As expected. Fair priced living in the middle of downtown Waikiki. Maid service 3 days a week. Very reasonable. My room has exceptional views of the canal and mountains. A nice rooftop pool is just up the stairs as well.

Jeanie was an amazing help from checking in with us the prior day we left to Hawaii and sent us emails with specific instructions on how the check-in process works and she also spoke to me as well through phone on how the process worked. She also told me I could call her directly if I needed any help checking in. It made our check-in so easy and smooth! The room we got was perfect for our family of 4! It was spacious enough for us and the views of the canal was beautiful every morning having breakfast on the balcony seeing the mountains as well. The washer and dryer combo in the condo along with the free assigned parking space are total lifesavers! If you're second guessing your stay here, don't! This place is worth it! We will definitely be booking our future stays here! Thanks again Jeanie for your help and guidance! We really enjoyed our stay!

This place is great!!! Everything is close by including the beach. Nothing is to far. No one bothers you, it’s secure , gated parking, and beautiful scenic views from every angle. Rooms are perfect to sleep and be on your way out! Not sure why it’s not ranked 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. People complain for odd reasons. This location is very enjoyable. If your high maintenance keep looking else where! Fully furnished with washer and dryer.

Couldn't ask for a better location and the included parking is amazing! Our room hadn't been cleaned properly, however - toilet was really dirty and there was dust on everything, almost like the room hadn't been used in a long time. Nonetheless really handy to have a kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment. Check-in was very complicated - needs to be MUCH more clear prior to arrival. Once checked in, however, everything was smooth and breezy! Epic views also!

I give 5 stars for service specifically with Jeanie who was so helpful and understanding our emergency situation. Our condo faced away from the ocean, but the view of the mountains was spectacular. The location is also super - close to restaurants and beaches.

It's all about expectations. If you expect it to be like airbnb, you'll be disappointed. Yes there's a kitchen but there's no cooking oil, salt or any spices. Yes there're a few plates and bowls but there's no dish soap. Yes there's a bathroom but there's no shampoo. Yes there're towels but there're stains on them. Yes they have a customer service phone number but the lady is extremely rude and unprofessional, etc... the only good thing about it is the assigned parking spot. So set the expectation low and you will be ok.

You’re in Hawaii, spend the extra money to stay anywhere else! Yes it’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. The staff was very pleasant, but that’s about the only nice thing I have to say. Condos are extremely outdated & dingy. Bed was hard & the pillow cases have a “film” of sticky on them. Construction/repairs on both rooms next to us, so it was continuously loud. Not their fault, but it was extremely windy, so the pool deck & other amenities were closed. Others with our group (staying in different rooms) experienced dealing with cockroaches.

Free parking, key fob, security on site, fast response to calls, clean and cold rooms! Pleanty of necessity provided to make our trip that much easier. Many rooms were remodeled, and we were offered one a few days later, but we declined. we spent all of our time being tourist and little time in the condo. It was just right to sleep shower and go out. The washer and dryer were perfect to packing light. Someone rentals and some residential everyone were polite and dog friendly. We especially enjoyed having friends up to the roof to swim they have a kitchen and several grills for your use. I wish we had more time to have a cookout. The bathrooms even had a sauna. I can't wait to go back!

Great location, no issues with cleanliness. A little too much heavy furniture and the air conditioning was too noisy to sleep with. Sheer blinds in bedroom area weren't ideal for sleeping and didn't reduce the heat. The balcony door didn't shut properly and the balcony was 12" wide so not really a balcony. The full kitchen was fantastic. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when we were there but the rooftop patio was fantastic.

Book at your own risk. Bait and switch tactic. When we booked at this property, we had impression or expected one bedroom with living space because of pictures provided yet it was one bedroom studio with no living room space. Absolutely unacceptable.

Super bad condominium. The place is dirty, super old furniture, bed sheets dirty, kitchen missing pans and pots, stove not working properly, toaster a cheapest one you can get... air conditioners can't be louder, but still not doing a big thing to cold down this small apartment. Super loud street in front of it. Waikiki is too expensive place to stay, but I would still recommend to stay away from this place as it's not worth to stay a night here.

We booked an apartment a couple of months in advance, but our reservation was cancelled by the property two weeks before arrival. Since we're travelling with a 10 months old baby, this causes a lot of trouble. I wouldn't recommend Waikiki beach condominiums to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If possible, I would rate it with zero stars, but unfortunately I have to give it one star

Good location, turns right is the market place and left to the river. We had a great stay. Beach walks not very far either to Waikiki beach or Fort DeRussy beach Park. We booked it for location, carpark and the self contained, it was neared perfect for us. However, checking in no one at reception or security guard who was meant to give us the key, cannot get connected to the office to provide our gate or room key. Luckily a nice cleaner lady know about our arrival check-in at 3pm gave us the key. First impressions as we goes up to the spiral parking level 6 seems secured. When we see the room we thought it looks tight and many many heavy wooden tables and chairs for such small living room. I had to re-arranged so we could move around better and also to add a rolled out bed. Towels provided with some washing detergent. Kitchen has liquid dish washer. Utensil, glass, cups and plates provided. Stayed 12nights. 2 adults and older kids we had a great stay got used to our home away from home and would come back again. Loved the washing machine and dryer. Would recommend less furnishings solid wooden made the space limited for 4 people stay. New TV perhaps onto the wall. Loved the big fridge, toaster and microwave. Stove is there but never used it. Yes super loud aircon but we only needed to open the balcony for fresh cool air. Great fold out lounge sofa bed and but only cons is rolled out bed (2 provided) every night to the small lounge was taking time to get used to. Spring under rolled out bed wasn't comfortable unless added many layers of blankets. No room service within our 12nights stayed, self contained. Swimming pool way too cold unheated water so we used it once. Seems pointless to have a pool but no one use it. Would really love it if is heated especially for young kids. Overall was very sufficient and we loved our stay at the Waikiki beach condominium.

Waikiki Beach condominiums was the best! The location is very convenient (walking distance) to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The unit we stayed in was nice, clean, relaxing and comfortable. We felt very secure staying here. This will be our home away from home! The housekeeping/security/reservation teams were great!

I had stayed at this accommodation for 9 nights with my family. (DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL). The housekeeping told me they would not be able to clean due to COVID. The management on the other hand doesn't pick the calls and their voicemail is full. Try an email and no response. I booked this condominium through Delta airlines and am reaching out to them with my feedback. Here's the detailed email I wrote that didn't even get a response from the management. I was assigned the room 2006; I checked in on July-30 and checked out on August-08. My concerns are as follows: 1. No housekeeping was performed during my entire stay. 2. I called the number provided for housekeeping in the sheet that was provided in the room. 3. The housekeeping told me they would not be able to clean due to COVID. 4. The towels in the room were changed only once upon my request. 5. I had to buy and use my own shampoo/soap. 6. While the room was comfortable, I as a guest had to clean it everyday. I don't know if this email makes any difference to you but not having housekeeping clean the place is something that no one would agree with. Thanks, Vinod
