fish was OVERCOOKED like jerky and the cheesesticks was soggy, cold, and definitely not in the cheesesticks category and seemed like it was just the end pieces of the fish. My 3 year old chocked on a piece of fish while trying to swallow a piece and that mad me upset enough to contact restaurant, grubhub, and write a review. If u can send off food like this to anyone wiether they are spending $1-$100 make sure it's your best or atleast decent. I wouldn't serve thus to my pets. If this is there best find another eating establishment. Please

Dec. 4th,2020 / Friday Order# 979954352 Red Lobster 0672 Pickuptime:0735pm My name is B.S.D Check# 509267 Honolulu, Hawaii I waited in the lobby area for awhile. Under 2-4 minutes. One of the waiters motioned me and explain wait by the bar for curbside pick up. I went to the bar and waited for 3-5 minutes. It was peak hours and I understood that they are busy. The restaurant seemed full to capacity. I understood and patiently waited. I was watching the TV by the bar area. The bartender said, " Pick up ! " I said, " Yes. " and he helped me. He went to the kitchen area. 2 minutes later. A male with a black shirt introduced himself as the curbside customer assistance. His name is Mike the server; he apologized and said, " I'm in charge of curbside pick up sorry I am late. " I said, " That's fine. I'm in a rush. I got to go. " He walked away and his body language was sarcastic and mumbled something to me. I gave him the money but he refused to take the $90.00 cash. The reason is because I want to expedite the process. He did not take the money. 2nd time he came back &  he had food order in hand. I ordered from the website so I knew the order was around $74.?? cents. I gave him $90.00 dollars in cash. Please check the cameras. I gave him 3 bills. (1) $50.00 bill (2) $20.00 bills I counted outside the store and counted 3x inside the store by the lobby and bar. He accepted the cash and he knew I gave him $90.00 dollars because I told him. I said, " $74.00 dollars. I am giving you $90.00 dollars. He knew that. Because if I was under he would have came back or told me. He never gave me a receipt the 3rd time he approached me. Never gave a receipt and only gave me $5.00 dollars. I asked for the manager and I explained i gave him $90.00 and he gave me back $5.00. I said, " It could be a honest mistake. " But I knew he is lying. Please investigate...... he did not give me back the correct change and zero receipt. ???? I don't understand why ? Last time I ate there was Oct. 2020. I don't feel good about the experience I received. I believe in 2nd chances, give him a second chance. I do believe since he did not give me a receipt he tried to cheat me as crazy as that sounds because I gave him more cash. $90.00 - $74.00 = 15.?? Cents

It didn't seem possible that with so many bad reviews this restaurant would be in business. My wife and I came in to order out and we were able to see most of the wait staff at work. The bartender/waiter on duty (9/5/21) was fantastic at his job. He kept the drinks made while still taking care of his own tables. The other wait staff were courteous and went in and out of the kitchen area with speed and synchronicity. I would go back to this restaurant every time I am on the island for vacation. The food was fantastic and plentiful. I need to remember that when ordering so I don't over do it next time.

Red Lobster. A nice place to come dine if you're in the mood for seafood. I'm not personal fan of lobster, but my other half showed me that there are other things to order that don't have lobster included in the dish, so I got myself a shrimp cocktail, calamari, and crab legs. There are also fish plates and other things if you're allergic to shell fish, you just need to look at the menu carefully. :) Big thank you to our server Craig who was on top of his game and also being considerate about how we would like our food served. It's really appreciated. 😀 Also, if anyone is looking for somewhere to apply as a job, red lobster is hiring at this location. 🤫

Probably the worst place I have ever been too . Food order was wrong . The lobster was rubbery and inedible. The wine was amazing though . Manager came over and apologised. Said the lobster was over cooked and should have not been served . To her credit see waived the bill .

Honestly, this place is good value for money as long as you know what to expect. We had two shrimp meals, one was a new one on the menu with a sweet Thai chilli flavour which was recommended but the waiter and it was delicious! Also the brownie sundae for dessert was really good too. All meals em were great portion sizes and the waiter (sorry can’t remember your name) was a local dude who was just great. A solid 4/5 - 4.5/5

For some reason the Red Lobster in Honolulu, HI is much better than the one near me. The dinners were delicious and even a step above from the usual great quality of Red Lobster. The staff was short handed with current low staffing, but the service was as excellent! The interior is a standard Red Lobster, clean and warming, just wished they would allow some local flair, this is Waikiki!

  • 5/5 Malaysia C. 1 year ago on Google
Although they were busy, our drinks were brought out fairly quickly and they managed to get all of our food out at the same time. The service was quick and attentive and our spot in the restaurant was very comfortable. Red Lobster continues to be my favorite restaurant 💛 Quick tip for date night: get the Admiral's Feast ;)

Nice place. The food is great and everything is well cooked! The waiter is very friendly and nice. The restaurant is a bit old and worn out. Also it is a bit dim. This is good place for people from outside US to get a lobster meal!

This was my first ever Red Lobster meal. Outstanding food and super quick service. We were warned it may take some time for our food, but it took no time at all. We ordered the ultimate feast with lobster, scallops and shrimp, Everything was cooked to perfection and was super tasty.

Wait was short, waitress was nice and food came out fast. Food was disgusting. I had lobster bisque and it tasted like it came from a can and mixed with canned cheese. My daughter had scallops and crab cake combo. Scallops tasted like butter only. Crab cakes were burnt and just bland. Almost edible but stomach was questionable at this point. My dad got crab legs. Literally not one shake of seasoning. I don't know if I can ever stomach Red Lobster again.

Great place! They seem to have a condensed menu, due to COVID-19 but it’s still worth it. The drinks were good and the food was a 7.5 out of 10. Would think they could get more local fish varieties at this location. Still a great place to grab a bite and then go for a walk through the marina. You have to walk off those cheese biscuits

Service was good, but the food wasn't. Ate lunch with my friend, and we both opted for the create your own. We both ordered the coconut shrimp, which were thin and hard, both ordered the bay scallops, which were bland, she got the scampi, and I got the crab cakes, which were kinda mushy. She ordered the green beans, which were over cooked, and the cesar salad, which was fine. I ordered the Brussels sprouts which were ok, but I got the mashed potatoes with the added sauce and lobster, and it was over salted, and the very few lobster pieces I got in it, were hard and rubbery. Definitely not worth the extra $4+. The biscuits were delicious, as always, and were honestly the only truly enjoyable part of our meal. My friend and I aren't really ones to waste/send food back, so we just kept our mouths shut.

Lots of parking space just be cautious of floors that are rented out completely. Staff is always nice. They are currently enforcing the covid restrictions such as limit of 5 ppl per table, masks on unless actively eating/drinking, etc. Food is always good, although it may take some time to be prepared the buttery rolls definitely keep your mouth occupied.

I was picking up a To-Go order, and the staff was nice, but this guy kept staring at me while sitting on the benches. I thought he was homeless. Then, he walks right inside. I walked in to get my food, and a bunch of people from the mainland came in and were crowding me, being real loud and ghetto kine. A lot of mainlanders, who can't hardly even afford to come here, eat at Red Lobster.
