We had a wonderful dinner on the patio dining area. The waitress was super friendly and really on top off it. The food was delicious. The drinks were pretty, not strong enough (6/10). The drinks at Cheese Burger in Paradise right down the street were much stronger but had no flower decorations.

I love that you can enjoy breakfast here all day long When I am craving breakfast for dinner I will always come here . My favorite breakfast for dinner orders are "Breakfast Tacos" and "California Omelette" The servers at this Waikiki location have always been outstanding. I am always very impressed (and appreciative) by the level of service by the wait staff. The hostesses and the cashier's at the cheesecake area , I am not as impressed with. The excellent dine in wait service and the breakfast served all day keeps me coming back for more! This restaurant is extremely popular at dinner time. Best to put your name down , get a wait time and come back when your table is ready. Plan to wait for a dinner table. Park in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center parking

We have been to many Cheesecake Factory but this stands out with the large collection of sea food. We ordered Fresh coconut Thai chicken and bang bang chicken and shrimp. Flavors were so fresh and really delicious. Portion sizes are huge. Good our hotel had a refrigerator and we got leftovers. Else it’s recommended to order one entree and share that between two or may be club it with an appetizer. Huge seating area, splendid interiors and super fast service. CCF always stands out.

Usually not a place we go when traveling, but was pleasantly surprised! Recommend going with the specials! 1. Because it is not available anywhere else and 2. It was so tasty, healthy, filling! Only concern, but did not think it worthy to remove a whole star… Even though our server was great we had to remind him to refill our waters.

Great location with easy walking distance from most hotels. Safe to walk here or back to hotel later at night. Peak periods expect up to an hour wait for dinner so if you can have an earlier one and avoid waiting I recommend that. Staff alway super friendly, water is constantly filled up. Like everywhere they operate on tips at the end of the meal so generally they are going to be ultra helpful. Food portions are huge so honestly you can get a main and share it or even the appetizers are good for sharing. The shakes are delicious but the main show is definitely the cheesecakes. Large selection and you can takeaway. They are very sweet so sharing one is okay 👌. Gave only four stars as on our last trip there we sat partially outside and the birds kept coming in and annoying us. Like everywhere you eat out the prices are a bit high so if on budget share the meals.

One of the most popular restaurants in Waikiki, you will often see a line to get in. The dining room is large and extends all the way inside. While the dining room is nice and is at a good temperature with the AC running, it can be quite loud with music playing and the noise coming from all the other people in the restaurant. The servers are friendly and efficient. The menu has many options and you may find it difficult to decide on an option. I did find the food to be just average, nothing special but not bad either. The portion sizes are proper American sizes so be sure to come with an appetite. Unfortunately we were completely stuffed so we couldn't fit in any cheesecake, but I have heard that their cheesecake is highly rated. Overall a good experience for some sit down food in Waikiki. Worth visiting at least once.

Join the Cheesecake Rewards to make a online reservation if you don’t want to wait in line for 30-60min. You just need a US number to register. Nice interiors, friendly staff. Great food. Just be careful, the portion is very big! Also, don’t forget to leave some stomach space for their famous cheesecake.

Honestly, one of the best Fettuccini Alfredo's I've had at any Cheesecake Factory or restaurant. This one was seasoned very well, very saucy, noodles were cooked right. Everything was perfect this time around. Very airy and roomy inside; only downside was the birds roaming around by your feet inside. It was annoying having them brush against you while you're trying to have dinner. Other than that, good experience.

We got a table after reserving a table and waiting an hour at before 6:30pm on a Saturday evening when everything was opening back up after the pandemic, which wasn't bad. After we placed our appetizer orders (Fried Calamari and Fried Mac and Cheese balls), our appetizers arrived after 10 minutes. We placed our main course orders and received in another 10 minutes. We had a party of seven, so all of our food came at once, so no one was waiting for their food. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie and for dessert, I got the Caramel Apple Cheesecake. No one's water was empty for more than a couple of minutes since the wait staff made their rounds pretty diligently, and soft drinks were refilled pretty quickly once they were notified of it. From my party, no one had any complaints of their food, and some of us were so stuffed that we brought home a couple bags of unfinished food in to-go containers. We had to transfer our own food dishes from the plates to the containers - I don't know if that's how they did it prior to this pandemic, or it was the way because of it. I don't usually go out to eat at a restaurant like this, and I don't know where it stands on how fancy it is, but what I do know is that I'll be coming back when I'm either in the neighborhood (Waikiki is a far drive from my home) or will come back when we are celebrating another social event.

What can you say about this place really other than its amazing. Seriously. It's an amazing place. The location is perfect and the restaurant is very big inside if you wish to escape the busy baking hot street outside. We sat right in at the back and it was a lovely escape from the sun and bustle outside. We went first thing at 11am when they opened. Already a line appeared at 1055am. About ten groups but everyone seated quickly and efficiently with a lot of staff on. The menu is so vast that you wonder if they can cook everything on it well. It seems they can. Delicious food. We sat in the back as I said which was dimly lit and cool and calm. Perfect. Will be back here again for certain. This is the only one I've been to but I imagine other locations of cheesecake factory are similar hopefully.

Excellent food, friendly and quick service. So many choices! Started with pretzel bites and fondue. The fondue was good and the pretzel bites were soft and fresh and huge (more like double bites). My wife and I shared the pineapple chicken and shrimp for the main course. More than enough food for both of us and super delicious. And finished off with cheesecake (of course!), Carmel Turtle Cheesecake, and Oh My Gosh!! It was heavenly! Highly recommend!

It was looooonnnnggggg day, and a late night dinner situation. We were walking back to our hotel and what do you know... The Cheesecake Factory was good and open. Went in didn't have to wait long at all. Our food assistant for the evening was super nice and we placed our order and it came out really fast. It was hot delicious and the sauce was either really good or I was really hungry. 😆 Overall it was a really nice experience. The atmosphere was social and upbeat. Stop by if you're in the area doing some MAJOR shopping. @according2teau 👽🦄

Eating here can be challenging due to how busy it becomes. The line usually goes out door, so be prepared to wait. There is no option for advanced bookings, only walk in is available. We were lucky to get a table so quickly during peak time as it was only 3 of us. The service is great here and staff are very attentive. The food is well portioned and tastes great, so make sure you’re ready to eat.

Had the macaroni and cheese burger, and a veggie burger. Both were very delicious with lots of flavor. Very expensive for a regular chain restaurant, but this is Waikiki, so…. The waitress was super nice and awesome.

The food is superb. And the portion in Huge. Ordered a Loco moco. One of the best I had. They used Angus beef and the brown sauce taste just nice. And there's 2 eggs given

Our first time in Cheesecake Factory in a Hawai. Busy all the time and for good reasons, service and good are great. We went for dinner Saturday around 5:30 pm. We weee able to get a table outside in about 20 minutes. Nice ambience and our waiter Imua offered great service. Very pleasant and quick with everything. The restaurant offers inside and outside sitting. To be outside with Hawaii weather is a nice experience. The bread was delicious and warm. We went for the vegetarian salad and ribeye. Both dishes were delicious 😋 The veggies were great and the meat was very tender and juicy. The staff was very nice. Nice experience all the way!!!

Was able to grab a table pretty quickly, server was great and very kind/helpful. So many food choices but good variety and there are Hawaiian options so it's not all American only food. Good lava flow, though I couldn't taste any alcohol. Enjoyed it and the service, Portions are huge though if you aren't used to American portion sizes. Pretzel bite appetizer was very good. 🥨

Staff was very helpful in suggesting the best time to avoid the remarkable dinner line-ups. Calimari was excellent: tender, flavourful... Dark bread served to all was exceptional... Chicken Bellagio was outstanding. For a walk-in service restaurant, all facets were top-notch tonight, and the very long line-up at 7:15 pm was a testament to the reputation of this site. And the Cheesecake? Delish.

Food was good. Drinks were good. Cheesecake was good, server was nice. My only complaint is that they put us by the open door and it was so hot outside. I sweat the entire time. Ordered sirloin, one with asparagus one with spinach. Potatoes were great. Meal was very pricey.

A great place to eat due to their extremely comprehensive menu. The atmosphere is dark but pleasant and the service is very good. Disabled access is very good and tables are not too close together. Booth sizes are appropriate to suit larger people and the place is very comfortable. This place gets very packed at night so you need to book or be prepared to wait for a long time. If you're doing an ad hoc visit, lunchtime is recommended. It's not a good place for kids as there are limited options for distraction and the darkness and size of the restaurant would cause any children to quickly become a nuisance. Complimentary bread is provided and this is nice and well presented. The menu here is excellent and caters for most dietary requirements. Servings are quite large and food quality and taste is great. Be careful of how much you order as you'll need to leave room for dessert. The range of desserts, specifically cheesecakes, is very wide and they will also pack things for you to take home. Prices are very reasonable compared to other local offerings. Recommended.

Tried for dinner one night - long wait for table, so went back next day for lunch instead. Did not disappoint. We had one each of the soup specials - New England Clam Chowder and a Mexican Chicken and Vegetable Soup - they were both fabulous. From the appetizer menu , my wife had the calamari and said it was the best she'd had in a long time. I had Southwest chicken sliders, of which there were four. Delicious and almost too much to finish. The cheesecake options all looked so good, but alas, the dessert will have to wait for another time.

We got there in time for the lunch size specials. They advised that these are two thirds of the dinner size. This was a lot of food and we couldn’t fit a cheesecake in. Highly recommended as a better cost option. Always busy. Recommend getting in there just before busy times eg early dinner

Super friendly staff, short wait to be seated and our food came out quickly. The ambiance of the restaurant is great and in the perfect location. It was a quick walk from our hotel/resort

This is one of the largest Cheesecake Factory’s I’ve ever been to! For real - it’s as big as an IKEA. (Not really) The meals are always good - and the wait was about 20-45 minutes for a party of 2 during peak times. Amar was our waiter and he was super nice and helpful. Great place!

I must say that it was the best restaurant in Waikiki. Tried many within our 11 days stay. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert... Top quality. Great assistance by the waiters and waitresses.

Sunday, arrived before 6pm and got a table right away. We had 12oz rib eye steak and bistro shimp pasta. Medium cooked steak is just right. The pasta is so good! Friendly staff too.

Happy Hour is always a vibe here. Friendly and attentive staff, the same trustworthy mood-lit atmosphere of the Cheesecake Factory, with that gorgeous Waikiki beach breeze. My partner and I enjoyed delicious tropical beverages here and were good to go after just one drink each! The nachos and avocado eggrolls are fantastic vegetarian/vegan options, along with many other menu items. Looking forward to going back for another Big Island Iced Tea!
