My wife and I recently stayed at Trump International Waikiki to celebrate our honeymoon. Needless to say, the service we received was beyond our expectations and has set a new standard for us. The friendliness and willingness of the staff to accommodate us in any which way was appreciated greatly by us and made our stay truly memorable. The food was fantastic and the time of service was top notch. The location of the hotel was great because you don't encounter the busyness of a hotel on the beach, but can access the beach in just 2 min, walking across the street. This hotel comes with my as well as my wife's highest recommendation.

Second time we’ve stayed here, absolutely amazing stay in every way. Service is spectacular and incredible attention to detail. Everyone is super kind and attentive without being overbearing. Through AMEX platinum travel, there were some great perks including free room upgrade, breakfast, and free amenities including water bottle gifts, cookies, and chocolate. Rooms were cleaned and fridge restocked with water daily, any requests to housecleaning arrived in under 20 minutes. Great view, wonderful location and great stay again- valet parking was $40 a night and reasonable for the area and service. Thank you!

The epitome of a 5 stars hotel! The staff was stellar! They made everything so easy for us. I don’t think I opened a car door once while I was there. Not to mentioned I never even waited for an elevator up. They accommodated us in every way possible. The room was amazingly clean and the cleaning service was so trustworthy. I had jewelry out and nothing was even touch! They clean and organize my room each day. Wash dishes that was left in the sink. The most noteable thing was we had a late flight out that got delayed. They allowed us full use of our rooms until we had to check out. We were so grateful for that and was able to do so many last minute things in Waikiki! Thank you!

Julia provided the greatest arrival experience we have every experienced at any hotel, not just in Hawaii. She was so personable and made us feel very welcome every day that we walked in & out of the entrance to the hotel. She was also extremely nice & friendly to our son and he was so happy to see her each day. Julia just made the entire trip such a pleasure as we got to see & talk to her before heading out to enjoy Honolulu, and at the end of the day when we returned from all the fun. Thank you Julia and we hope to see you again next time!

the best hotel option in Waikiki. rooms and staffs are superb. business center/library is small and not good for zoom. breakfast is very filling. location is the best in Waikiki in my opinion. easy drive to H1 or take the public transportation bus across the street. we liked the pool. it is a bit noisy during the day on the side facing embassy suites hotel's outdoor pool. you can get a view of the ocean no matter what side you are on. update: they no longer offer beach bag nor plush toy, and check-in gift is chocolate and sanitization kit. valet parking is the best option. I chose to free street park near the river and yacht club. it was inconvenient if you want to leave the car downstairs for a few minutes.

If it were possible to rate this hotel higher than 5 stars, I would. Excellent location, great people, management is flawless right down to the small details. It was truly a pleasure to stay here.

Everything was exceptional. The service, the food, the pools. We had a late flight and they let us do an extremely late checkout to accommodate. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. We will be staying here again our next trip to Oahu!

This hotel is not only beautiful, but the service is unlike anything I've ever experienced. The staff are excellent. They explain everything so wonderfully and are quick to serve any need you have. The food offerings are delicious and the room we reserved is unbelievable! It includes two large bedrooms a living room, separate den, and separate kitchen. There are flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, den and living room. The kitchen is stocked with kitchen utensils, knife set, flatware, large refrigerator, freezer, oven separate glass top stove, and pots and pans. The infinity pool sits on the side of the sixth floor so you can look over Waikiki while relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi. To add to that, it is located a short walk from the beach, so we went there as well and we'll be visiting the Hawaii Army Museum today. This will be my family's go to spot from now on!

Trump Waikiki was absolutely amazing. My husband and I just stayed there for a week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. They accommodated us in every way possible. The staff our very passionate about what they do and it shows. They are so friendly, caring, and accommodating without being too "gimmicky" or as if they're being forced to care. Check in was so quick and Doug showed us around and gave us information about the hotel to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was epitome of luxury. My husband jokes that it was the highlight of our honeymoon and being in Hawaii, but it is not far from the truth. The cleaning staff/maids cleaned our room everyday while we were out (including our dishes, etc.) The bathroom is absolutely amazing. The toilet is equipped with a baduet and heated seat and it is a nice touch to make the experience truly luxurious. The hotel is in the perfect location to Waikiki Beach and was a 2-3 minute walk to beach from the lobby, which made for the perfect relaxation experience. We ate at their breakfast buffet several times while we were there and it was SO GOOD. All of the food was fresh and staff was so accommodating while waiting on us. We got to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and relaxing on the deck during our stay and it felt luxurious, especially with the view of the city. Our coffee maker wasn't working and Doug immediately sent a new one to our room, which allowed us to not miss a beat in our plans for the day. I can't rave about this place enough. We always thought "how much better can a 5 star hotel be for this price?", but let me tell you... it's worth it and we will be back. Thank you!

Checked in quickly and swiftly without a wait. Got a partial ocean view. People are friendly and breakfast was excellent. Pool is so so and didn't have true infinity pool like other hotels nearby. Gym is tiny but has all the bell and whistle with TechonoGym equipments.

Service is 5 stars! Wonderful staff here, very friendly and always ready to help. Room is huge, lovely, and the tub is so great. The bed…. A rock, hard and lumpy. Woke up every night with terrible back pain. The pool is small, very small. Like it was an after thought. I would have loved to use it. But it was full of children splashing and jumping off the planters. We were on our 10 anniversary, so we left our kids at home with family. I would suggest having adult hours. Allowing the kids a lot of time, but maybe have certain hours in the day or night for adults only?

We have had a fantastic vacation. Hotel, room, service....all amazing. Breakfast has been a joy every morning. The Ohana Breakfast and Pork Hash being our favorites. A little disappointed that we couldn't get the Trump stamped burger which is pictured in the elevator and lobby. Apparently discontinued, so would suggest removing advertising. Although 2 minutes from the beach, this is a city hotel, so there is some environmental noise but it has not affected our stay. Unfortunately some guests spoiled our relaxation by the pool yesterday - Friday August 20th. It is extremely obnoxious and inconsiderate to towel beds, especially when there are so few in the sun, hardly use them and put a personal speaker on the poolside and play trashy music!! This isn't Spain and you aren't the only ones here!!! Thankfully we had earphones! Overall, we have had a great time and thank all staff members for making us feel welcome.

One of the absolute best hotels/resorts whatver you wish to call it we've ever stayed in. The employees are incredibly passionate, great at what they do an wonderful conversationalists. Full of vast knowledge of anything you'd ever need to know of ANY of the Islanda.. If you're staying in Waikiki... This is your place... Room service, the pool, the food.. All amazing and made for a wonderful anniversary trip.

The customer service here is just awesome! The suites are nice and clean. We got one of the top floors with a beautiful view looking out of the beach. The only reason for the four stars is because the showers are really open and it’s so cold when you take a shower. It could be that we’re more conservative, but it’s just uncomfortable taking a shower in the open and it’s freezing cold with AC running in the room. They have heated toilet seats in the master suite but no heat for an open area shower.

Every detail carefully made and thought through. Even a washer dryer and wine storage is available in the already luxurious hotel, with fresh champagne and fine chocolate standard. They’ve thought of everything with generosity.

Edit: Revising up due to excellent service today to accommodate my layover. I stayed here for about a week with platinum card benefits. The room quality and add ons were nice. I got a room promotion to a partial sea view. There was a 60 dollar daily breakfast voucher and a floating 100 dollar credit(I used this on poolside drinks) Pros: Staff is extremely responsive and supportive. I asked for a diabetic needle disposal box from the concierge and it was quickly delivered to my room. If there is a mistake they promptly take ownership and fix the situation. Aya, Kepa, and Dennis were great during my trip. Cons: During my stay I encountered two negative situations. 1. One of the other guests was torrenting on the network. I could tell because I was able to see the traffic dashboard per IP. I spent some time out of my day to call their Spectrum business IT Dept and filed an escalation ticket to get my 16 Mbps speed vs the .2 Mbps I measured in my room. The wireless was not set up with proper settings prior to my stay. 2. During my stay one of the fruit I got during the Ohana meal had mold on it. The staff promptly responded but it was a surprise.

Great services with big suite. It's the best location being close to beach and various shops/restaurants.
