This place is always incredible. Service food, atmosphere and all. Sean was our waiter last night and he was very impressive. We ordered a 2016 Opus One bottle as well and it was God. They have a great wine selection. We had pretty much everything on that menu for a group of 8. Meats come out all perfectly cooked. Just stay away from the cheesecake....that's an embarrassment. Other than that everything was great. Meat was not as tender as you get in other places but that usually means less chemicals and tenderizers so in my opinion it's a good thing. I came to this place the first time two years ago and it was the same experience. Consistently good food and service. I highly recommend this place!

An elevator ride up takes you into a romantically lit restaurant, filled with professional staff to welcome you. The waiters/servers are very knowledgeable not only on the entrees but with the wine selections as well. We’re not fancy people so having a guide such as the waiter we had was a delight. The bread and butter are complimentary and you can always ask for more. The steaks and lobster were divine, you certainly get what you pay for. The pairing of the wine was incredible. Oh but the dessert was unbelievable, I never knew that a NY style cheesecake could be so amazing. Sugar rested atop the cheesecake as they caramelized it using a torch, it added just the right amount of texture and flavor that truly enhanced the dish. Don’t leave without having had the cheesecake!

My boyfriend brought my here for my birthday. Morton’s made me feel so special! They even gave me a menu that said “happy birthday” on top as well as a complimentary dessert. The filet was melt in your mouth good especially accompanied with truffle butter and a lobster tail. Drinks were strong and tasty. Toni was a fantastic server. So happy we chose Morton’s for a special dinner.

We came here our first night in Honolulu for our 5th year anniversary dinner. The service was excellent and the food was exquisite. Every dish hit the palate to par. Our favorites were the lobster bisque, chopped salad and creamed spinach. Fantastic job!

Made a last minute reservation and was able to check in and sit down 15 mins early. The hostess was very nice and friendly. Got sat down and the server was very friendly and explained everything. Shared a Caesar salad, I went with the strip and it was very very juicy and flavorful! The two sides were cream spinach and Gratin potatoes, both good choices. Then finished off with dessert, Crème brûlée and raspberry sorbet. Great food and service, definitely come back again!

What a great time! We were lucky to have Gregory as our waiter for the evening, he was an absolute delight and takes great care in doing his job the best. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was absolutely delish, we highly recommend the prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer. Great experience!

All five stars! I highly recommend you check this place out. From the service to the ambiance in the atmosphere, this place was a true delight. I order the Cajun Prime Ribeye and it covered the plate. The sides are additional but the portions are for two people to easily eat one side. I would also highly recommend the crab meat Mac n cheese!!! Whewwwwww it was amazing. I wanted second of it even though I was sharing it. It's a bit more on the expensive side but for two people I was about to eat dinner and desert for under $130. Trust me, you won't leave hungry or disappointed and it's to go box friendly.

I mean, it was fine. I don’t get why people go here, as it’s entirely predictable. The food is well prepared (plain baked potato, various vegetable sides, pasta, sea bass, etc), the service, professional and congenial, and the atmosphere, thankfully, with background noise low enough to attempt conversation. It’s a nice restaurant. The portion sizes are copious and very greasy (though the staff manages special orders well) — with the vegetables shimmering in the royal baths and a loaded baked potato setting you back almost 1400 cal, it’s no question why there is obesity problem of this country. The fish was good. Food options are limited if you want to survive the day without clogged arteries. And good luck if you’re vegetarian or vegan. Prices are up there. Our party of 7 ordered no steak, encountered no issues throughout the evening meal. The highlight was the wine list, which has a few good finds from France (we loved our Château Greysac Bordeaux), Italy and South Africa, though it’s mostly big heavy, California wine. The staff are totally down-to-earth about alcohol. There’s also a fun little whiskey flight. Would I go back? No

Our server Chase was attentive and friendly, but the other staff members who were helping him tried to rush us through our meal. On two occasions, they brought us new plates before we had finished eating our previous courses. They didn't ask if we were ready for the new plates, and they ignored us when we said we were still eating. Chase came back to clear our table and apologize, but it was clear that he was not the one who was rushing us. Despite the rushed service, we enjoyed our meal at Morton's. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. We would recommend Morton's to others, but we would advise them to be prepared for the possibility of rushed service.

We were there for Thanksgiving, running late, but the host was so understandable. We got the table right next to the window where food is getting out of the kitchen. Daniela was our waitress. She was so sweet and accommodating at all times. The food was good, like in all Morton's steak houses we have been. Like always, oysters were my focus. They definitely have fresh ones. It might be a bit awkward, but I have to say that the waiter with a long blonde hair with a man bun should be a model. Overall, it was a great place with private dining areas and amazing stuff.

Valentine’s special. Choice of Starter, Chateaubriand and Dessert for 2 special in Feb 2022 Extensive wine menu. Saw some American wine $2,060! (I only knew Opus as top American wine😅) Harlan Estate, Napa Cab Sauv 2014… Throughly enjoyed the meat cooked in perfection! I always find the steakhouse too dark. Maybe it’s me and my husband..?

My cocktail was terrible, just tasted like straight booze. The appetizers were good. The wine flight was decent. The charge for the cork fee $50 was absolutely ridiculous. That’s the highest I’ve seen so far. My steak was raw and not medium how I ordered it. I made the mistake of sending it back and then it came back well done and chewy. I kind of expected more since it’s a high end restaurant but I was disappointed honestly. The service was great though they tried to fix things but it seemed like the kitchen was more of a problem for more than just us.

Took my husband to dinner for Father's day 2021. Food was amazing but our waitress Teresa made the visit to Hawaii and our last day In Town a blessing. She was friendly, quick and attentive. She has an absolute beautiful spirit, engaged in conversations and had a quick sense of humor that complimented the energy of all the fun we were having at our table. We told her WE LOVE HER!!! I pray next time are in Hawaii we get the opportunity to cross paths with her again. THANKS Teresa 😊

We celebrated my 63rd Birthday last night. From the greeting from the hostess to leaving our Amazing Night was Awesome. Our waiter Shayne was the “Best” his service was very comfortable and fun to have as our waiter. We would definitely return and request Shayne as our waiter. We laugh and joke around like we new each other for a long time. The suggestions he recommended were perfect, I had the Ribeye steak and it was the most delicious and tender I’ve ever had 🤙🏼. My wife had the fillet and lobster and that was also delicious. The sides Brussels sprouts and the Loaded potato were large and tasty. And the desserts ummm yummy. The atmosphere, ambiance and overall vibe was Amazing. We will definitely be back 🤙🏼 Is there anyway that I can get in contact with Shayne? He was an awesome Waiter .

My first Morton's Steakhouse experience was amazing to say the least. When my date and I were arriving, we were confused about the restaurant's location so, we called in and Tiare answered the phone and was super kind and patient while giving us great directions. Once we came into the restaurant, Tigre greeted us, walked us to our booth and pulled the gable out making access to our seats effortless. Next up was our waiter Ed. He was helping us out within moments and giving us the breakdown of the menu and drinks after asking if it was our first time being there. He brought us complimentary bread and butter which look amazing but we psssed on the bread due to our eating lifestyle. We ordered Escargot, the crab cakes and lobster bisque for appetizers. They were all delicious and we both felt like the lobster bisque could've been our main course, it is truly great all on its own. My date orderd the 6oz Filet Mignon medium rare and I ordered the 16oz Prime New York Strip medium. They both came out perfect and soo flavorful. We ordered the creamy spinach, lobster mac & cheese and mushrooms to share as side items and all this food left us soo satisfied and full. We were determined to get the full course of the menu though so we orderd Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake to go and ate it ate home with some port wine. It was unforgettable and so was our experience here. They had great social distancing rules and very good COVID-19 regulations that were easily understandable and made us feel more than comfortable with. Thank you for the great date night experience!

Such wonderful service from the moment we exited the elevator....until we wrapped up and left. Celebrated my birthday here and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special... including printing my name onto the menu and honoring me with a complimentary dessert. From the Ocean Platter... to the Filet Mignon... everything we ordered was delicious. Cocktails were also yummy.

Have to wait about 15 min to have a server taking care of us because they were doing a pre shift I guess… even when the rest of the the team where bringing us water we felt on the air, managers seems to be force to touch tables more than open and happy to take care of their locals. Liked the drinks and food, will be back to try more of their food and hopefully a better customer service.

I celebrated my graduation here and I was so impressed by everything! In the reservation my boyfriend put that we are celebrating a graduation. Soon after we were seated and I noticed that on the menu it said “Congratulations Tiffany!”. It made me feel special. To start out, we got the Bacon Steak. It was hella good, 10/10 recommend. For my entrée I got the Prime Cajun Ribeye (recommended by the waiter), Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops, and Creamed Spinach. I would definitely order the Prime Cajun Ribeye again; the seasoning was perfect. The Sea Scallops were pretty good as well, but the Creamed Spinach was not it. It didn’t really have much flavor so I wouldn’t order it again. My boyfriend had a Filet Mignon with Lobster. He said it was really good. We also got dessert, because apparently, calories didn’t count that day haha. We got the Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake and Double Chocolate Mousse. Both were good, but I would opt to try something else if I came here again. They gave me a free dessert and it was the Bread Pudding. Now, this dish was so good! This is something I would order again for sure.

Celebrated my birthday here. They really went the extra mile to make me feel celebrated and appreciated. Food was yummy and I even enjoyed their non alcoholic drinks. Hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was probably my fav. The service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 Experience!! My husband surprised me with a birthday dinner here while we were on vacation and the food and service was truly exceptional!! Highly recommend this location. It was also both our first time at Morton's and we really enjoyed the food and drinks. We had steak, garlic mashed potatoes, Caesar salad and New York Cheesecake and their complimentary birthday chocolate cake. THEY HAD THE BEST FRESH BREAD EVER. I wasn't a huge fan of their lump crab cake, but some may enjoy. They even customized the menu with my name and our table with birthday confetti alongside a complementary digital printed photo. We had a great time!

The world food duo dined at Morton’s, The Steakhouse, in the Ala Moana Center as I had a gift certificate. Alas, it was misplaced but we went anyway as I’d never had dinner there, just business lunches. Our reservation was for 6pm but we arrived a little early … Whoa, the restaurant was already packed with diners! I perused the wine list; it took a while because the lighting was very subdued … I finally picked out a 2017 Justin Justification as I couldn’t find the right pinot noir. Jonah opened the bottle expertly but spilled a bit on my hand and the table when pouring it … The table was blessed! A round of pre-sliced bread arrived … warm and soft and oh so tasty! The wine needed time to breath so it was good that service was leisurely. Niccole was our server … we opted to share a Caesar Salad; luckily for us because a full order would have been way too much. My partner opted for the ribeye with truffle butter and I chose the dry-aged NY Strip with Bourbon Sauce Au Poivre. Our sides were The Troy and the Baked Corn Souffle. The Troy was button mushrooms and fried onions; I’d expected something more. The star was the Baked Corn Souffle … It was creamy, but retained the texture of the niblets … Simply delicious! My fellow foodie liked her ribeye; the truffle butter was wonderful. My dry-aged NY Strip was flavorful but somewhat tough … I should have asked how many days it was aged. I find that 45 days is the tipping point; anything less is not worth the extra money. However, my steak was less expensive than the prime steaks so I wonder if it was choice, not prime. We ordered the Morton’s Hot Chocolate Cake and the Affogato. I asked for an espresso as most affogatos don’t have enough coffee. This one was different; it had tequila in it and was served in a martini glass. More a drink than the coffee over ice cream that I expected. I like it, but didn’t need any more alcohol. The hot chocolate cake was great … Soft, moist and the molten chocolate just oozed out. It was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some raspberries. Service was attentive but not obtrusive; we enjoyed a leisurely dinner over 2 hours … Just right, in our opinion. Quibbles: I would have wished for a few more options for appetizers … my partner is allergic to shellfish so we would have liked something besides the bacon and Wagyu meatballs. That’s what pushed us to order a salad. The portions are generous and the prices reasonable for a steakhouse. Recommended: 4.5 stars.

If I could give their service 10 stars I would! We celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary here & they went above & beyond to make it special for us! Including printing a personalized message on our menus that said Happy Anniversary, a complimentary picture & a complimentary dessert!! To top it oft the food was AMAZING! 10/10 highly recommend!

***Superb on every level*** (Of note there is a dress code but if your in normal clothes and not beachwear or torn up jeans you should be OK. Also they are on the second level of the mall) While in the higher price range, if you are able to splurge on a wonderful dinning experience this is well worth it. The staff is all very nice and more than accommodating. They have free bread service for the table and the drinks are made to perfection. The food is also cooked and seasoned just right.

We dined at Morton's for our 51st anniversary. Service was excellent, my filet and lobster were great, but my husband's Cajun Ribeye Steak was rubbery. It was a disappointment to pay $55. for a steak he could not enjoy.

Visited here several nights ago with friends. My husband and I ordered the salmon (pictured). It was left on the grill too long it was dry. They served it on a bed of corn that did nothing for the dish. A friend ordered a side dish of mushrooms and spinach that was swimming in oil..blech!! Not the memorable dining experience we hoped it would be.

They got our order wrong! We ordered a 42oz porterhouse for 2 with 2 sides. They brought out a 24oz porterhouse. Like fo'real they really thought 2 people would share a 24oz? Instead of taking it back they wanted us to wait to get another 24oz. Yea I'm not waiting another 20 minutes while the other food gets cold.. Unacceptable mistake for a "5" star restaurant!. The right thing to do is take the food back and make the correct order. We were so irritated we ended up sharing the 24oz porterhouse.. What a waste of $200.00.. Won't be coming back here. Next we will try Hys or Wolfgang..

I had the 8 Oz filet mignon with gouda cheese and bacon au gratin mashed potatoes. I recommend those because the filet mignon was the juiciest, softest, most tender, and flavorful piece of meat I've ever had. On top the that the mashed potatoes just make the God damn mignon better in every possible way. Definitely coming back!

Went for a special occasion and couldn't be happier. Got a quieter table area. Had great service by Server Adam. Dirty martinis with blue cheese olives started the meal. Then the appetizer came. Oysters on the half shell served perfectly. The main courses were excellent, although the 2 of the sides came out cooled. I looked at Adam, he came right over and within minutes they were brought back hot and delicious. Bone-in Ribeye and the Filet was amazing, exactly what is expected at Mortons. Then the desserts came, first the crème brûlée which was terrific and a complimentary cheesecake for the occasion on the house was so delicious and greatly appreciated. Lastly coffee and cappuccino ended the dining experience and brewed to perfection. Great service, food, atmosphere. Can't go wrong with Mortons Ala Moana. Aloha and Mahalo.

Honestly, it was very "unspecial", which suprised me. Drinks were terribly made (how do you mess up a drink like long island ice tea or lemondrop?). Filet Mignon was cooked medium not medium rare like requested, I've had better bread from Outback. Dessert was phenomanal however. I was at The Signature earlier that day and it really made a stark difference of quality.

The steak out of the steakhouse was very good. Evetything else was lackluster. The fries were mildly cold, French onion soup hardly had any broth and the complementary bread was flavorless as well as the butter. Olive garden breadsticks are 10 times more tasty and it's only wonderbread. I loved my steak but for $150 I expected a vast amount more enjoyment of my food than I received. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice though as well. Good dating spot I suppose.

Very nice, fine dining steakhouse. Remotely placed on top of the Ala Moana mall. You pull up on the 2nd floor of the oceanside of the Mall. To a very friendly valet parking. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and you will be greeted by a hostess as you exit the elevator. Black table cloths, low lights, delicious food and great service. Enjoy!

Place is usually amazing and the steak and lobster were great. Also got the Caesar salad, French onion soup and bacon appetizers. The Caesar was typical however the French onion soup was bland and not very flavorful. The bacon app was decent, but real crispy. The steak and lobster were by far the best steak I ever had. The lobster seemed overcooked or like it was frozen first. The sauce that came with the meal was amazing. We got the Lava cake for a desert and that was also amazing. Not a bad meal, but for 300 it better be. Really surprised at the below par French onion soup though.
