No services, you can use the pool next door but no one tells you that. Noisy, run down, small room. Currently under major construction and we were not warned. Rented through Newport Travel. Slow elevators and when one of the 2 was shut down for the day they didn't even bother to put signs up to tell guests it was out of commission. Kitchenette included but wasn't equipped with sufficient supplies to cook much and we had to clean things before we used them. Washer dryer combo is nice, but it was dirty and is noisy to the point it sounds broken. TV remote control numbers and volume didn't work and the maintenance man just said to use the arrows and deal with it. Furniture and surfaces are stained and old. Mold on the shower ceiling. Pros: On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the view was gorgeous. You are just a few steps from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay despite the place.

Cons: For starters the building and rooms are updated , dirty , and small. Some of the furniture was very dusty at arrival. Second it was such an inconvenience to not have a "main lobby" at the property. We had to do the check in and out at a different hotel blocks away from the actual location. The other hotel was not far, but such an inconvenience arriving to the hotel , unloading your bags and find out that's not the correct location to check in 😤, ridiculous (almost forgot, not bellboy service nor storage for your bags) . Also there's no daily housekeeping to at least change to fresh linen and towels, and to get a hold of help desk took forever. Another thing it took forever were the elevators. The waiting was long specially if housekeeping was using them. They share the same elevators with guests and during check out hours you see most of the elevators with housekeeping or maintenance personnel. Now Let's talk about the false advertisement for the pool.... the property does not have one! ( online it shows a picture of the pool, but it never says it's from a different hotel). Basically if you want pool time you have to walk next door to the other resort, and carry your own towels! Since you are not staying at the main hotel with the pool , there's no access for pool towels. 😒 Also the pool is not very kid friendly or for short non-swimmers guest, it's very deep. Less than a 1/4 of the pool it's 4feet deep. Pros: Great location surrounded by great restaurants and stores. Access to the beach (not kid friendly). Has private parking garage (spaces are very narrow though). The views from the top floors are amazing. The 2bed condos has a good size kitchen and washer and dryer (perfect if traveling with kids ). Overall I don't recommend this place, this was my first and last. Mahalo!

I booked an ocean view room, paid extra and did not get an ocean view. Rooms are run down. Hotel advertises a pool, restaurant, etc. Those amenities are next door. When checking in, you have to walk to a completely separate location, 5 min away. None of this was communicated prior to arrival.

It is easy to go anywhere on the island from this location. We had a very nice condo on the 13th floor. Great sunset views and sunrises over Diamond Head. Reserve parking was a big plus, tight but very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Nice staff and security. (Vincent) Absolutely made a big impression at check-in. We felt safe coming and going at all hours.

What a dump. Don't bother. Rooms are 2star at best. Bed is hard as a rock. Furnishings are nasty. Wish I would have known before I booked. If your looking for a nice place, this isn't it

Great location. Room was run down. Blinds didn't work, linen was worst I've seen. Bed was rickety. Patio set looked like it came from Walmart a decade ago. Shame as a few small changes could have really improved the experience.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean and nice. My issue with them is they only had one elevator working and it was a pain sometimes to get on the elevator. If this was fixed then for sure a nice place stay. Until then ehhhhh.

What a fabulous room. Everything we needed was at our fingertips . We had access to the Outrigger pool and bar..... We had easy access to the best part of waikiki Beach and so close to the beachwalk , Lewers st. Our view was spectacular from our Lanai. Had the best vantage point for the fireworks. We would definitely be returning. We love ❤️ Waikiki. This was our 6th time back. .....

We had a wonderful time in Hawaii despite the cluster F, which was us staying at this hotel. First, it is evident there is an internal issue among owners within the building as these are individually owned condos, being marketed as hotel rooms, i.e. condotels., where you are a hotel guest, but you are not a hotel guest. There was an awkwardness that was palpable that was not clearly communicated online or other website material to consumers. For example certain rooms do not get housekeeping and towel service, while others do. Also, as guests, some of us had to go to the next hotel to get to the pool or had to "check in" at a hotel down the street (despite Waikiki Shore having a Lobby and employees at a registration desk). TO THE EVENT THAT CAUSED US TO WRITE THIS REVIEW: I smoked a cigar in our outside balcony (13th floor) I received a warning to not smoke, so I proceeded to extinguish my cigar right away. The phone rang, when I first picked up, there was nobody there. The phone rang for a second time, which I picked up, and I was advised by the lobby that the security was on its way up to evict me and my children. When security arrived, they informed that the same person complained again and there were photos sent to management about smoking to the balcony after we were warned. I acknowledge there was a 1 minute lapse between warning and putting out the cigar. Security claimed they gave us two warnings, but it was only one. Although requested, we did not receive any evidence of pictures being taken. Either, security is being untruthful or a neighbor has the ability to photograph activities on a balcony, which yields to invasion of privacy. Either one is equally disturbing. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I give it a 4 star because wayyy too much people smoking all sorts of things. Not good if you have a baby/toddler like me. But the view is nice, sunset is nice, also firework fridays are awsome.

Dirty, dirty, dirty rooms. Floor makes your feet black. Dust coming out of AC. Tiles are coming up and broken. Fridge is broken. Doorknob is broken. Employees are rude. Nice view but extremely outdated, gross rooms. Employees Don’t even look up as you walk in and got MAD AT US because THEIR elevator doesn’t work. Prepare to wait 10 mins for the single elevator, If it works at all.

Great food. I had the steak and chicken meal and it was fantastic. Comes with a salad. Good lunch meal after swimming all morning. Get there before noon because it gets busy. We called ahead and our food was ready when we arrived.

Rented a two-bedroom suite. Very nice and close to beach. Great to be able to park in a private garage underneath.

Just posting for the great little Waikiki Shore Gift Shop right on the beach. We are always here refilling drinks and the prices are probably better than the ABC stores nearby. Hit the Steak Shack and grab your beer or beverage of choice 5 feet away.

Very good, only docking off a star because they don't have microwaves lol. Realistically 4.5 stars. Amazing service, love the cleaning lady. Location is right in the middle of everything.

Went there because this is where steak shack is located. Did not stay at the hotel, but looked great and right on the beach. Can't get any closer.

I gave this hotel 4 stars because, the room was not very clean and furnitures were not very efficient. However, the location to the beach and the shopping center were great.

Great location and view of the water a d beautiful sunsets. But that's about it. You have to pay for parking but there is no parking on sight. You have to park about a block down behind another outrigger location. We were booked in a two bedroom which was actually a 1 bedroom and had a pullout divider partially separated the other bed and living room. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and my wife found an open container of carmax on the floor by the nightstand. When we called for more towels, they did not arrive. We called again that evening and they showed up the next afternoon. Also if you go the the desk in the lobby, they will not help you. It is a different company that manages the condos people own on site.

The view is spectacular but the downsides are parking spot ($35 a day if I'm not mistaken), parking was only available at other location, you have to pick up and drop off the keys at other location as well. There was a lot of confusion at first. Make sure you call them so they can provide you with everything you needed to know beforehand. I wouldn't recommend this place for the elders. I think it's too much moving around if you are new to the place and not bale to walk much.
