We went here for a late night happy hour and I was super impressed. The staffs were really friendly, and their sashimi was good quality and great value. I'm pretty picky with my sashimi, I had sashimi and sushi in Tokyo, Japan before. The salmon kama and unagi box were really delicious.

I went here with my family for a night out and the food and beverages were all wonderful. We had a wide assortment of dishes and all of them were delightful. My family had insisted I try the oyster shooters and I was skeptical at first but they had great flavor and a nice variety of texture, and weren't slimy like I'd expected with raw oysters. The wait staff were attentive and always seemed to check up on us right as we needed them. Later in the night we ordered more drinks and I wanted a mojito which was not something on their menu, but they do have a fully stocked bar. The drink they came back with wasn't quite a mojito. They didn't have fresh mint so they used ginger instead, but it was absolutely delicious and I was very pleased with it! I asked for another a while later and the second time they added fresh cucumber to it, which made it even better!! Very refreshing and delicious. Definitely a top notch place to go to, highly recommended.

We visited Odori-ko in 2013 while they were still at the Waikiki location. That time they were GREAT. We just found out today that they moved to this new location about 4 years ago with a newer menu. This menu doesn't clearly distinguish which food items contain beef in the sauce vs not. Ex: chicken katsu curry has beef in the curry or yakiudon still has fish sauce and fish flakes even though it was requested to be made vegetarian without any meat. Staff is nice to talk to and they remade the food. It would be easier for folks who don't eat all various types of meats to have clarification on the menu. Not only would it improve the customer experience, but also reduce food wastage. Really sad, but this place did not live up to it's expectations for us anymore :(

Best late night sushi and honestly way better than shokudo. Their service has been friendly every time and it’s an all around relaxing vibe. Go here for the happy hour the rolls are generous even with the less expensive prices with a fair amount of fish as well as warm rice.

Excellent food at an excellent price. A friend brought me here as this is one of their go to places. It always a challenge going to a place for the first time not knowing what to expect especially when you are from out of state. This place will not disappoint. All of the food was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming. Great place to have a conversation without feeling rushed while eating. Wish I would have taken pictures of all the food that was ordered. Will definitely be back when I am back for business or pleasure!

Was not impressed at all by the food. The yakisoba cod was smoothed in way too much sauce. The garlic clam was way too garlicky. Oyster shooters was drowning in cocktail sauce. The dynamite I don't even know what was going on there. Could not taste the actual seafood in these dishes.

Amazing sushi and sashimi here! The food is so good and the service is great too. Highly recommend checking this place out and getting the Sashimi Platters. Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, and the prices are great too.

Great place for meeting up with people, with good food and drinks, especially with their early and late Happy Hour just about every day. The menu is food and drinks are pretty wide ranging (though they don't have any dark beers) to offer something for almost everyone. Worth trying out and it won't burn a hole in your wallet. Avoid sitting at the table to the right of the hostess podium, unless you're wearing knee pads!

The food here is very delicious if u dine in, and the service is also very good, but if u take out, then I do not recommend, although they make the take out bento very nice. If u call the phone for the pick up order, the women who pick up the phone always can’t hear what u say, so dine in is the best choice in this restaurant, also Obama came here to eat before.

A hidden gem in Honolulu out of the Waikiki bubble. They have great happy hour specials. I recommend trying a bit of everything and sharing. I especially loved the Hamachi Carpaccio. I found the fried calamari uninspiring so save your appetite for the other offerings. The atmosphere is very pleasant and has a traditional Japanese feel to it and the service is quick and cordial. I believe it is a long running family business and this is evident in the pride they take with their food and service. A satisfying and sweet spot on Kapiolani. *As a side note they do serve alcohol, wine and beer (@ some happy hour prices as well) Google menu

My first time at odoriko and it was great. We had a party of 8 as we were celebrating a birthday. Went during happy hour and as many times as we kept pressing the button for our server, they always showed up smiling. The food was fantastic just like the service! Definitely going again!

Really nice food here! My only concern is tables are too close and we were sitting really close to other customers. I may order take out next time instead of dining in.

Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccably hospitable and attentive to our needs. Honestly some of the best sushi I've ever had. Strongly recommend this spot. What was more impressive was the total for everything that we had gotten, an absolute steal!
