This
was
a
good,
solid
hotel.
Can't
say
excellent.
The
lounge
was
closed
during
our
stay
due
to
COVID.
But
I'll
highlight
the
good:
the
hotel
was
very
clean,
from
the
lobby
to
rooms,
to
pool
area.
The
infinity
pool
is
a
good
size,
but
gets
crowded.
The
property
needs
to
invest
in
having
more
pools
chairs.
All
of
them
were
taken,
and
the
cabanas
are
reserved
days
in
advance.
Just
know
that.
Great
views
of
Waikiki
Beach
&
Diamond
Head.
It's
actually
connected
to
the
Royal
Hawaiian
hotel.
Next,
there
are
a
couple
of
restaurants
on
property,
but
also
food
right
across
the
street.
All
the
high-end
stores
as
well
as
additional
coffee
shops
are
right
on
the
main
street
right
outside
the
hotel.
Very
clutch.
That
earns
them
a
high
rating.
At
check
in,
you
get
a
wristband
that
opens
your
room
door.
The
rooms
could
be
better,
as
they
have
great
views,
but
aren't
that
big.
The
bed
was
big,
but
very
firm
as
well.
Didn't
necessarily
like
that.
However,
we
traveled
here
for
our
anniversary,
and
received
a
nice
welcome
gift.
That
was
a
great
touch.
As
for
parking,
if
you
do
valet,
make
sure
you
call
for
your
car
15
minutes
before
you
need
it.
This
hotel
is
very
busy,
but
people
move
around
quickly
because
they
have
a
ton
of
elevators
constantly
moving.
But
for
the
elevated
price
you
pay
to
stay
here,
you're
paying
for
the
Diamond
Head
view
&
Waikiki
Beach.
