The chicken burger was odd as it came with tomato, lettuce and onions when they would usually just have some mayo sauce and maybe a pickle. Nonetheless it was decent and came with a generous portion of fries. Their Nachos were topped directly with guacamole, sour cream and pulled pork. As a result, they were cold and soggy and ruined what could have been a solid 4 star airport restaurant.

It's exactly what you should expect from an airport bar and restaurant. Overpriced and okay food. What makes it great though is it overlooks a garden and that's much better to look at than tarmac. So my five stars for being nothing more and nothing less than what you should expect from an airport bar and restaurant.

It was packed, and it was hard to find a cleared table, but maybe just because we came at a peak time, it was less busy by the time we were done. Nice to come in here away from the busy food court and the rest of the airport. Small menu, but he food was really good and came out quick. Also a decent drink seldction, especially locals beers. Thanks 😊

Unique way of placing order and paying on cell- covid friendly and great food! All served in to go boxes, I recomend you place your order and take it to the beautiful garden that is overlooked by the indoor seating. Meals come with fries galore, and service is good 👍

Yummy food and dessert with Top Service! Opted for a sit down meal on a long layover and select The Local for its proximity to my departure gate. Everyone from the hostess to servers and even the cooks clocking out next to were so pleasant and patient. I needed to listen in on a meeting and they were respectful and understanding. The WiFi doesn't work great in the restaurant but I got 5G so I used my hotspot. The restroom is across the walkway, but they held my spot while I went. Overall, for airport dining it was pleasant! Mahi Mahi Tacos + 2 beers + Cheesecake dessert = $52 + tip.

January 2022: Had the loco Moco before flying out. The options at the airport are not that great. So have to lower your expectations for food options... Especially with the pandemic affecting labor... That being said, I was being kind with my four ⭐ rating because the people are trying hard to serve food to hungry travelers. My loco Moco was decent. Large portion is a plus. Meat, egg and gravy were good. Service was friendly and they were trying. Thank you.

The restaurant boasts a great location, situated away from the hustle and bustle of crowded areas, which offered a nice level of privacy. We were fortunate to have a booth at the back, which added to the secluded feel. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the delicious Caprese salad, a true delight. As for the main dishes, we ordered the pulled pork BBQ burger, which was passable but didn't leave a lasting impression. The kids' chicken tenders and fries were on the crispy side but managed to satisfy their appetite. Overall, it wasn't a mind-blowing culinary experience, but it served its purpose by providing a decent meal before our flight. Additionally, the quality of the beers deserves a mention; they added a pleasant touch to our meal.

We had a late flight after an amazing trip, and the service we got from Candace was the best service I have had in a long time! She was so wonderful and made the last leg of our trip so delightful, I couldn’t put it into words. Establishments need more of Candaces’s because that is what customer service is all about! If we could pack her up and take her home we would!!! Wonderful stop before our journey home to Vancouver !!!!

Much less crowded than the food court! Kinda expensive but a good place to kill time. Friendly service. Blonde draft was good and the mango cheesecake was super sweet.

One thing i want to mention waitress was handling the tables like a real pro . She took five tables order together and serve them without any complain. Overall food was average i mean airport food is alway low-verage 😇

Had a two hour layover and stop for a drink and a bite. Not too busy with about a 50 to 60% occupancy. We had a great service by Jeanne which was helpful, friendly as attentive. The bloody Mary was good, but not the best I have had. The Hawaiian pizza was excellent as was the local burger with bacon. Had the H3 red blend wine and it was also good but again not the best I have had that was great just before my flight to have some red. The atmosphere was very inviting comfortable and relaxing.

Buyer beware. Overpriced, poor food, bad service. I normally don't give such a low score but this place did not impress. To start off the servers didn't care to get orders and we sat and waited for over 30 min until we finally flagged down a server. One member at our table ordered a water but they brought out a cup of ice only. We then had to flag the waitress down again after 20 more minutes to order food, which the server brought out piecemeal and 25 minutes later. The mai tai's were over $20 each, and the food (especially the fish and chips) was soggy and cold. Avoid.

We stopped in the get lunch before boarding for our 9 hour flight back home. The menu had a good selection. We ordered the nachos and the chicken avocado quesadilla along with a mai tai drink. The service was good, the food was decent and the drinks were strong. You pay for what you get with this drink. We only needed one! Overall, I would recommend stopping in for a lunch or a drink.

Had an hour at the airport and stopped by for cocktails. Had a Bloody Mary and a Doctor's Order (a tasty fruit cocktail). Both were excellent. We saw people having the flatbread and ordered one - ours was very good (ham, pineapple). Service was fast and efficient, we did not use QR Code ordering. We were there around noon on a Thursday and the crowds were minimal.

Ordering is convenient and payment is convenient since it is all completed through the QR code website. It made it quick. Of course prices are a little high but overall the food was good enough to hold you over before the flight. If it’s not slammed it is probably the best spot to go to in the airport as most of the lounges are still closed.

Use to have tap water available, only expensive bottles now. Requested the Loco Moco because it was good before. Mac salad was not pleasant, too heavy on the mayo. The burger was not much better. No seasoning and the "grill" taste was very overpowering. The gravy was likewise overpowering. The sticky rive was decent only needing another 30sec or minute to remove all the hardness out. The two eggs were the best part of the meal aside from the expensive water. The plate flavors seemed to be fighting one another for dominance instead of complimenting each other.

I made a huge mistake having a pre-flight meal here. Bland, barely thawed, overpriced, slop served by the most unenthusiastic servers I have had the the misfortune of meeting. I should have taken it as a sign that I had to wait until someone was leaving to get in due to inattentive staff not watching the door. Airline food/snacks much better options.

I would give this one star, however, the bartender saves it. Sat at a table, scanned the menu on my phone, tried to use the app, was not working. Waitress said she needed to turn the app on somewhere. She came and went 3 times as the app was not working, refused to take my order so I just went to the bar. Bartender to my order with a smile. I only had beers so cannot comment on the food. Beer was fantastic and cold. The AC seemed to not be working so well as the place was a bit muggy.

I would not recommend this place. It's a pretty poorly structured establishment. When you sit down at the sticky tables you scan a QR code at the table, and order your food directly on the app. The selection of food is very poor, there's 2 burgers, 2 pizzas, chicken fingers and a couple other sandwiches. If you're a vegetarian you only have 1 option, the margarita pizza. The only contact with a server was when they bring you water and bring you the food you ordered on your phone. It's seems like they just want to have minimal contact with customers and get them in and out at quickly as possible. The food looks like it came out of a school cafeteria, I wasn't very impressed. Paying the bill was pretty difficult if you don't pay the whole table at once through the app. We had to get the water to split it up manually and she couldnt figure out how to do it easily. It'd be great if a better owner took over and transformed this into something better where we could sit and enjoy a meal while waiting for our next flight, instead it was just stressful and unsatisfactory.

Good food. Tasted fresh. I don't know if the farm to table/getting ingredients from local farmers is 100% true but nonetheless the food tasted good & fresh. Good beer. English brew on tap tasted stale. Maui brewing company blonde ale was good. Nice, courteous server. I do recommend this place
