Hot Pot Heaven is a delightful and spacious restaurant, perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger groups. The ordering process is straightforward: choose your soup base (I went for the miso), select individually priced fixings, and customize your sauce to your liking. My personal selection included udon noodles, a plate of broccoli, brisket, and zucchini – and the result was absolutely delicious! The flavors blended seamlessly, creating a satisfying and enjoyable hot pot experience.

This place is so good I want to bring them home with me to Portland! Highly recommend the thai and kimchi broth! If you like spicy get medium it will hit the spot. I love how you can grab your own meats and veggies. Their iced Thai tea is made to perfection so yummy. We will miss this restaurant.

Visiting Hawaii and this is the first hotpot place we go to. Decent food but a bit pricy. Spent $40+ per person although we didn't really order a lot of food. For reference, where I'm from in Baltimore, we could easily go to an all you can eat hotpot place for $30 and the food quality is better.

I ate mashroom broth but tastes like soil. Their sauce are kind of okay. I don't think I come back again. The rice they cook is disgusting. I'd rather go to other hotpot places.

This place was absolutely divine. My family has specific dietary restrictions, and you can pick and choose different broths/sides so it was perfect. Service is really fast and it’s truly a local spot. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be back!

Delicious!! My wife and I are vegetarian and enjoyed the large variety of tofu options available. We got the veggie broth and the Thai broth, which they were able to make using a veggie base instead of the chicken base, and they were both the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The owner came out frequently to check in and help the servers; she's very bright, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This hot pot place is amazing! It's a small shop, but looks like it can accommodate a big group. The service was superb, food was so good. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to each a nice hot pot meal.

Easily my favorite hotpot place! Good quality, great price, wonderful choices. We never feel rushed when eating here, even if we happen to be the last ones out. It's pretty popular, so keep that in mind given that the inside isn't that roomy.

I have been going to this place for years. The service is fast and there are a variety of options for broth and add ons. They use a color plate system to indicate what the costs are. You select the add ons from fridges. It is also BYOB. The have above and underground parking. Reservations for evening are preferred.

Love the unique dining experience where I get to self serve myself of what I want in my hot pot. Will definitely come back

A super yummy hot pot place! We tried the miso broth and the mushroom broth and both were well loaded with flavorful goodies. I appreciated the clear color coordinated price labeling for the ingredients in the fridges and it's fun picking them out for yourself directly. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the meal was excellent. All the ingredients, meats, sauces and broths had plenty of varied options. Highly recommend for all your local hot pot cravings :)

Highly recommend! Very friendly and warm environment with fair pricing, 10/10 loved the kimchee & mushroom both. Would come again

Went twice in one week to try four different broths. I love hot pot eating, pick what you like and dip in hot soup… repeat until full. Broth makes or breaks the experience and these guys have it down. Yummy.

Good, took my boyfriend for his first hotpot. It's not really beginners friendly as you're more so expected to know what you want and what to do. Can add up so watch your price. But for us with the cheapest broth and a bunch of meat n sides we paid about $50. Thought it was going to be worse honestly. Calm atmosphere as we came in right at opening so no one was even there the whole time until one older couple towards the end.

A very homely asian-style hotpot place with good food! Different price ranges for different colored plates. We had the miso broth and it was tasty!

Hot Pot Heaven gets 5 stars! We searched for a bite to eat before heading to the Royal Hawaiian Golf Course. I’m so happy Google sent us here. The broth was delicious and the options were plentiful. The owner, Kim was so kind and helpful. Not only did she give us advice on our food, but she also gave us a list of great eateries in Hawaii! We will be back.

First time here, a little cold when you first get in but the hotpot gets you nice and warm. We did the Thai and seafood broth and picked what we wanted from the fridge. Ordered pork shoulder and brisket, was delish! We asked for spicy on both broth and the steam will sometimes get to your eyes and cause mascara to run but no worries. Would definitely go back as the kimchi broth is also popular.

Went here because of the high rated reviews, but kind of disappointed by what we get with such high price. The mushroom broth is $4 more than chicken broth, but it tasted just exactly like the chicken broth, even if there are a few pieces of mushrooms in. Beef and lamb meat size is extremely small, they already came with a small plates, but didn't fill even half and it costed $6.29 each plate. Won't come back.

Kind service, freshly prepared ingredients, good variety of broths. I have showed my fiance and many friends this spot. Really love their taro stem.
