Location - 5/5 - Just amazing, right at the center of everything. Beach was just outside, lot of great restaurants and shopping around. They also have a car rental right at the hotel. Room - 5/5 - Was very clean, bathrooms were great, had a balcony with a decent view of the mountains. Service - Room service was fantastic, they are very friendly and helpful. Value - 5/5 - We got a great deal, so I think it's definitely worth it. Amenities - 5/5 - They have a good gym, decent pool and a hot tub. They provide beach towels as well. Only thing I wish the package included was the beach umbrella, but you can get one for 10 bucks a day right outside. Parking - Was fairly expensive, so we didn't end up using it. I would recommend renting a car only when needed and not throughout your stay as most of the bars , beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Our 3 night stay here was fantastic. First off, the room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. It's 2 short blocks from McDonald's, so getting early morning coffee was super convenient. We never used the pool, but it looked nice. At the pool they have complimentary towels and beach chairs which you can sign out for the day and take across the street to Waikiki beach, which is amazing. At night we walked the strip, which is entertaining with lots to see. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance.

The hotel itself is great (views, area, etc ) but the staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered. If you are military, please avoid this place at all cost. I called the hotel a couple hours before check-in and asked if there was an area at the hotel for me to park so I could park and unload my bags (because I have a big family with a lot of bags due to a PCS move). They said yes, I could unload and then park across the street. Once I arrived I was greeted by an extremely aggressive staff member that told me I needed to move my vehicle right now. He then handed me a map and said that they don’t allow people to park at their garage on the first night?!?!? I looked around and there was 3 or 4 other cars parked with nobody in them, and when I asked why they could park there but not me, he told me to “not worry about them and move your vehicle”. So I had to leave my luggage unattended while I went to a parking garage almost a mile away! When I talked to the manager, he offered little to no help, other than he was sorry and would talk to the staff. The reason we chose this hotel is because of the location and they are “pet friendly”. I put that in quotes because pet friendly only means they allow pets in the room. The hallways get a little loud sometimes and makes my dog bark. He literally barked like 3 times and I get a call from the front desk saying there was a complaint. I could understand if he was barking uncontrollably, but he seriously barked maybe 3 times. Our next encounter was at about 9:30 at night. A staff member knocked on our door saying there was a complaint of somebody jumping or bouncing a ball. I kindly opens the door all the way so he could see that everyone was laying down and almost asleep. Then they threatened me with eviction if they have anymore complaints. If you are military and have kids/pets, staying here for an extended time because of PCS, please stay somewhere else. I will 100% never stay at this place again. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I’d consider this a budget high end hotel. The property is beautiful on the outside and located across the street from Waikiki which I loved. But inside is dated and shows lots of water stains and mold inside the bathrooms. We upgraded for a beach view and that was amazing but overall the hotel is aging poorly and could use some upkeep. Staff was decent at this place.

The hotel overall is convenient and in a great location. The rooms are decently sized, and the views (if ocean side) are great. I would not recommend paying $40 a person for the breakfast buffet as it is simply the type of food you can get at Denny's. There wasn’t anything remarkable about the food. The storefronts are nice, but they are pricey. Our biggest complaint was the parking garage, as many individuals not associated with the hotel can use it, which takes up the already limited space. The garage is small, and it doesn’t help that many drivers speed around the corners, almost causing accidents. Once, we were given a piece of paper asking us to go to another parking garage three blocks away due to the possibility of no available parking. Overall, I don’t have anything significant or wrong about the hotel. It met our needs, and we had a nice place to stay.

Everyone was so kind, from valet and bell hop to check-in to housekeeping. The hotel is very well-kept and our room was fantastically clean. We had a minor problem with our AC and toilet and maintenance was up within an hour, even when we told them there was absolutely no rush. Comfortable beds and nice pillows. …we never saw the robes that were supposed to be in the rooms or the poolside desserts? The robes weren’t an issue to us though and we didn’t use the pool, just walked through several times. Overall, we will definitely stay here next time we come to Hawaii. …and I truly can’t express enough how clean it was. Fabulous!!

My family and I stayed for the week at this beautiful location right across the street from Waikiki Beach. The room view was ocean front and the room itself was kept impeccably clean by room service. They are phenomenal with upkeep of the hotel. Checking in was a breeze. The room itself had two queen beds, a safe, plenty of clothing storage, a clean bathroom, and a heated bidet. The bidet was an absolute bonus. The lobby is located above a shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants as well as a framers market that visits each week with vendors selling fresh fruit and various goods. We will definitely stay here again. I will say however the hotel buffet is quite expensive at $40 per person and the cocktails were quite pricey compared to local bars. But that's my only qualm. Everything else was perfection.

Title: A Mixed Experience at Hyatt Waikiki: Great Location, Good Prices, but Service Issues Rating: 7 out of 10 I recently stayed at the Hyatt Waikiki for 8 nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the location of the hotel was excellent, offering convenient access to the beautiful Waikiki Beach and nearby attractions, and the prices were reasonable, there were a few notable issues that impacted my stay. One of the first issues I encountered was during the check-in process. Unfortunately, the check-in was delayed, and it seemed that the hotel was understaffed at the time. This led to a frustrating start to my stay, as I had to wait longer than expected to receive my room keys. Additionally, despite being promised a conjoining room, my travel companions and I were initially placed in different towers. This mix-up required us to return to the front desk the next day and have them adjust our accommodations based on our prior confirmations. This inconvenience could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. Another major concern was the housekeeping service. Regrettably, on three separate occasions during my 8-night stay, housekeeping did not show up to clean our room. It was disappointing to return to an untidy room after a day of exploring the island. I had to proactively call the front desk and request service for fresh towels and other essentials. This level of inconsistency is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Upon reflection, it occurred to me that the lack of daily tipping to the housekeeping staff might have contributed to the poor service we experienced. However, it is important to note that tipping is typically done at the end of the stay, and I expected the housekeeping team to fulfill their responsibilities regardless. Despite these issues, there were still positive aspects to my stay at Hyatt Waikiki. The location was undeniably excellent, providing easy access to the beach and surrounding attractions. The prices were also reasonable, considering the prime location. Furthermore, the hotel amenities and facilities were generally satisfactory. In conclusion, my experience at the Hyatt Waikiki was a mixed one. While the location and prices were commendable, the check-in issues, lack of housekeeping service on multiple occasions, and the potential correlation between tipping and quality of service left me disappointed. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns into account and makes improvements to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for future guests. Given the positives and negatives of my stay, I would rate my experience at the Hyatt Waikiki a 7 out of 10.

Amazing location! Hotel is located across the street from the most popular tourist beach on the island which is beautiful but crowded. The hotel gives you 2 free Hyatt reusable BPA free water bottles when you arrive plus complimentary rentals of backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was a great perk. Lots of shops and restaurants in the hotel lobby with 100s more within a 5 minute walking radius. If you like Poke I highly suggest you check out the fast casual options near the hotel! The hotel pool I would give 3 stars because its on the smaller side but great for families and those that are tired of the beach. Pool drinks and burgers were worth a try during happy hour! Room was very spacious as well with either a beautiful city or ocean view.

A beautiful hotel with 2 towers.... In between the 2 towers is an open area with a waterfall feature. This is amazing for light, open fresh air, and a cool feature when it rains. You could stay covered and walk around the outside perimeter but it's still cool. Single room with a king is nice, don't really need much else, though the fridge didn't get that cold and it was small. If you wanted a microwave I heard you could request it. Laundry in the Diamond Tower on the 4th floor. I believe it was $3 to wash and $3 dry, but they do put a $8 hold if you use a credit/debit card. There's ice machines with filtered water on every floor.... Views are beautiful as you go higher up. There is a gym, pool, hot tub, and spa. As well as clothing stores, rental car agent, and excursion retailers. Really nice hotel.... Pleased with my stay.

I stayed here in previous years in the Diamond Head Tower and was happy with the stay. As of September 2023, I would never stay here again. The room had stained walls, stained carpets, leaky sink, broken shower wand, filthy curtains, extremely uncomfortable beds, and the clock on the wall didn't work. We stayed in the Ewa Tower and it was extremely noisy. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was seemingly the worst place to pick. For 20,000 points per night, I would expect Hyatt Regency standards of service and a clean, comfortable room to stay in. Hyatt Regency Waikiki should not be a Hyatt Regency. This place is dilapidated and should not even be 12,000 points per night based on the room we stayed in. I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inns in terms of comfort. I told the front desk about my stay and they did give 30,000 points and a breakfast credit. Upon providing feedback after returning home, someone reached out to me asking what they could do to "make amends." I asked for additional points and they gave 5,000 more after first saying they can't do anything else. If all you care about is beach access, stay here. If you want comfortable beds and clean rooms, stay elsewhere.

The Breakfast Buffet was simple but more than adequate to get a busy day on the island started. Everything was clean in the facility and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly & attentive. But the best part is the view. I booked my room through Costco and breakfast is included saving $$$.

This hotel is really awesome! A neat little mall like place on the first and second floor. My girlfriend and I went downstairs to Kai Coffee to start our mornings too! We got the ocean view room and it was really nice! No bed bugs too! The room service comes a bit early, but they're really friendly and nothing was stolen. My only problem was the pillows are hard like bricks. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The rooms could use a microwave, even though there is one in the lobby, and complimentary water bottles would be nice. However, they do have exemplary service and are always there to help. They do not serve complimentary breakfast but you probably won't find that in similar hotels. They offer complimentary beach towels and umbrellas though (very helpful) and also free go-pro rentals. They also offer free sunscreen and burn relief lotions. All in all, would definitely come back again and stay with Hyatt Regency.

Generally do not recommend if you're staying with young kids. Will not stay again. Pros -location -clean room -provided a crib -waived our resort fee after we complained about all the broken stuff -water refilling station was very helpful -laundry was fine, only one broken dryer Cons -parking garage is a nightmare, don't park yourself, just do the valet -valet is also a nightmare, be prepared to wait to pull in to the valet section. The drivers were all great though. -the elevators to get to the rooms start on the second floor. There is ONE elevator for the entire hotel (both towers) to get to the second floor and it is slower than a snail. -generally the hotel's stuff is broken. I don't know if we just got unlucky but they should really work on getting things fixed faster, continue reading for the details -the escalator to go up to the second floor was broken for 5 DAYS so we either had to deal with the super slow busy elevator or haul our stroller plus beach gear up the stairs with a baby and toddler. -the beach towels are in these fancy lockers accessible by your card key. Worked great the first few days, then they stopped. Asked the lobby folks multiple times on how to get them fixed and they just kept telling us the system was down and ask the pool attendant, but the pool was never open when we were leaving in the morning so we had to resort to room towels. The kicker was when we complained about this during checkout, the person was like, oh, we could've reissued the key...clearly their staff are not well trained. She refunded our resort fee though which was nice. -one time our room wasn't serviced until after 5pm which sucked because we were using our room towels for the beach (and we were out since early morning) -the pool is not heated so sometimes it was really cold. Or maybe it's supposed to be but it was probably broken too

Everything was great. My therapist made me fall asleep and I didn't want it to end. The spa was serene and felt very nice. It is overlooking the beach and the vibe is so great. I felt like a king after the massage and I was so relaxed.. After we paid and left we noticed that we got charged twice once for 638.00 and one more charge for 740.00. It made us feel stressed out. It took awhile to get a manager on the line. We ended up with a headache and completely lost the feeling we had after our massage and spending some time at the spa. After we finally got a hold of the manager they reversed the charges they gave a 50 percent discount. To be honest that still wasn't helpful we still lost out zen. That money that they charged was going to be used for the rest of our trip and now we don't have money on out last night here. The reversal wasn't immediate and by the time this happened bank of America was closed. So now we are stuck and anxious. We basically feel like it was a complete waste of time because we don't have out relaxation that we were counting on when we go back to the main land. I still have a headache and I feel awkward about what happened. It now makes me skeptical and cautious about these situations. We were here celebrating our anniversary and on vacation. We both work with people my girlfriend is a teacher and I am a mental health professional. I was really counting on this to set me straight at the end of my vacation. It's been a few hours and it's still on my mind on my last day if vacation. 😤😤

Located directly across the street from the beach, great hotel overall. It was clean, there is ice and water machines on each floor, the pool is centrally located and open late. The maid service was responsive when we needed something extra and did a great job each time in our room. There were different events happening at the hotel throughout our stay that made the experience even more special, such as a local vendor market, and fire dancers. Would recommend this to hotel to anyone that plans on walking or spending a lot of time at the beach.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! Amazing place overall!!! Spending our honeymoon here, and the oceanfront room we got had a simply magnificent view. The hotel is literally seconds away from the beach, so if you enjoy hearing soothing sounds of the waves then this is for you, though may not be everyone. One small item is that the shower could be updated a bit, but the room itself from the bed to the bidet(!) to just the general setup with the lounger facing the ocean is just fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with this hotel. Staff have been very helpful. We switched rooms from a non ocean view to an ocean view. Totally worth it. Needed a microwave for a little one, they brought one up for us. They were quite complimenting to us. They have some activities everyday. The only thing I would say is that the elevator gets busy. Sometimes there's a line and you might wait a couple of minutes. But the elevator is good size and it's fast. All in all I definitely would recommend this hotel and would come back to it in the future.

Stayed at this location while on vacation Jan 2022. Hotel is located across the street from the beach. Kai coffee shop is located inside the hotel and worth the wait in line! Car rental service available within the hotel. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Beds were very comfortable and rooms was well maintained by housekeeping staff. We were able to arrange transportation from the hotel for most of the attractions booked during our stay.

Hyatt regency is very centrally located right across the beach. Our experience of stay at Hyatt was mixed. Loved the location, ocean views from our high floor was wonderful. The hotel itself is dated, the furnishings, room, bathroom seems to be 15-20 years from the past. The swimming pool is extremely small but if you have an ocean and beach do you really need this. Didn’t enjoy the swim bar, couple of cocktails were pricey but not great, there are better places. We had breakfast from the Shor restaurant, I would rate above average for spread and service. The checking lines especially in the afternoon can be long and the counter feels like a ticket counter from railway station (staff though are pleasant and nice). Overall for us the location, views and access to shops and beaches was great and was an enjoyable stay !!

An older hotel, and check in area does not look as grand as other Regency hotels in the continental US. Although an older hotel, the room we had was recently remodeled, nice, and does not have that old room smell. The location is great. And get an ocean front view if you can. The view in the morning is spectacular.

Stayed here several days and had a great room with a city and ocean view. Our room was modern and comfortable. The front desk customer service is outstanding. I love that the hotel is within walking distance from our favorite restaurants and across the street from the beach. Gym is nice but the pool is too small for such a large hotel. I wanted to relax in the pool but children take it over (along with the jacuzzi) and splash water on guests sitting nearby. They really need either a larger pool (like the one at the Hyatt in Maui), or an adult pool. Resort fee, drinks and parking are a bit much for what you receive but are consistent with other major Waikiki hotels.

Let's start with the good; great location right in the middle of Waikiki a few steps from the beach. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the area that If you wanted you do not need to go anywhere else. Service: big opportunity for improvement here in several areas. Check-in was a mess with very few people to help guests checking in. The world of Hyatt line was significantly slower than the regular line and check in itself was super slow. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived so we left our bags and went to eat, but when we can back after to get the room keys they tried making us check in all over again including ID/vaccine card for each guest again. The valet was the worst part of the experience as it was just super disorganized, they told us we could not call ahead on the first day (not true) and you had to come down at least 20 minutes before you actually needed to leave. Would have preferred to self park but it was full so we could not. Visited the Aulani and it was a world of difference. Regency club: The food/snacks were not bad and a great grab and go in between meals. Rooms: Rooms looked to be fairly recently renovated and house keeping did an amazing job refreshing the room. Did not expect a globalist suite upgrade as they were quite busy. Pool: Nothing amazing but why spend anytime here when the beach is 15 feet away?!?! If they could straighten out the valet would greatly improve the hotel.

Convenient location on Waikiki Beach with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. All rooms have balconies and great views on the ocean side. Rooms are updated but had some need for minor repairs. Most rooms are away from the elevators, which is nice for being quiet, but the sounds from the street (even on the higher floors) passes right through the sliding door. The beach maintenance and clean up crews start very early in the morning!

What a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the hotel is located in a great spot. It even has car rental on site which was amazing. The only thing that got to be a pain was the parking structure. Other than that we'd stay again and again

  • 4/5 Christina E. 11 months ago on Google
Great location to beach, great view of beach, on site restaurants were decent but not worth the price, service was great at shor but not so good at swim, pool was decent and so was hot tub but depending on when you go it does get quite busy making it hard to find a chair. Long walk from entrance to elevators to get to room. They allow a complimentary hour for check out but anymore than that it costs minimum 100$. Housekeeping was good, every time we had them clean our room they did a great job. Parking was expensive, parking structure was difficult to drive through and didn’t seem like there was a lot of spaces. Lots of shops inside, they have various activities throughout the week including a farmers market twice a week which was cool. Room was decent size, beds were comfortable, great view of both the ocean and the city from our balcony. Door wasn’t sealed great so light came through our door the entire night and the balcony door did get noisy when the wind was blowing pretty hard, actually had to open slightly one night because it was quieter that way. No microwave in room which was a little inconvenient due to having to go quite a ways to use the one in the hotel. Bathroom was small but did have a bidet which was interesting.

I try real had not to give a bad review, but the experience was less than stellar. Booked 2 rooms for myself and a family member and both were dirty.... hair on the floor, dust/dirt in the edges of the carpet all over the room. Placement of the safe was not thought of very well, you literally had to almost lay on the floor to access it. But the view and access to Waikiki Beach, shopping and entertainment was incredible. Busy time of the season as there was the first annual Surfing Competition that was going on while we were there as well as a festival. Both were amazing to see, but if you don't like an extra 10k of tourists during your trip, you might want to see what's on the calendar before you book your trip. Yes, I would stay again at the Hyatt, but would work with housekeeping sooner to get things addressed.

Location is great, very convenient, right across the street from the beach. It is an old hotel and it looks that way, although it is kept clean. Things that bothered us during our stay: It’s a large hotel, so during a major holiday it will be crowded. There’s a queue for everything. Elevator service is bad. I had to wait as long as 20 minutes (several times) for an elevator in the morning only to give up and use the stairs. Food: very few options and quality is below average for a 4 star hotel. Smell: our floor smelled like sewage every morning for about 1 hour or so. No idea why. Underwhelming overall experience, borderline disappointing.

What a FANTASTIC Experience! Very pretty inside. We were greeted right away. They got my mom's scooter right away that was left for her. I checked in with Grace who was so friendly and an excellent host for the visit! The view was BEAUTIFUL of the beach and the room was very spacious. You'll have a bidet which was a different experience..they need directions in the room we didn't know how to use it lol. Really nice experience...thank you, Grace!

Right in the heart of Waikiki Beach is a nice place to spend a week exploring the islands and day drinking 😊 Restaurants abound, including one of the top ten Loco Moco places in the islands Beaches are beautiful. I find the sand to be courser here than the beaches I’m used to in California. But nothing beats the sights of the islands This hotel is a great place to act as home base. Staff is exceptional and smiling is the face of the day. Thanks for a great start to vacation time

Had to be one of my best hotel experiences ever. The staff treat you like royalty and took care of any and every need that we had. We had an oceanfront room and the view was breathtaking. Couldn't be happier with this place! Large rooms. We've had both city and ocean views. Both are beautiful. Convenient to everything. Super friendly and professional staff. Loved the club. So convenient and full service.

Valet parking was very efficient and we were greeted immediately. I'd expect a hotel like this to have great rooms and maintain cleanliness, and it certainly did. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We had a great view and it was walking distance to the beach and all of Waikiki. Definitely would come back here the next time.

This resort is older, but has a great location and a lot of charm. The rooms could use some updating - paint was not in the best shape, furniture was dinged, and there were some resort-wide issues with the air conditioner. The bed was VERY firm and pillows are flat, which was uncomfortable for me. Be aware of this if it is of importance to you. We called the front desk when our room wasn't cooling, and they quickly sent up an engineer to check the a/c. Unfortunately, the whole resort was facing an issue with the air, but they were able to bring up a tower fan for us to use. Everyone who was part of that was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is spectacular. It was centrally located on Waikiki beach, just on the other side of the road from the Duke statue. Keep in mind, that means it is a bit noisy and that the area stays crowded. For us, that wasn't an issue at all. The view from our room was worth it! They offer free yoga as well as Hawaiian cultural events and classes. We didn't get to partake, but it looked amazing.

The location is fantastic and you’re pretty much within walking distance to everything. The rooms are decent and the views are great. A fresh coat of paint could really spruce up the room. Late check out was not available and their shower room has not reopened because of Covid, if you have a late night flight this is a downside. My only real complaint the whole trip is about parking. Please know that parking is $50 a night and there may or may not be a spot for you to park. The last night of our stay the garage was completely full due to an event. No warning or anything earlier in the day that as a paying guest we would have to park elsewhere. When we got to the garage to park we were handed a map and told to park elsewhere. We drove a quarter mile to the new parking garage, which was also completely full and had to circle for close to 15 minutes to find a spot. By time we parked and got back to the hotel our dinner we had ordered prior to the parking fiasco was cold and soggy. If we had known parking was going to be an issue last night we would’ve held off on ordering dinner until we got to the hotel. I understand this is a minor inconvenience but communication earlier in the day could’ve really made this a better experience. A mass text or call to everyone who has parking charged to their room seems like an easy thing to do.

Wonderful staff and very clean. They didn’t have our selected room ready with a king but they did have a room available with two beds. Definitely the heart of town so it is on the busier side. Very convenient walking distance to many high end shops as well as good (but expensive) places to eat. Huge plus to have beach chairs provided from the hotel and a short walk to the beach across the street. You can also walk a short distance to find a less crowded space and or one that has barriers in the water to limit waves but overall very calm waters to swim in. View from the pool is nice but the pool area is on the smaller side. There is a hot tub and cabanas available for rent at the pool. Pool drinks are expensive and personal opinion not worth it. Staff is friendly and responsive. Wonderful market Monday and Wednesday right on the ground floor. Other hotel activities included in the cost as well as water bottles and a reusable bag. Spa was a lovely experience where I basically had the place to myself. There is a sauna at the spa. Overall it was a great place to stay but the busier area meant wearing earbuds to sleep.

One of the best vacations we have ever had! Housekeeping was daily and exceeded expectations. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well. There are chairs and towels available to take to the beach free of charge. We loved our oceanfront view and opened the large sliding glass doors daily!! Fantastic job team Hyatt Waikik!!

Great hotel! Ocean-front rooms are very spacious and have a balcony. The breakfast buffet was great as well with many options. Several stores are located within the hotel. An ABC store that is open until 10 pm for souvenirs, bites to eat and things to drink including alcohol, an Urban Outfitters, a Dylan's Candy Store, and several other retail stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! The beach is right across the street. Also you can get free chairs and umbrellas for the beach at the pool. U just need to return it back for the day. We had an ocean view and it was beautiful. The room was spacious. Restaurants are not so far either. Parking is across the street. Not far. You do have to pay for parking. They do clean your room everyday. They also give you water bottles in the room. The pool wasn’t my favorite at the hotel. They do have coffee in the rooms and a spot downstairs. Also there’s a restaurant in the hotel.

My friend and I recently stayed at the hotel for a week and we had a lovely time. The hotel was clean. The beach chairs came in handy. Pool service was efficient. Charlie at the front desk was great. Understood what we were asking for and provided us with the solution. He's the kind of employee you want to keep. I mean Hawaii is a treat, but staying at a Hyatt is always the best choice.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I appreciated that the vanity area was huge and separate from the bath and toilet. The best part—the toilet had a bidet! We were lucky enough to have a had an ocean view, overlooking the Waikiki beach, which is right across the street. The location is good, within walking distance of the Honolulu zoo and, further down, the Waikiki Aquarium. We stayed four nights and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Excellent stay but be warned they have no Valet due to Covid which makes parking eat up a lot of vacation time if you are renting a car. The pool is also realllly small. I loved wearing the free slippers around the room everyday though. And plenty of free coffee for the coffee pot in the room.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your place. This website will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly, and our room was perfect! Very clean, and happy with our stay. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.
