It was the best. I never received this excellent of service in a fine dining restaurant like this. So much attention to detail, service and such team work to make the customer happy. They made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. They went out of their way for every thing. Went for OUR ANNIVERSARY! The food was the best and presented extremely well. The views are awesome. Live piano music to top it off. My husband mentioned that we were going to move to bar area to enjoy some piano music and our servers moved us and served us desert on the piano. So very Romantic! Main Servers: Yuki & Greg. Are the best.

Wow. Loved coming up here on a recommendation of another guest. Definitely worth the trip. This chef is a culinary artist. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, the wait staff, and especially the leadership. This is a well oiled machine. The folks here also respect the military and all they do. Thank you.

I recommend getting here early for happy hour 4:30pm-6:30pm. And yes steaks are included. They are dam good i dont even know what i got but it was buttery soft succulent and tasty just for a $25 piece. BOOK A TABLE ! I was party of 1 so sat at bar and was not disappointed.

Definitely would come here again and again. Recommend for sure. The bartender may have been a little dry in personality but he was nice and made great cocktails. Beautiful inside and the view!! Wow Great food and drinks and ambiance.

Aloha everyone ; this is my favorite steak house in Hawaii. While there will always be a debate about this I do think most do the steak just right but no place has the ambiance and views or this one. The staff is amazing, the piano music is perfect and no matter where your seated you get to enjoy the beautiful and amazing sights of hawaii from high above.

Amazing restaurant with stunning views. Our server, Chris, went above and beyond to assist us throughout the evening. The drinks and food were amazing, though a little pricey. Probably a great restaurant for special occasions. Prawn cocktail wasn't served with traditional seafood sauce though which was a little bit of a let down, but didn't ruin the dish.

I went here for the first time to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and had a great experience! I thought we made a reservation during happy hour, but unfortunately that is only for walk-ins at the bar and tables before before carpet. It was okay though, we were celebrating and the food was delicious! I got the ribeye and he got the NY steak. My ribeye was flavorful and juicy. The NY was good too, but the ribeye was better and $1 less haha. We also got the lobster Mac n cheese, truffle fries, and truffle mash potatoes . They gave a complimentary lilikoi creme brule for his bday and it was yummy too!

Our server Brandon was great and took really good care of us. We loved his surprise Lilikoi Creme Brulee for our special occasion (anniversary). Not only that it was well presented. It was delicious too! The bone in prime rib eye was the best we have tried so far. It was very juicy and tender. The buffalo jumbo shrimp was awesome and filling. Everything from the view to the food, service, and music were pleasant. Everyone from Brandon to the hosts in the front were very nice. We will definitely be back again.

We went for happy hour and sat at the bar. It is first come first serve, no reservations. You can valet park at Ala Moana hotel for $6 with validation. The rib eye was tender and flavorful. The shishito peppers, oysters and nego toro were tasty. The bloody Mary is on point. I recommend.

Get there early to line up for happy hour. It is well worth the wait. Amazing views and service was excellent. This was my first time. I have yet to pick a favorite appetizer. Start with the steak tartar with the arugula salad. Lychee martini is a must try. I would be back to try new and exciting dishes.

Fantastic dining! We came here for the first time 2 years ago during COVID and were so impressed with the experience. So I booked to dine here again on our 2nd visit to Oahu, Hawaii recently and was for my husband’s birthday dinner. This upscale restaurant is situated on the 36th floor at Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. 10 minutes taxi ride from our hotel, Halekulani in Waikiki. Beautiful decor with nice ambience. Our table has a stunning view of the city & marina. Gorgeous night lights! It was packed at 6.30pm when we arrived. Even the bar was very busy. Lovely live music played by the pianist. Very nice vibe. Great menu. Our food was delicious. Steak was perfect. The crab and shrimp cakes were moist and tasty. The scallops were plump and juicy. Lobster bisque was creamy and flavourful. Our server was very attentive and efficient. The restroom was really clean and cosy.

Went here for our anniversary and it was amazing! It was at night, so the view of downtown was beautiful! There was a pianist that played about 4 or 5 songs that all sounded smooth to the ear. His playing complimented the dimly lit, relaxed atmosphere and made for a very romantic evening. Afterwards the station they had playing soft in the background played "easy listening" versions of popular songs. Which continued the tone set earlier by the pianist. The presentation of the food was very pleasing to the eye! And what's most important about food is, that it was deliciously prepared and tasted great! We will definitely return! But certainly won't wait until next anniversary!

King Crab legs were great and a huge portion. The Ribeye I ordered Pittsburg style was just as I’d hoped. Char on the outside red on the inside. Christian was an attentive and helpful server. Our drinks were great as well. And wow what a view

The food at Signature was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the misoyaki butterfish. However, I found the portion size to be quite small. The steaks, on the other hand, were large and very tasty. The truffle mashed potatoes were also excellent. In addition to the great food, the drinks at the restaurant were strong and reasonably priced. Overall, I thought this was a great place for happy hour with a partner, particularly when the piano player is there. The only downside is that it is quite pricey. However, given the quality of the food and drinks, as well as the stunning view, I would say it is worth it.

Very nice restaurant. Service and food was amazing with large portions proportionate to the price you pay. Every table has a gorgeous view of Diamond Head and the ocean. They even have a live piano player that takes requests and really adds to the ambience. Parking was easy with valet at the Ala Moana Hotel and you hop on the elevator with the red carpet and go to the 36th floor. Our waiter, Peter was very helpful. He was polite, knowledgable about the menu and able to answer all of the questions we had concerning an upcoming large group dinner we have planned here. Needless to say we are definitely going back and have found a great place to enjoy for future date nights and events.

My wife and I visited Oahu and Hawai'i for the first time and celebrated our 4th anniversary here the night before we left. Aaron, Devan and Blake made our night super special and I would highly recommend visiting. Food was great and the service, atmosphere with live piano and view was even better.

Amazing service, very good about keeping strict social distancing, and THE BEST happy hour! Happy hour is 4:30-6:00 daily and fills FAST as first come, first serve. We got there at exactly 4:35 and got the last 2 seats at the bar, all HH tables filled. Trying to get there early won't help as the elevators won't go to the top floor until exactly 4:30. There's a waiting list after it fills, but no guarantee you can get in :( Park at the shopping center mall level behind Macy's and take the skywalk over to the hotel.

I've been here twice! The whole experience was amazing both times, they have a good selection of wine, as well as very good bartenders! The food was amazing and service was great. The atmosphere is nice and so is the view. They are like mortons but do EVERYTHING better at a better cost. Will definitely be going there over and over again!

My family had a chance to enjoy dinner from Signature this week. The ambiance was active and fun. The view was spectacular. The service was very attentive. As for the food, we loved the Miso butter fish, but could pass on the Kurobuta Pork Chop. Loved the garlic fries, but not the Lobster Mac and cheese. The rustic truffle mash potatoes was excellent along with the Liliko'i Crème' Brûlée and the Fuji Apple Pie were WINNERS! Will eat here again!

No complaints with service or location, etc. A general decor update and renovation is obviously in order though... But the food is highly overrated, and dissapointing. The presentation is nice, but the actual food just falls flat. It's like they are trying too hard (or not hard enough). The "famous" truffle mashed potatoes are drenched in cheap truffle oil, creating an illusion of a high end dish...when it's just.. not. Truffle should be subtle, yet powerful. The creme brule, not fresh, and the whipped cream is from a can (high end restaurants should know this is a clear sign of laziness/ cheapness...). If it weren't for the wonderful service, I'd have probably sent back my main dish and complained. Overall, don't go here for that special date/ experience unless you want to settle for high priced mediocrity.

Good food, fast service, and nice view (could be better if you can get a seat facing the ocean instead of the city). We really liked the live piano music. A bit pricey but worth it for a good dinner experience. The filet mignon was delicious! We got complimentary mashed potatoes which was nice (they were good but not memorable). The chopped salad was well mixed. The creme brûlée’s caramelized top was a bit too thick, but the filling was well done.

Such an incredible experience. The views are breathtaking, there's not a bad seat in the house! Superb. Everything just tasted like it was cooked with such care. Great customer service. We had such a pleasant waiter
