Friendly staff! Specially the manager who was at the front on Monday 10/5/21. The food was super fresh and they have or pick up order in time. The space looks very clean they follow the COVID 19 guidelines we’ll be back.

The drive thru line here is so long. The meat in burgers is often raw. Not edible and has to be thrown out. Such a waste of money and time. Won’t be coming to this location anymore. Too many bad experiences.

I love the burger, but does it love back? The people there were nice, I wonder if they were all actually people. I'm laughing at myself in the mirror, thinking am I really alive because if I am then this is all very hard to imagine, isn't it? Everybody's talking about me, I can see their faces. I can hear the echoes from their minds. This burger was a little slice of heaven, if heaven is actually a thing lol. I can't believe I ate it Wendy's last night, but then again I can't believe half of the things that I see , touch, feel. There were people there, and there were people all around, but there will come a time when there are no people at all.

Food was not good, I shared a picture of my grilled chicken sandwich, I'm disappointed. Fries were horrible too, didn't eat my sandwich or the large fries we ordered. Not worth the $30 spent that is going in the trash.

Typical Wendy's nothing wrong with their food. Actually its really clean store (including the restroom) you will feel comfortable eating here because of the cleanliness. Other than that the workers was friendly, the line to order was bit long

Love Wendy’s and have been here before. Google hours said they were open but was closed 14 June @ 0105 am. Big sad

4 stars because they are CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. But they are usually usually all around good. Quick, friendly service. Download the app because you submit your order and you can modify, cancel or it'll be ready once you get through the line.

Walked in ... the elderly guy ahead of me was not being helped. He had to ask an employee who was sitting down taking a break if anyone was going to take his order. She went to ask. He was finally helped but I had already gone over to one of the electronic self ordering kiosks. I didn't give a 1 star because the employees were elderly women and they seemed short staffed and the drive thru line was really long and soon after I put in my order there was a line in the place with 5 people waiting.

This is the second time going through this drive-thru that I got bad service. How many times do I have to say chocolate or do I have to yell. And when I got to the window because I wanted to make sure it wasn't spicy the lady got mad and started talking a different language. I get it English not your first language but you shouldn't be talking in a different language to your customer that doesn't understand. The food was alright. But most of my nuggets was inside the bad and not the container.

Daughter and I stopped by after she picked me up from airport. We love Wendy's. First time for me at this location. Service was quick to dine in. Burger and fries were fresh, her spicy chicken nuggets were a little old.

Went during peak lunch rush. Typically line for carryout, avg. wait time. They did mess up my order in the best way strangely. I ordered a Crispy Chicken BLT, but mentally I thought mmmm bacon double cheeseburger. Didn't bother to check my bag. One of those pleasant surprises.

I’ve avoided Wendy’s for a while because it just kept getting worse. Today, more than a year later, I decided to see if anything has improved, but sad to say, it’s still as bad as I left it... 1.) The guy on the drive thru intercom had zero customer service skills. 2.) My burger was cold and the bread was dry and flakey. Ended up throwing it away. Officially done with Wendy’s here in Hawaii.

OMG!!! Paid $7 for a "Biggie Bag" and got a chicken and bacon sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets and a small frosty! All the food was good, better than McDonalds or Burger King, in my opinion. Yummy and an amazing value! It doesn't seem like a sustainable business model but I will take it!

Maybe i went on a bad day because the person at drive through giving out packages of food was very rude. Did not smile or greet you or say thank you. He got my order wrong, I was missing 2 chicken sandwiches. He got impatient when I told him I was missing food and rolled his eyes. He did not apologize for the error. Also the sandwiches were not rolled up neatly and wrapper was ripped. This is the Wendy's on Nimitz. I will not go there again. Very unhappy experience.

It was empty, but the store was just renovated, the food was good just the fries were cold, And there self-server drink stations were out of a lot of the options so had to have them fill my drink from there drive thru. The crew didn't look happy but it was 7am not sure the whole menu is available during breakfast, the screen only showed the breakfast items.

Never had any issues with this location. Only thing to watch out for is if you dine in, be mindful of where you park. The drive thru line does tend to get long and you won’t be able to just jump in your car and go. Other than that very clean and good service.

this location was recently remodeled and they have new soft drink dispensing machines that look very high tech and offers a million flavors of soda. U use the touch screen to select a drink there is one round button in center of the screen which dispenses the drink. The ice is dispensed the same old way by pushing on the bar below. It took me a while to figure it out but it's cool. A million flavors of soda I never knew existed lol...

Customer service is good and restaurant is newly remodeled. In two visits, it's 50/50. Food was cold on the first visit and the second visit the consistency was off. Specialty burger lacked sauce. Paid $40 for 3 meals. Very pricey.

This place has always had great food...now the facility matches the food. Upscale dining and very clean. Customer service is top notch as well. Very friendly staff. If you're new to the island get the chili with rice!!! Game changer.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30 AM and sat there for about 5 minutes before heading over to McDonalds. Don't know if the employees were napping or what, but can't say I'll be back to that location.

this place is busy all the time and it's hit or miss, so if you're in a time crunch i'd skip it. the burgers are pretty good, fries are usually soggy, employees usually friendly. 4 is being generous. you're welcome.

For this upscale fast food joint I have always enjoyed their location, excellence in service ie; they will always take the blame even of your order was your mistake in the drive through "1 lemonade and 2 double baconators". Simply say "I meant to say 2 lemonades and 1 baconator cut in half" when paying and without hesitation they will comply to your wishes. This saves your face and appetite! Now that's service!. Please don't abuse this by trying it on your own. You will ruin what is already a well established joint that is needed in an area that has nothing after 6pm!

This Wendy's is pretty fast. There is someone there that can make a really good single. I've only had it once but it was really good. Overall just what you expect. BTW this location is generally really fast in making your order!

Very nice spot, customer service is very good and speedy. The building and architecture itself is very nice and rooms themselves are cleaned daily. Good price as well! The bar and pool area is very solid and the food is great too! Don't try to bring guests to the pool on the weekend though, it's not allowed and they have babysitters posted up by the hot tub.
