So frustrated that they don’t post their hours!! I work at the airport and have to come from terminal 1. Google maps and Quiznos own web sight says it’s open till 10 pm. Went there at 11:30 am and not open. Please list your hours of operation.

Saturday 7:15pm and closed. For those that see Quiznos on Google Maps in the middle of the airport, the closed store is actually between G4 and G5. All I wanted was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich!!!! :)

They’re not open. I walked all the way from my terminal for a sandwich at 5:36pm and they’re closed. Should update their info so hungry tired travelers aren’t wasting their time and getting their hopes up.

10:12AM, still closed. Owner has replied to every comment stating the same for over a month saying “we’ll update our hours right away!” but no updated hours have been posted. If you can’t handle the bare minimum requirements for running a business, maybe don’t own one.

Ate here while on a layover in the Honolulu airport. I needed a decent meal that I could eat on the plane. I ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich. It took a bit longer than other Quiznos but it tasted great and was prepared perfectly.

Long line and long wait. I got tuna toasted subs and honey bacon club which taste just okay. Service wasn’t efficient but it’s tolerable if kids are hungry.

This store serves as a reminder to me of why they are going out of business everywhere. Service was terrible, the staff were argumentative. Staff picked things up off the ground and then continued making food without changing gloves. No self service station for banana peppers or additional dressing. Ordering kiosks are not easy to use. Quiznos had a superior product than every other sub joint, but the service is what makes me never want to return.

Hours are way off. Came at 9am and it was totally closed down. Trust the other reviewers.

They were closed by 1800 hrs. Wanted to purchase food for my flight that departs at 1940 hrs. This place sucks!

Quiznos I know you probably don’t care, but as a business do you think it is wise to shut down between the hours of 330pm and 530pm when airport customers are trying to acquire food for his or her dinner or before his or her flight? You were the main discussion in the concourse because you were the best option for food to take onto the plane, no you really were! I estimate you lost 40-50 customers yesterday afternoon including my wife and I because of your closure!

The Quiznos in the Honolulu airport has the WORST customer service in the universe!!! I ordered a lobster seafood sandwich at 12:20 before I had to board at 1PM!! They took 40 minutes to make one sandwich. 4 women were overwhelmed by one sandwich. There was no URGENCY, almost missed my flight. Dont waste your time there.

Place is not open for the hours posted. Looks like a ghost town at 6 PM

was looking forward to a meal for my long flight, but they closed at 3 PM on a Thursday. Was very disappointed.

(I tried to get a Sandwich after coming back from big island. Showed up on Wednesday at 5:50pm. Shop was closed up, no access. They need to put correct times online. I have no idea when they are open. ) The only quiznos I can find in Hawaii. You need to either be in the wing of the airport that has it, or have a long time before your flight to reach it. Automated ordering screen but the sandwiches are just as good as I remember for toasted subs. Much better than subway.

So much better than Subway. I love their Classic Italian and their Turkey and Swiss Sandwiches. They have updated to kiosk ordering for much faster services.

Near Gate G5. Love it. Sad they pulled out of Australia.

I thought a sandwich would be better. take the cheapest imitation crab sandwich, call it a lobster and, voila, the highest price. So not too bad for an airport eatery though.

5pm on a Saturday and you're closed....says you're open online.....guess you can't fix lazy

Google says this opens at 8 AM, but it’s 10:26 AM now and this Quiznos is most definitely closed. Would have loved to get a sandwich before my flight but I guess not… please update your hours or open at the posted time.

Gave our order to another lady. Brought this to their attention, where they then made 4 other customers orders, then gave us the other ladies order instead. Waited just over 30 minutes for our order.
