Manoa Valley District Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 This place is beautiful. I always pick up trash left behind by others when I go to parks, but at this beautiful slice of heaven, there was none. If you go, please help to keep it as beautiful as it was this day. People often mention park, parking, beautiful, baseball, tennis, pool, hike,

This is a famous dog walking place with lots of friendly dogs and people. If your dog likes water, there is a creek that is safe and clean to swim in. Lots of green grass for dogs who live to run.

A beautiful park in Manoa Valley where you can take the family. A popular spot for outdoor basketball and tennis even with with courts in desperate need of resurfacing and cleaning. Beware after heavy rains, the surface becomes loose and clay like making it highly likely to slipping. The lack of cleaning the grounds and the amount of fallen leaves makes it hazardous to falls even to seasoned young athletes. The busiest times are during football season and baseball season.

Manoa District Park is my go-to place for a nice relaxing time. I usually pick up food and sit at a table. The scenery is so beautiful, surrounded by luscious green mountains. There's several sections of the park that has parking. The park is packed with picnicers, sports league people, swimming, church, etc, but I never have a problem with finding parking.

Situated in middle of picturesque Mānoa Valley adjacent to Mānoa Stream and residential homes. Large and spacious community park with well maintained facilities including a gym, swimmimg pool, tennis and basketball courts, facilities for youth baseball. Easy access. Large parking lot at end of Kaʻaipu Ave. Area is very green after rainy season and on sunny days. However it rains often and is sometimes very windy. Gets dusty when baseball infields are raked on windy days.

I've had a lovely experience with one of the gym employees. Her name was Ashley and she guided me in the proper procedure in ping pong. I had to take a star because one of their vending machines stole my $2. All in all would go again for ashley.

A great hike to enjoy if you got at least 90 min round trip. Take your time the trail is a bit slick, rocky, and winding. Look around, lots of jungle greenery on all peripherals.

Great water Fall. There's not a huge amount of water from the fall. The trail is rough, Rocky and slippery and muddy. But fun and amazing. Take a stick for support. It's about a 1.5 miles. Music for fun. Wear old but good boots or sneakers. You may Not want to do this hike if you have knee, ankle or leg problems. It's not an easy think hike but it's worth it.

Like most District Parks on Oahu this park has a gym and an Olympic size swimming pool. It also has tennis and basketball courts, and I think a couple of baseball fields and enough room for soccer. There is also a small covered pavilion for Tai chi & yoga etc.

An abundance of monkeypod trees makes this a nice place to enjoy some shade and breezes on a warm day. The park also includes adult and kiddie swimming pools.

The park is well kept, so are the restrooms. Itʻs big enough to hold multiple games/activities at once. Lots of parking. My family loves this park, my boys grew up playing baseball there......Cons: The Lowrey Ave parking lot could use some repaving though, actually Kahaloa/Olopua Street parking lot could use repaving too. A few homeless randoms hang out by the dugouts or in the Announcer Booth but so far none of them really bother.

This park has so many things to do and keep you occupied pool tennis basketball courts indoor and outdoor 3 separate parking areas due to the sheer size of this park. Very nice and satisfied with the quality and experience.

Gym is run down and needs repairs big time. Could be a very nice gym if it was taken care of more. There are two gyms but the old one is very small. The newer one needs repairs. Too bad no pride nowadays at our C&C gyms and parks. Very beautiful places but run down. Sad........

Mānoa Valley District Park is special. The kids who get to play baseball there are so lucky but they don’t know it yet.

Happy it's open to the public. Need to address slippery floors. Husband fell and had to get his lip stitched. Just a matter of getting rubber matting for floors, an easy fix for safety.

Grew up in the area for a few years when I was a kid & had Paradise Park. Valley has never been dried due to the daily Manoa mist.

What a neat hike. The path is slippery in places but very nice treak. There are much harder paths you can take so the hike is adjustable to your skill level.

Trail can be slippery if wet. But the falls and areas un way up are beautiful.

Some lady named joann or joanna likes to roll around in a golf car almost hitting people and cars. She likes to harass people and is totally abusing what little power someone gave her.

Large park, great for social distancing, cool to strong breezes. Offers a great variety of activities.

Good hike to the water falls. Hike was on gravel so sandels was a little hard. But if you wear shoes it'll get muddy. So pick which one you want 🤔. I've seen people wear water shoes which seems like a really good option
