Great Location, great atmosphere, overall good experience. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Twisted Chicken/Mac and cheese. I only gave 4 stars because the chicken sandwich was subpar. Seemed kind of dense and pretty sloppy to eat. The mac n cheese was absolutely phenomenal and would highly recommend. Our order also came out lightning fast which was great. We were in and out within 50 minutes. Overall a nice chill place to relax and enjoy some food

I've heard of Hard Rock Cafe many years, but had never been in one. I found the ambience to be fresh and lively. Today they had live music playing popular music. The menu featured mostly American dishes. I ordered a hamburger, while my wife ordered chicken tenders. Both were pretty good. I thought, though that it was a little pricey when compared to an Applebees or Chili's. The server did provide us with a free dessert-- which we earned after signing up for their rewards program. :-)

We had to mention in order to get things that we needed such as plates and ketchup. When we ordered steak, she did not even ask us how we want it to be cooked. GREAT NIGHT IT WAS DRAG BINGO NIGHT Whenever we visit U.S.A. we like to have a meal at a Hard Rock Cafe. What an awesome night we had even made extra special by watching the drag bingo such a fun night with their performances & comedy show. Meals are HUGE, wait staff we had were fantastic considering it was a full house. We had to wait over 40minutes for our table as we didn't book & just found the Hard Rock Café on our walking travels. Definitely worth the meal.

Please reserve ahead of time. Wonderful experience. Drinks came with a souvenir glass cup. Great service in sanitation, making sure my drinks were always full. Please expect to pay over $50/person plus tip, otherwise do not visit.

Food was good. The place was empty because of covid practices. Felt like we almost had the resturant to ourselves. Drinks were good and the salmon was tasty. Not too expensive. Not a lot of selection on the menu unfotunately.

The ambiance was super nice. I think most people go because of the name tho. The food was just ok. The appetizers stole the show. The entrees were pretty bland. Our server killed the entire vibe for us. He had terrible customer service skills. He was unattentive, unresponsive, and rude. We had to ask for straws 4 different times. Finally another server had to get us some. But back to the food. The chicken wings and crispy shrimp appetizers were amazing. Full of flavor. I ordered the diablo burger and I wasn't impressed. They use monterey jack cheese which isn't a big hit with that type of burger. I would've preferred pepper jack. The jalapeños seemed old. The patty wasn't seasoned at all. The ribs were tender but the sauce lacked flavor. The fajitas weren't seasoned well but they were ok. The slides were super dry. Prob wouldn't return.

Linn was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the restaurant and the food recommendations. The local legendary burger was beyond superb. Can't wait to come back and try it again. Bang playing had some great tunes playing. The decorations was done really well, so much to look at. I try to visit all the Hard Rock Cafes and this was one of my favorite ones to visit.

After having to cancel our reservations due the restaurant having a private function, we decided to rebook a couple nights later. We are so glad we did. The service provided by Jack and the great food made an awesome night. Even Jay down in the shop provided fantastic customer service.

I happened to pass by this store and came in to have a try. I didn't expect it to be such a rock-and-roll store. The overall structure is also novel. The first floor is a shop and the second floor is a restaurant. As soon as I went upstairs, I was attracted by the electric guitar 🎸 from the whole ceiling, which was really cool. Maybe it was just our bad luck because I have been to other Hard Rock Cafes and had better experiences.

We were with our 11 month old and they couldn't have been more friendly and engaging with her and to us! Overall: Definitely worth a visit in your in Waikiki!!
