Not a good experience ! I used to meet up with my sister every month and we would have lunch at Pieology. We both loved it. I think we need to find another place to have lunch together. The pies are smaller, no real flavor and the staff didn't seem very competent. I will try another Pieology and compare but for now they will get a very low rating.

Very good pizza place. It's like a Chipotle of sorts where you make your own personal pizza. It is priced very reasonably and they have tons of toppings to choose from. Pick as many as you want for no extra cost. I picked pulled pork and chicken with a majority of the veggies they had to offer. Pizza was a thin crust, probably 10" (there is only one size). They also have thicker crust and different sauce and cheese options too. Recommended!

The employees are not trained by the management. There is no organization in the pizza line. Employees have no clue how to take orders and cook the pizzas. The floor is covered in pizza that the employees drop on the floor and then walk all over it. The employees are unfriendly and stressed out. The place is dirty and unhygienic. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut down the join. Guess it's only a matter of time.

I have to say I am disappointed and did not enjoy my food in this location I have visited other pieology locations and I was by far disappointed with this location. As you can see in the pictures, our pizzas was burnt and hard to chew. Also the staff was unfortunately unfriendly and not a single employee smiled they all looked upset. Let’s end this in a positive note I did like the positive quotes in the wall and even though the wings did not have the spicy sauce they were still good. Haha! Will not be coming back though. Happy pizza hunting for me.

This is my new favorite pizza place in Hawaii next to JJ Dolans. You can have the pizza almost any way they can make it, it's done in 10 minutes and it's only $12.95. It's super crispy crust all the way which makes its one of the best. They never disappoint you and the young staff is great. They even serve ice cold beer for all the adults to enjoy.

Our 1st time. Got here around 5pm just starting to get real busy. You have to place your order for pizza, salad and drinks in a buffet style bar set up. The face mask makes it hard to hear the servers, and they have quit a bit of servers in the line helping. This place have delicious pizza and salads and great mango lemonade. This place got twice as crowded after 6pm, line was out the door. Didn't see any type of social distancing with in the staff or the customers. The place smells like disinfectant. It was very clean. It looks like we got their during a slow moment before it picked up. We came to celebrate a birthday as a family during their family night (which is Monday's and Wednesday's )we ordered 6 pizza, drinks and 1 salad. Paid $72, we had 7 in our party. But we had a nice time and the pizza was delicious.

Hot pizza made to order and all the toppings your heart and stomach desires, what more could you ask for. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. The process is easy, pick your style of crust, pick your sauce, add all the veggies you want (lots of varieties), and your meats, pay and have a seat. The pizza will be brought right to your table.

I ordered a pizza, I was given a wheel of bread on which some toppings and sauce had fallen This isn't the first time I've had an issue when ordering from this location. I don't know if it has something to do with the uniform I wear or maybe the color of my skin. Every time I walk in to pickup my order, they take extra time giving me my order after it has come out of the oven and had at least 15-20 minutes to cool. This time, the employees were way behind with about 5-7 pizzas sitting on the board waiting to be served up. Mine sat there for a bit, then they put it into a box and both looked at me and whispered between themselves and put it in the warmer under their cash register. They continued to serve up several other pizzas to people and then finally acknowledged me standing right in front of them and asked me if I was waiting on something. All I had to say is that I had an online order and he/she immediately opened the warmer and handed me the pizza without even looking at the receipt, because there was no receipt on the box. They knew which pizza was mine and that I was waiting on it. They wanted me to wait a good deal longer. When they finally served up my pizza, the picture shown is what I got. A wheel of bread on which it appears some toppings fell from nearby pizzas. This is the quality they give these days at this place? A 10" pizza means each piece is 5" from corner to crust. I have about 3" of crust there with no toppings or even sauce to cover the bread. So about 20% of my pizza has toppings on it. This is straight robbery advertising you make pizzas but giving me a wheel of bread with nearly no toppings whatsoever. I also noticed another individual wearing a military uniform who was there with his family while I was waiting for 40 minutes for my pizza (which was done in 20 minutes but they wanted to make me wait). He and his family were there before I even walked in and he got up to ask them the status of his order. People who walked in an ordered after I walked in got their food before me and this gentleman and his family still did not have their order when I was given my pizza. There is certainly some sort of discrimination going on at this place. Maybe it's our uniform, maybe it's the color of our skin. This should probably be investigated. Likewise, their employees are regularly touching the paper your food is placed on with their bare hands, stacking pizzas on the wooden board behind the register because they're too slow to get orders out quickly, and they slide the spatula (used to move the pizzas to the serving trays or to-go boxes) under the cutting board behind the register where there's a bunch of dried food and crumbs waiting to contaminate the spatula. Seems like some health code violations are happening here for sure.

Always wanted to try this place and I'm glad I did. I got a custom thin crust with garlic butter, red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, Italian sausage, pepperoni, diced Portuguese sausage, and jalapenos well-done. Yummy! Counter service was very friendly and helpful which I liked as a first-timer. The ice maker wasn't working hence the 4-star review. You need an ice cold drink with a pizza.

A coworker finally convinced me to try Pieology. So I had a thin crust pizza, and I'm taking my husband there next week‼️💋💃😋 The crew were great hosts as well as servers. Everyone behind the counter was entertaining as they were making everyone's orders. The walls had nice decor, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor seats to choose from.

I ordered a pizza and beer. My wife ordered a pizza and drink. Food was tasty but my draft beer wasn't very cold. The soda dispenser was also out of ice. Could have been an off day for them. Would try again.

Better than pizza press. Choose your crust thickness, choose your sauce, cheese, as many toppings as you want, more sauce such as dressings, then they put it in a wood fire pizza oven. Amazing flavor with the fire cooking it. Down side: it’s expensive!!!!! They do not weigh the pizza, but they charge additional for every step up on crust thickness. Thin crispy crust is the original, $1 for next step up, $3 for the next! That doesn’t seem fair. I get $1-1.50 extra for thicker crust but if you take your family and get 2 pizzas, you could end up spending $30 depending on the crust and if you want a drink. 🤦‍♀️ I would go back but have to settle for wheat crust at $1 extra, can’t afford the pan crust!!! The manager or owner whoever it was the day we went could use some extra people skills training. He was holding up the line being the one who lays the dough and sauces it. The toppings people were waiting patiently while he did way too much on his own. I tried to be friendly and he wouldn’t look at me and seemed to be ignoring me until he did what I asked...twice but never made eye contact. Weird and not good for the counter and especially the first person you interact with. Thankful everyone else was super friendly.

Pearlridge pieology employees Need better training. Just a mess and not consistent, compared to the other pieology’s Kaneohe is probably the best. Will show

Wow, that was delicious. This was my first time at this establishment and I really enjoyed the pizza. How it works is you choose the type of crust you would like first ( i chose cauliflower), then sauce( i got the herb butter), then veg. topping, followed by meats, then you can add other toppings i.e nuts, sunflower seeds etc. if you choose too. The prices range from 10 to 13 dollars depwnding on crust. You can add all the toppings you'd like just remember if it's too thick it difficult to cook through without burning your crust. According to a worker there, people have ordered everything (toppings) on the menu buts she doesn't recommend it. Well the cauliflower crust pizza I ordered was top notch. Crispy with juicy and flavorful toppings. If I wasn't full I would order more. If you are hungry it's enough for 1 person. But you could share it with two people if you are a lite eater. I recommend this place and would come again. Service was nice, there was a line so it took about 20 to 30min before we could order. It eould be great if they ever had a walk up self order machines.

Love Pieology! Fresh ingredients, good choices, quick service, friendly workers. Especially like the 1-4pm special! Always crowded but the line moves quickly. One of my favorites!

Weird experience with this whole "build your own pizza" concept. Its kind of a good idea, but one thay can make you fat in a hurry. The crusts aren't anything like NJ-style pizza, but they offer options for gluten free and vegan. In this day and age of corporate pizza places, this is one example. Probably going to be the end of small authentic pizzerias.

My 1st time trying Pieology and was very impressed with the selections! Then more impressed that you literally make it anyway you want! I loved my pizza! Didn't take long to bake and brought to the table.

Yummy pizza! Several toppings to choose from, and the crust is cooked just right. The cucumber drink is refreshing!

I ordered Hawaiian and chicken bacon ranch pizza. Both came burnt at the bottom. Tasted burnt in my mouth as well. Pretty upset.

I'm visiting my daughter from Georgia and was excited to try it after she told me how good they were. Customer Service and professionalism were lacking severely! When I told the lady what toppings to put on my pizza, she would barely add any and I had to keep asking her to add more for EVERY topping as did my daughter. Then after the pizza be was "done" they toppings were just as they were before they put them in the oven. Prior to be to them coming out of the oven, my daughter was charged for the wrong type of crust. 5 of them looked at the receipt when she told them and even looked in the in the oven at the pizzas as if she was lying. No matter what job you have you should always strive to do your best. If not, them step aside and let someone else apply for the position. I will try them again before I leave because I know sometimes people have off days.
