We booked a room on the 31st floor with a partial sea view and in reality it was 30% cheaper than the sea view room and the view did not disappoint. You have uninterrupted views on the mountains and city directly to your front and to the left you can see a reasonable area of the sea and beach leading towards the harbour. If you are booking a partial view them the higher you go the better the view. Lifts were incredible always arrived within seconds of pressing the button. Pool was lovely and it was great bieng so central.

We stayed this past week at the Sheraton Waikiki. On our first afternoon there, we ran into Roger who works in housekeeping. He was so kind and welcoming. He had a smile on his face and really stood out to us. The next day after spending the day out of our room, we arrived to find a beautiful had written note from Roger. Thanking us for staying with the hotel and wishing us a good day. This is the first time anyone has been so kind when staying at a hotel. He saw Roger several times over our stay and I was grateful for every encounter. The world needs more people like Roger. I will never forget his lovely notes and kind words. He remembered when we told him we liked be checking out and he left us a note our final day wishing many blessings and safe travel home. I truly hope management knows how great Roger treats clients and how meaningful he made our experience. The hotel is beautiful and we can’t wait to go back!

I love staying here. Location is great. getting to the parking garage was easy. Royal Hawaiian Center is right there so walking to nearby stores and restaurants was great. Love that there are 2 pools on site. One for adults only (infinity pool) and one that's family friendly. lots of elevators so you don't have to wait long to and from your room. Beachfront access. Beautiful views.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing infinity pool and many options for stores in the mall! Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing experience we could have asked for! We accidentally booked a partial ocean view room when we thought it was a full ocean view but customer service was amazing to find us a full ocean view room to make our stay absolutely perfect! Housekeeping was very friendly and always cleaned our room very well every day so that was greatly appreciated also! If we come back to Hawaii, we would for sure come back to this hotel and would highly recommend to others as well!!

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. This was my first time staying at this hotel in Waikiki and I loved it. I will be staying here for future Waikiki visits. Check in was a breeze and the woman who helped me was incredibly sweet. The room was perfect and very clean. There was a separate dressing table which was very useful when I was drying my hair. Closet space was quite small but I don't utilize storage space in hotel rooms. I also thought the location of this hotel was perfect for my introverted personality. Honolulu coffee company is right around the corner from the elevators. There wasn't much of a line or wait at the times I went. I really enjoyed the iced Hawaiian lattes. It was perfect to sip on while enjoying the ocean view from my balcony. On my first morning, I needed help locating the entrance to the beach. One of the workers walked a long distance with me, to show me the way around the pool and onto the beach. I didn't expect that as most people don't go that extra mile to help someone; they would just point in the general direction. Great hotel and stay!

Our family of 3 had a really fabulous time at Sheraton Waikiki. We love the pool and hotel complimentary activities very much. Our room was very clean and housekeeping service was excellent. Shout out to Imelda who clean our room for the week, she went above and beyond to provide what we need and change our dirty towels for us. We are all very happy with the stay. The ocean view was fantastic and worth for the upgrade. We had many meals with the nice view in our balcony

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Sheraton Waikiki. Service from all staff members was exceptional. From the time that we checked in until we checked out. I didn’t get my room service in my room but the housekeeping would leave fresh towels at my door daily when we placed the old towels outside our door… The convenience of this property is awesome. If you’re looking to shop, it’s right there, the beach, it’s right there and all the restaurants within walking distance of the property. There’s also some great restaurants on property. And the pools were not too crowded and the beach was definitely not to crowded. Get there a little early so you and get a good spot to lay out or rent you some chairs with an umbrella for the day. Lastly, I have stayed at a lot of Marriott properties, this was one of the best. The views, the food, the service and the location made this an outstanding and very relaxing stay.

Coming off a sketchy Airbnb on the other side of the island, Sheraton was exactly the kind of pampering we needed. 4 star property with 1000s of rooms. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably eat dinner in the room. The lanai offered breathtaking views of sunset and the Waikiki beach. Location is very convenient and the facilities like the swimming pool are clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bidets were just a bonus.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel. I don't usually write reviews but our experience was so amazing I wanted to share it. The best part of our stay was the AMAZING views from the balcony. It feels like you are on a cruise ship because the hotel is so close to the water. You can see ocean for miles in any direction and the view was so beautiful anytime of day but especially during sunset. Also, we were on the 21st floor but because the water was so clear we saw numerous turtles and a couple sting rays from our balcony. My husband had to pull me away from that balcony whenever we wanted to do something! We loved sitting by the infinity pool and watching the surfers. We also loved breakfast at the paid restaurant. I don't remember the name of it. Numerous times we got sat at the first table by the ocean and enjoyed amazing views while having breakfast. We also loved the room, it was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Finally, we loved rocking in the rocking chairs and watching the ducks as well as vising the shops of local artists and clothing stores. We felt so pampered staying here.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful - from the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew, as well as the pool attendants and cultural class leaders, the people working here went above and beyond to make this experience even better than expected. The hotel is in a great location with amazing views and within walking distance from a food court and shopping. The pool does get crowded early, but it's right on the beach and the separate infinity pool was a great option with less crowds.

This was one of the most beautiful Sheraton locations we have ever had the pleasure to stay! The staff was so helpful and kind from the second we walked through the door. The rooms were so clean and the views were amazing. The on-site dining was great and we never had an issue getting a table with a view. In the mornings we would wake up and watch the turtles eat off of the rocks in the ocean below. It was the coolest experience!

I loved staying here - our room was so comfortable and had the most stunning view. I loved all the stores and amenities at the hotel. The Edge pool was great, as were the staff who worked there each day, it was so nice to have an option without kids around. Keep in mind the day of the week as you might sometimes struggle to get a lounger if you don’t get there at 8am when it opens and reserve a cabana before you arrive online if you’re wanting to make a day of that! The location was so nice, great to walk through the shops or hotel of Royal Hawaiian when you were on your way into Waikiki. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would recommend it to all.

For the price, this place exceeded my expectations. My husband and I are not huge fans of busy places, but even though there is a miniature mall in the lobby and it's clearly a destination for events, we never felt overwhelmed by the number of people. Our room and balcony faced Diamond Head and the beach and it was just gorgeous. You won't get a spot at the pool (likely) but we had no issue posting up for sunset right on the edge. Overall very pleasant stay. We only got a couple of dishes from their restaurant (ate elsewhere every other night) but both were great (great bar food style).

Excellent hotel, stunning property but by far the best part was the customer service. In particular Jamie!!! She was Amazing from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best advice for making the most of our stay, answered all of our questions with such patience and an outstanding demeanor. She assisted with all of our booking/ staying needs and is the number one reason I would book the Sheraton Waikiki in the future. For me, clean rooms, great location and excellent service go a long way and I’m happy the service I received was TOP NOTCH!

Wonderful hotel! Perfect location and lots of stores located inside of resort. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although we paid for a city view, our balcony provided a city, ocean and sunset view which was the ultimate jackpot. The Infinity pool is a great place to watch the sunset although it can get crowded . You can swim in the intimate beach areas directly in front of the hotel or walk along Waikiki beach and pick a spot to set up beach camp. There is so much to do and so little time, my daughter and I decided we didn't need a car or to go on excursions, the hotel and surrounding area was gratifying enough!

The hotel is beautiful, staff members are amazing with a flair for customer service, and the pool was awesome. While nothing is perfect, nothing with the hotel is wrong. Even the abundance of elevators made the stay great. I say there are some things I'd like to see different, but these are opinions. Wider range of menu at the Rumfire Grill, kids wanted a candy store in the lobby, and I would have loved an infinity edge in the family pool. But, again, these don't take anything away from the hotel. We had a great trip. Will be back for sure.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular views overlooking the ocean. The Infinity pool is a treat, great place to relax and have a drink. Restaurants and shops are just steps away, location, location, location..

Staying in this Hotel is one of the most relaxing, exciting and enjoyable accommodations there is! We stayed here when Delta variant cases are rising, but we knew we needed a break and a getaway! The hotel has strict protocols and contact tracing system that is reassuring to guests. We were so happy that we picked this hotel that is in the center of everything—shops and restaurants. Very close to the clean and well maintained beach and at night, Kalakaua Avenue transforms into this lively, upbeat street to walk and just enjoy! We love, love, Sheraton Waikiki💖! We hope to come back again🌅

Beautiful hotel and accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in an ocean view room on the twentieth floor. The room itself was very comfortable, but I did find a few things lacking. I am confined to a wheelchair so of course we booked a handicap accessible room. It was partially accessible. The restroom had grab bars but could have used an extra one in the shower. A huge disappointment was that the balcony and ocean view, which were quite costly, were totally inaccessible as the bed was only about fourteen inches from the balcony door. This rendered a HUGE attraction absolutely worthless to me. The restaurant was as others have noted, very expensive, it was around $80 for breakfast for two with the tip. The food was excellent though, and the waiter amazing. The open atmosphere and sharing breakfast with the birds was fun too. The bar was obnoxiously loud, and drinks insanely overpriced. We split a virgin daiquiri that was $10. Art work and colorful shops fill the lobby and the pool and courtyard are gorgeous. Was definitely worth crossing off the bucket list.

This was a good, solid hotel. Can't say excellent. The lounge was closed during our stay due to COVID. But I'll highlight the good: the hotel was very clean, from the lobby to rooms, to pool area. The infinity pool is a good size, but gets crowded. The property needs to invest in having more pools chairs. All of them were taken, and the cabanas are reserved days in advance. Just know that. Great views of Waikiki Beach & Diamond Head. It's actually connected to the Royal Hawaiian hotel. Next, there are a couple of restaurants on property, but also food right across the street. All the high-end stores as well as additional coffee shops are right on the main street right outside the hotel. Very clutch. That earns them a high rating. At check in, you get a wristband that opens your room door. The rooms could be better, as they have great views, but aren't that big. The bed was big, but very firm as well. Didn't necessarily like that. However, we traveled here for our anniversary, and received a nice welcome gift. That was a great touch. As for parking, if you do valet, make sure you call for your car 15 minutes before you need it. This hotel is very busy, but people move around quickly because they have a ton of elevators constantly moving. But for the elevated price you pay to stay here, you're paying for the Diamond Head view & Waikiki Beach.

OMG the view!! Stayed here for the first two nights of my honeymoon and the view was just magnificent. The breathtaking view from the balcony does somewhat compensate for the fact that I could hear the people next door but I would not want to stay here for my entire trip. I also enjoyed the infinity pool very much (again, the view!) and the little beach access you get from the hotel. The bracelet keys are very convenient and the staff was very friendly. Given the price of the rooms, I did not like that conditioner and body wash were only provided when asked.

Great location, nice rooms and excellent oceanfront views. The Pool was great with waterslide for the kids. Staff were friendly all over the resort. The only reason I did not give this resort an 5 star: 1. The trip didn’t start great as it took 24 hours to get a shower curtain in our room even though I asked 3 times. Nobody even apologized to us. 2. Resort charge is ridiculously expensive for what it is supposed to provide. (Does not even include parking). Would love to stay again. Hoping they lower the resort fee.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. Staff is courteous, rooms are spacious and clean, and the access to the Waikiki beach is unbeatable. If you like to be in central areas, this is the place to be. However, there were a few things that made me give me a 4 star review: - People taking up pool chairs for the entire day. They leave their stuff there, go out for hours, come back, leave again… - Rental prices are outrageous: $90 for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! NOTHING justifies that price. You do rent it “for the day”, but they close at 5pm - you still have plenty of sunlight to enjoy, but now you have to sit on the sand (plus, what are my resort fees for, then?). - We chose this location over the Royal Hawaiian specifically because they offer a daycare service (paid separately). I was informed that I would not be able to book anything prior to my arrival. When I finally went there, I was told the opposite and by then, they were completely booked. It disrupted some of the activities we had planned.

Almost a five star. The room was very nice we had a one bedroom. The view is amazing. Location 5 stars. Beach was nice, crowded a bit. The pool is smaller than the pictures look and crowded. The issues are if you want a chair on the beach or a cabana at the pool you pay more It was 100 a day for beach chairs, 300 a day for cabanas. This is after paying almost 2000 a day for my room seemed off to me.

Our go to hotel in Waikiki. Recently remodeled rooms. The adult infinity edge pool with ocean and Diamond Head views sells us. They need to bring back the bean bag chairs in the pool! I have to add though that at present during COVID with the absence of Japanese tourists the atmosphere on some days resembles a drunken fraternity party. Many guests refuse to wear masks. We look forward to a return to “normal” and the loss of this element.

I have a mixed opinion of this hotel. Overall the stay was good but not sure we’d come back. Pros: The rooms are very nicely updated and were clean, and the views of the ocean are amazing. The location is great and very central. Staff was friendly. Cons: Giant line at check-in, took 2 hours on a Thursday afternoon! Really no idea why this was and very aggravating to stand for so long after an already long trip. Beds are very uncomfortable. If you’re a light sleeper be prepared to not be able to sleep until midnight at least due to kids / guests running around in hallways and noise from other rooms. I understand the hotel doesn’t have control over this but it’s still aggravating. Masks are “mostly” being worn but be prepared for crowded elevators.

This is coming from a Texas point of view. The hotel service was horrible, I understand your on island time, but hardly anyone that comes and stays in Waikiki is on island time. Lunch at one of the places inside by the pool with only 3 tables sat down took us 45 min to get our food and it was wrong. Separate from that, the hotel treats everyone like criminals asking for passes every 2 seconds , masked, ids to move two steps. The customer service is far from good for a Sheraton hotel, not even sub par. Everything is extremely overpriced. 25 dollars for a makers and coke in a tall glass at rum fire. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms don’t look very classy at all. The view is the only good part. The view with all these bad things will not get me past 1 star. If I wanted to vacation with super strict rules, I would go stay at my mothers place. Not worth the trip.
