The service was excellent. The food wasn’t. I got the carnitas tacos. When they came out they were swimming in a pool of oil. When I picked them up to eat they started dripping. The flavor was good but I have never been served a carnitas taco that filled my plate in juice and oil. Like eating oil soup

The food is pricey just a heads up. The food for Hawaii was good. Love the vibe here. The drinks were great. Happy hour is only 1 dollar off margaritas and tacos. Not a very good happy hour specials.

Had quite a good experience here! We got shrimp tostadas, chicken tacos, fish tacos, churros for dessert, and the li hing and strawberry mint margaritas to drink. There is outdoor seating only and it is a quite small dining room area in general. I was grateful we were able to be sat so fast on New Years Eve without having had reservations. The portions are quite small, but the prices for the food is low, as well, so it's quite on-par. Margaritas may be considered a bit expensive. Taste-wise: food was pretty good! Wasn't breathtaking or surprisingly great at all. The fish/meat for the tacos definitely had a bit of a frozen taste to them. Other fix-ins for the tacos were alright. Pretty standard street tacos that just did the job! Service was great. Our server was very sweet, helpful, and friendly!

Greeted by the bartender and informed my group of 3 that we had only 1 hour to eat due to a reservation when there was room at the bar. Then went to tell my group that he would get the table set up for us after agreeing to sit us. That wasn’t what he did. Instead he went behind the bar and started making drinks, making my group wait to get seated. Waitress didn’t have a clue on what the menu included, the ingredients in certain food items. Margaritas is good but very poor customer service.

The food was decent but very overpriced. Overall the atmosphere has good music and friendly staff but we spent over $100 on 3 drinks, 4 sets of tacos, chips and queso and guacamole. So be careful as the prices can add up. I got the pork belly tacos and short rib birria tacos, my partner got steak tacos and the chicken birria tacos. His food was definitely more flavorful than mine. The guacamole was a highlight as it was very fresh. The chips and queso were kind of bland. If you're craving Mexican food, try it but definitely know you'll easily spend a lot of money.

Absolutely love this place. It’s a cute little spot. Service is all over the place the last couple times I went, one time We got excellent service and food and drinks fast. The next time took forever to get food and drinks and my frozen margarita was half melted by the time I got it. Bartender is awesome though. The “queso” though doesn’t taste good. It tastes like powdered cheese and looks like yellow cottage cheese.

Closest thing I’ve found to great street tacos in Honolulu. Last time I came here, it was only the place on the right. Now I see that they’ve expanded with Papa Kurt’s Hamburgers in the middle…that’s kind of weird??? Don’t know if they’d let you order and eat a burger at the same time. Papa Kurt’s does not have dine in. Carnitas and Lengua tacos for us along with a side of nachos. Muy bueno! Definitely worth checking out.

Phenomenal! NOTE: Dine-in and takeout are both available, however I recommend using OpenTable to make a reservation! My wife and I just moved here from the mainland and have tried a few Mexican restaurants that were palatable, but this spot absolutely incredible. We both started with drinks - the "Mezcal Mule" and the house margaritas with guacamole and salsa, all of which were delicious and delightful. My wife got the cheese enchiladas, and I had the carnitas plate and tacos de lengua. Again, all the food was an absolute hit, ESPECIALLY the tacos de lengua, one of my lifelong favorite foods. The waitstaff were all awesome; they were friendly and professional, but not to the point of being stuffy. Even the owner came put and introduced himself before we left, and seemed like a great person. We look forward to dining and drinking with y'all again!

An amazing lively Mexican restaurant that is highly underrated due to its location. It is walking distance from the main city center area. Food is amazing here and so are the margaritas. We stopped by for a quick bite and drinks, ended up ordering chips and jalapeño Queso. The ambience is amazing and I would highly recommend dining in and having a great dinner!

Ordered the House Nachoes, Birria Taco, Fish Taco, Steak Taco, and a Frozen LiHing Margarita. Everything here was so good. Fish Taco and Birria Taco were the highlights. Only wish the food was a little bigger, smaller portion sizes but very good. We also ordered the House Frozen Margarita which was just so-so.

Very great place to eat. I didn't know what to expect other than Margaritas. The Margaritas were good. Tacos were yummy 😋 I'd come here again.

First restaurant we went to after arriving in Hawaii! Food was sooo good! We got the wings appetizer and chips and salsa; super good! I got the burrito w/ queso and when I say that queso was AMAZING, absolutely AMAZING and cheesy. My bf got the steak & shrimp fajitas; he ate literally all his food lol; the only issue he had was the rice was a bit dry to him but the beans made up for that. Great margaritas also!

First time there and it was great. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The drink I ordered was the Halloween Special. Not too strong or weak just right! The fish tacos were delicious and so was the chicken and cheese quesadilla. The Elote was a hint of spicy but too much. The chips were a little over crispy but I think that's just how they make them since they're fresh.

A freind and I decided it was time to visit here as we had not been since before covid. They have expanded and now have the whole corner. Outdoor seating only. Fortunately that corner gets a pretty nice breeze. Food is still good but small portions. Drinks are good as well. We got there at 5pm when they open so it was still quiet but even though our service was really slow. Our waitress was really inexperienced or had other duties to do behind the scence or something so we didn't see her much. She was nice but not very attentive.

This place is nice. We passed by this place while on our way to Walmart and we're like we have to try this place. And it did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Lili was nice and accomodating with our requests. Food and drinks were good. We got the blended Lilikoi Margarita and Virgin Mangoneada and they were refreshing and pleasant, just the right amount of alcohol. The Steak and Chipotle chicken soft tacos were flavorful. We will surely come back.

This is a must stop for the best food and service in Honolulu! Tatiana was our waitress. She was very attentive to the needs of five very thirsty and hungry individuals. Lawrence knows exactly what to do to be successful in the restaurant business. Lawrence has knocked it out of the ballpark with Margaritas... Home Run!!!

Food was great, drinks were just as good. The food here is good, I was impressed. Its not exactly authentic but a good spin on food truck to sit down quality. The drinks are really good, names says it all with the variety of margaritas. They actually put alcohol in it too, not sugary or watered down👌🏼

Been attempting to go tonthis place for a long time! We made it and will be back for sure. The service was outstanding and the tacos were filled perfectly. We had the fresh catch and BAJA fish tacos, Cadillac, Jalapeño and Pineapple (Mezcal) margaritas... Very delicious!!!! The one thing that we were confused on was the valet parking... Didn't know that you had to pay to park. Now we know... Park over at Walmart (second level) and walk over if you not eating late. As for the restaurant... Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! We came here last summer with kids, 4 yo - 15 yo picky eaters, and everyone loved their food. All of it was so delicious - nachos, taquitos, steak street tacos, and more. Don’t miss out on the elote and jalapeño margarita…my favorites! It was a “must go here” for my current trip and it was just as good. The people we were with loved the lychee and original margaritas along with burritos and enchilada. No idea how the stars are not 5 across the board. Don’t think twice about coming here, just do it!

Great food and drinks. Would have given a five but they told us last call for food 5 mins after we arrived for our 8 pm res. They changed their minds when other people showed up, so apparently we weren't important enough for the kitchen to stay open till 9 pm posted hours, but others were.

Service was great as soon as we got in, accommodated a big party, moved some tables around for us. Food was delicious and quick. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome little place with indoor, covered and uncovered outdoor seating. If you thought a place named Margaritas would have good margaritas... you are so right! Their frozen drinks are fantastic! The homemade guacamole, salsa and chips are great. Almost filled up on them. If I wasn't full from the salsa and chips, the big burrito did the job. Definitely going back!
