I must say that their dinner is MUCH better than their breakfast for sure. The pasta was creamy and very flavorful. The burger wasn’t dry and was pretty juicy. The soup wasn’t too thick or super runny, so it was just right. The overall service was great! Our waiter was funny and checked on us occasionally.

Amazing mushroom appetizer! Prime Rib came out smoked and the Salmon had a very nice crust on the skin and nice and pink and flaky. It was a great find. Happy Hour drink menu was great also!

Went back again with friends for the happy hour drinks and food. The prime rib tacos and shrimp tacos were so delicious! The fries were really good too! Mushroom flatbread and pizza were also really good. Mai tai drinks were good for just $7. When I ordered the grilled salmon for a pickup last time, it was delicious and it was very well presented in a box. Very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended. It’s even better that Hilton garden inn include $15 dining credits per person up to $30 total per day.

I would like to rate this place 10 stars.. our server was so hospitable and attentive. She tried her best to give us the best experience ever! We came here at 5:30pm, luckily it was still happy hour(til 6pm). So we ordered baby back rib, prime rib taco, and asparagus with wine and beer. Wine was so affordable ($8) and it tastes great. Our server asked us if we want to order more befor happy hour finishes. How kind she is! We got one more glass of wine :) and when we got our baby back rib, we were so astonished by its size. It should feed whole family! Our server kindly brought us extra plates and extra bbq sauce. She checked multiple times if we were enjoying our dinner. I don't know how we ended up finding this greatest restaurant. It should be rated as the best restaurant in Hawaii for not only cuisines but also for the service. I said I will come back for my server. And I really will.

Surprisingly good environment for a restaurant in the middle of tourist central. Personnel / waitstaff congenial and solid food. (We sat at a bar table near to the entrance and always felt comfortable.) My salad with pickled vegetables, added bacon, was delicious and hearty, as was the BLT salad and the little bar tacos that my companion ordered. Very happy to see some local beers on offer. Wine list was mostly big-name brands from large wine-manufacturing companies, though there were a couple of imported white wines from France and Italy that would be worth drinking.

We had baby back rib half, prime rib, and Caesar salad with added avocado for takeout. The person who took the order was very kind and the food was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of Tony Roma. We will definitely visit again.

Great all around, Sherry the bartender was friendly and helpful with selecting dinner. Had the Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat and Truffle Ravioli w/shrimp and Asparagus. Both were delightful...if only I was there for a few extra days would have gone back for another round. The Ravioli was so great, it's easy to over indulge on. Atmosphere was laid back and Sherry was the best part of the evening.

It was a very busy bar and the bartender had no bar back and was running. She still provided excellent, friendly service. Our food was delivered quickly, and was delicious. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the menu had changed, but printed menus were not updated. So in a busy bar, the bartender had to explain this to every customer. We will be back! Hopefully the menu will be updated next time. :)

We went on happy hour for drinks and appetizers. Ordered the Prime rib tacos, shrimp tacos, the regular flatbread pizza and a mai-tai. The prime rib tacos were so-so. Pretty good meat, and decent size, but the salsa/cheese mix that comes on completely overwhelms the meat. The shrimp tacos were better, good shrimp and good size, still somewhat covered but the toppings but not as much. The flatbread, was Excellent. Wish I has ordered two of them. SAuce had great flavor, plenty of fresh mozzarella, and the jalapenos were pretty spicy. Highly recommend the flatbread.

Horrible breakfast! Horrible service! It was raining and I was with my one year old and the door was closed. None of them bothered to tell me there was another entrance! But it was raining and I had no other choice. I stayed and ordered the breakfast burrito. It was $18.25. Burger King makes a better burrito and for much less. Then they practically kicked us out. Don't eat there.

Truly one of the best, and most delicious steaks me and my wife have ever had. Definitely try the smoked rib-eye steak—it’s smoked for three hours and you can taste it. The mushroom sauce is a must.

Crisp on the outside tender on the inside calamari, and smooth flavored crab stuffed mushrooms were excellent. Our waiter, Alden, was very attentive and kept everyone happy with quick service and interesting facts.

Walked past this so many times. Tonight, I decided to stop in. They were very busy but I was seated within 5 minutes. Very friendly right off the bat. Was seated and met my server right away. Ordered some red wine, stuffed Port a bellas and shishito peppers. Wine and peppers showed up quickly. Wine- delicious. The peppers were plenty and very tasty! Than came the Port a bellas.....yum!!!! Another nice portion and super delicious. Lots of cheese....yum!!. .y medium rare ribeye makes the table. I cut into it and Wow!! The smell the color all good. I put it in my mouth and Bam!! Delicious. Cooked just right. It comes with aujous, (spelling?) but a good steak doesn't need that. This was a very tasty dinner. Super yum. I'm glad I came

Our dinner this evening was the best ever. We ordered the smoked prime rib and lobster tails which were outstanding. The presentation of the prime rib was and added fine touch. We received excellent attentive service from GiGi and definitely will be back.

The food at TR Fire Grill doesn't live up to the vibe or the atmosphere, which is rather unfortunate as the place is popular, located on a busy street bustling with tourists. Service was quick and friendly, and our server had solid knowledge of the menu. Prices are high, just like any other popular eating establishment in Honolulu.

Teresa and Marcie were so helpful and kind..Great service, excellent variety of foods, both traditional as well as added local cultural flavors. I highly recommend the Country Loco Moco. Very accommodating to the whole family. The Fire Grill made our stay great.

My Husband and I made reservations on Wednesday the 9th of August at 6:30 pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was not crowded. There were plenty of open tables in the front of the restaurant, near the windows where we could enjoy the view. We were seated in the very back in a corner near the kitchen. I asked why were we seated in the back of the restaurant? I was told that we needed to request to be seated in the front. That was the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard. It’s really hard to get past that experience. I also noticed that there was another black family in the back of the restaurant as well. I am not sure if they made reservations but we did! Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place. The waiter was nice.
