Right away room key didn’t work and had to walk back again and get a new one. Got in the place and it looked like a brick prison cell. There... More like Stay Away! Booked a two-night stay the same day I went to check-in. I checked-in that night, went to the room and found a place that looked much much older than their pictures online. I was not going to pay such a high price for old and run down accommodations. Immediately went back to the front desk and they told me I would get a full refund through the third-party service I used. I contacted the third-party and they said Stay Condominiums would only authorized return for a single night. I called the hotel and the agent at the desk understood my situation and gave me the manager's e-mail. The manager never replied. Management here clearly doesn't care. They use old photos for their rooms and refuse to honor their words or provide decent service. It's a scam. Had to pay for a place I didn't even use. I give the Stay Away Hotel brand 0 stars.

First off, they did not mention check in was at the stay hotel on another street so I was dropped off with my luggage and had to haul everything over and back. Right away room key didn’t work and had to walk back again and get a new one. Got in the place and it looked like a brick prison cell. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom for a blow dryer or hair styler. There were ants crawling around through out the place. The towels in the room were covered in someone’s facial hair trimmings. The bed was two twins pushed together and had an bothersome indent in the center. Tried to sleep but loud music and partying guests all night long. No housekeeping service. Only perk was being walking distance from the beach. Everything else sucked! Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

I love stay condominiums it’s very secure and has security cameras and it very comfortable bed and rooms. Plus all staff in is nice . Especially the ladies at 24 hour front desk at stay hotel. Thank you for exceptionally and caring support and making my stay carefree. Only about block from Waikiki Beach and all shopping. I would definitely recommend stay condominiums and hotel.

My room was nice. Full kitchen, full size refrigerator, large bathroom and shower. A large comfortable bed and air conditioning made it cool and relaxing. Also liked the balcony, you can sit out there and soak up the sun. The rooms are inside a locked security fence, for extra safety. The best part, is the location. You can be on the beach or in the ocean in 1-2 minute walk from the room. A nice grocery market on the corner for food and beer. A vast selection restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All within walking distance. 5 stars from me!

No ADA compliance. Third floor was hard for me to get to but no change of room. No mention of missing elevators in advertisements. Bugs every where, light bulbs out, tv wasn't working, A/C went out, dirty, only one fork and no one comes to get trash (on vacation you take it out 🤣). No second bed, it is a pull out. It is more like a studio apartment for max of two or three. It is close to the beach and tours. If you want something cheap, close to the beach and are willing to deal with all the above that is the only way I would stay there.

Haven’t even checked in yet and the lies are starting regarding the hotels policy on Covid and housekeeping. Rooms are suppose to be vacant for 24 hours before being occupied again. so we show and they say our room is still being clean even though check out cleaning should have already happened. Also Wyndham vacation resorts set up this rental and mislead us on the property and will not stand behind their service. Definitely won’t recommend either of these businesses.

Good sized place and very clean. Internet was barely usable. So had very spotty tv and internet reception.

For the Price, still too high. Location is great to the beach and shopping area. The place can be a little cleaner, Price was a little high but last resort.

I never had so bad experience in customer service in any hotel in my entire life! The manager Carolyn Acube absolutely helpless, unprofessional, rude , even raised her voice on me. I was staying in the hotel more than two weeks, my room was never cleaned during my stay. on my question when I get the room cleaning, the manager suggested I will take the vacuum cleaner from the dowstairs and suggested I will clean it by myself. The Covid 19 protocol was absoluely violated , not even sanitizer in common areas. The front desk women Pence, who is probably related to the manager, alway gives you a nasty look and make you feel miserable. The carpet is very old in the room, with old oily spots .Until I asked to change the old dirty pillows ,blanket, show curtain, nobody offer it to me to chance or to clean.Nobody change the towels, bring the soap, or body wash until you ask for it. I payed for the studio with the kitchenette and was placed to the unit without any kitchenette. On the question to the manager if I can have a toaster, she directed me to buy it. All experience is absolutely terrible.

Nothing like the pictures. Not nice at all also you need a major credit card, they cancelled my booking because I couldn't show a major credit card. They do not accept debit cards, if you book online be sure you have a major credit card. The condominium is so tiny. The employees are very rude. I know it will cost more but get a hotel and not a condominium.

The reason I gave this a 3 is because of the quality of service and the kindness of the employees. The front desk clerks are topnotch caring. The rooms on the other hand are not like what you'll see in the website pictures. The kitchen utilities are very low quality especially the pans. One of the pans has rust in it. There is an iron gate that supposed to have key code to open, but it's open all the time and never locks. There are homeless people right outside of the hotel all the time.

These condos are definitely not a 5 star accommodation, but they provided everything I needed and I enjoyed my stay there. The pictures make it look a little more fancy than it really is, but if you’re out and about during the day it’s a comfortable place for a nights rest. Pros: the hotel staff were all very accommodating and pleasant; even when I arrived at 8am with a huge amount of stuff, they stored it for me no questions asked. The location was also fantastic, being close to numerous bus stations, food places, shopping locatiins, and of course the beach. I also loved having a kitchenette that had almost everything I needed (except a toaster!) Cons: the only thing I could say is that it’s very loud in the mornings - every morning there are garbage trucks that come and clean metal dumpsters for what seems like a very long time, so if you’re a light sleeper, it will wake you up. That and my neighbours were also quite noisy at times, so I think the walls might be a bit thin.
