I ordered 2 pizzas, one "veggie pesto" and one custom pizza for my daughter. We've been here a number of times before and the veggie pizza was always piled with veggies. It seemed skim this time, so I asked if they could add twice as much of the veggies, the lady said no. Not to be overly picky, but we all know veggies cook down, especially spinach. I feel our pizza appeared "green" just due to their pesto sauce. Our custom pizza for my daughter, she wanted extra cheese, ricotta cheese, and olives. When I asked them to add more than 3 dollops of ricotta she added one more and gestured the one making the pizza to stop. My daughter usually LOVES coming here for her special occasions and they highly disappointed. I didn't feel the pizza was worth the money. We had very little veggies, it was so thin one of the pizzas were burnt all around the edges. It was so late, I had to just take the pizza and feed my family. It says "create your own pizza" but you really can not create a pizza to you're liking.

Love their thin crust and make your own pizza... although I usually order from their favorites list.... I am just not good with making choices. Food comes out fast and it's a very casual dining experience. Affordable and clean and just good food!!

Awesome pizza. Make your own or choose one of their specialty pizzas. The employees are pleasant and helpful.

We go here pretty often. The kids love it and us parents like it. Prices are not cheap but not outrageous and since you can completely customize your pizza, everyone is happy and eats well. For a set price you can choose whatever you'd like/unlimited toppings for salad or pizza...and they have plenty of toppings to choose, from sauces to cheeses to veggies to meats. Although the servers can seem a little stingy with the toppings, you can always ask for more. Usually they are nice and accommodating but other times I get annoyed that they seem annoyed, if you know what I mean. But the food always looks and tastes fresh and the restaurant (including the bathroom) are clean. And the bonus is it's right by Uncle Clay's HOPA so you can get the best shave ice on the island for dessert!

Online order, charged us twice. Went into the store and we were given a receipt for a refund but one week later still no refund. Call the store and the phone just rings no one answers. Now I have to go back into the store just to try and get my money back and the food was terrible. Never again.

The high ratings are from years ago. This place has gone downhill since COVID. It takes 30-40 minutes to get thru the line, the staff is rude and struggles with the basics, and the manager seems to care less. This time they had a broken and blocked second door (which is a fire code violation) and had to redo two orders while I was in line because they lost them. Add the ever-increasing menu prices, and it doesn’t make sense anymore. Go to Boston’s: friendly staff, phenomenal pizza, and you’ll spend less and be out the door in 10 minutes or less.

The WORST pizza I've had in a while, been here many times in the past. The cashier was extremely rude & aggressive when I approached the online mobile line as if I broke the law or something. The guy cutting the pizza is doing his best. However I watched him brush his whole hairy arm across multiple pizzas (food violation) without wearing gloves & dropping a few things on the ground and so did the cashier. The pizza was cold, barely cooked & they mustve placed the pizza back onto the counter where they flour the bottom. There was a teaspoon worth of flour in the box. We could barely eat it and we eat anything.

Pieology Our local ohana recommended this place. We enjoyed it. We expected a long wait though we came later than rush hour. We got it. The process is more clear by the signs on the glass, although afterbaked was never clarified. We figured it out. Very patient servers provided efficient service & an original work of art. Tasty & no waiting for a called number or name, they brought it right to the table. We loved it. There was no upsell (dessert pizza, etc) & the place was loud at times but I loved the walls of quotations. We read it. Offering such a flexible menu adds variety & adventure, as well as a great gift to those needing gluten free or low carb cauliflower. Highly advised to use the app -- maybe even if you're waiting in line but there are deals & points our auntie used. At least one very living couple gave up waiting at about 15 minutes. We persevered. Despite the wait, we had a great New Year's lunch that will be hard to beat. We'll be back. PS Christmas decorations made me think there was one unisex option so I'm pretty sure I washed my hands in the vacant men's room -- the clue being that other seemingly related non pie: the urinal cake. I survived ;)

This is the best Pieology on Oahu. Great manager and staff. My family loves this place. Going here is about the same as ordering large pizzas elsewhere, and everyone gets what they want.

It was not crowded but pizza was left out there (waiting to be cut and boxed) for 10 mins. The staff went to attend to a door maintenance person. I think better process can be improved: “always finish up a pizza before doing next thing”. I don’t like cold pizza - what about you ? 12:35pm Aina Hina branch

First time to try cauliflower dough and was pleasantly surprised. It looked crunchy but it was actually soft towards the center too. Very flavorful. Pizza has fresh ingredients, a nice salty pepperoni, stretchy mozzarella, and fresh basil made each bite aromatic. I loved that you can choose all the ingredients you want as you can make the perfect combination of ingredients. Ask for the parmesean from the start of the cheese section, as I missed that and didn't see until the topping station. The pesto was the perfect final touch!

2 or 3 times a week we orders pizza, but today I'm kinda disappointed. See the pictures.

Stopped in here by chance when the kids were starving and it was getting late. We were pleasantly surprised! The pizza was great and had a ton of topping options. The sizes are great too, large enough that we had leftovers for the next day. Although it was busy there the staff got our orders right and pizzas out quick. Would recommend this place to friends.

Genius idea of allowing patrons to pick their own, unlimited amount of toppings. Reasonably priced too if you compare it to those take out places that charge for every topping. Thin crust here though. Beer on tap is a bonus! 🤙

3/1/2022 time 830 pm Line was 30 minutes long bc of dinner rush understandable I came here before the pizza is always gd and friendly service . But The girl who was placing the sauce on the pizza kept wiping the counters with her gloves then Touching the cheese (cross contamination) . Obviously the counter is dirty with food particles So I asked her nicely to change her gloves before she makes my pizza she had an attitude she did change her gloves . I feel like if I didn’t ask her she wouldn’t do it .She was trying to throw the pasta sauce from the counter back in the container. I’m disgusted and disappointed! I’m sure if an health inspector was there they would’ve said the same thing . Won’t be eating here again .

Great selection of toppings and sauces to be able to customize a pizza. Price is decent all things considered. Service is good and you're able to watch the whole process.

Went here because Sophie's gourmet pizza was closed and they hadn't changed their hours online. So after driving an hour to eat there and couldn't we found this place. Great pizza and different things to top with. Like a subway but with pizza! Little expensive but its Hawaii.

We ate here 4 times while we were in Oahu for a total of 6 days… that should speak volumes as to how much we enjoyed their pizza. It was cooked to perfection, so many options to choose from, and their fountain drink selection was bomb as well. 10/10

Love the pizza. They put the right amount of topping that the crust part is small. Very delicious!!!

Went there 30 minutes before closing. Wrong move! I had thin crust with green peppers and black olives, tomato and pesto sauce. They ran out of fresh basil and cilantro. I'm fasting and couldn't add meats. They have a wide selection of crusts, sauces, veggies and meats. Drank a Mango and Guava water mixed. Buy a $25 gift card and get a free pizza card. I can't complain I love Pieology. I have a free pizza (with my gift card purchased).❤️🤙😋

Awesome create-your-own pizza for a reasonable price.

First time back since the pandemic started and the menu has been scaled down a lot. Thin crust pizza is now $11.99. Now the choices for vegetable toppings are very limited, and the meat toppings are okay. I doubled the toppings on my pizza. We decided to have pizza from somewhere else the next time. Pieology went from a special pizza place to an okay one.
