The grilled cheese was horrible. I don’t even think a drunk person would like it. The wings were pretty good. It’s typical bar food. I didn’t try the alcoholic drinks and only had a soda that was a bit flat. The multiple screens are great but they only had two screens on with the game I wanted to see. The bartender was acting as a waiter as well so a couple walked out after they waited too long for service. Seems like a spot for football loving Americans to hang out. There’s a key for the bathroom to prevent the homeless from using it. Found my team playing 5,000 miles away so it was a win for me.

Rival was actually a breath of fresh air in the Busy Waikiki area. We read pretty bad reviews when looking up Rivals and the actual bar was nothing like the reviews. Great service, food was good and drink prices were inexpensive. The only issue my husband and I had was they had every team and player on the wall But Not one picture of Lebron 🙁👀 say it ain't so 🤔🤦‍♀️ and Yes we're From Cleveland and Fans of all things Cleveland. But we would return to Rivals again 👍

Solid sports bar with plenty of televisions. We went to watch playoff football and they played the sound for the game. There were only two people working the front of the house but they were amazingly efficient at refilling drinks and checking in. We ordered the wings and fries, which were both good. The interior is a bit dark since there are no windows, but we were there to watch sports so no complaints. The bathroom is just outside the bar and you need to use a key card provided on a table in the bar. Overall a really good experience.

Makayla is great!! Just the whole bar experience wasn't too great with Kyle around. He would ignore me when I would try and talk to him to get another drink...

Haven't had everything on the menu as this is my first time being here (let's go raptors!). The service here is very solid, the staff are friendly, quick and very attentive. I ended up ordering nachos with my group and they were very solid, only thing I would probably compare it to is BP but Rivals is way tastier. They also have daily deals from 12p to 7p Monday through Friday, which are very solid. Check the photo for the deals. I'm sure they have other solid meals here but once again, I haven't tried a wide variety of things so that is what's holding me from giving this place five stars.

Very small yet lively atmosphere. It was a busy Sat evening so there were very limited seating inside. The kitchen was closed when we got there but the female bartender was very nice to us and made awesome drinks. I would go back just for the service to be honest.

Food was decent, but overpriced. Fries were actually excellent, super crispy and fresh (forgot price, would buy again regardless). Pizza, on the other hand, paid 43 bucks for a pie, twas a large pie, but still, dang dats like $4.50 a slice almost. Service was perfect, waitress was on it, friendly and came over to talk story with us. This tipped the scale for me the most. Atmosphere was aight...lots of TVs to see the game. I likes me lots of TVs in case someone gets in front of me I have other angles for options, lol. Always get obnoxious kine fans these sports bars, so par for the course, it was. Last thing I'd say was it seemed small, often looking at a screen meant looking almost directly at someone and that was slightly awkward at times....depending on the angle. 😆 Have fun my friends. ALOHA

Wow, this place has the best pizza ever! So lucky to have found this great pub. My friend turned me onto Rivals and I'm so glad. The food and drinks were spot on. Explained to the bartender, that I was feeling in to mood for a whiskey, and bam, he whipped up a unique cocktail just for me. Of course, it was delicious so I ended up having two drinks. Will return with more friends. Such a pleasant place. 💕

Eating here right now. Pizza slices are huge! Very good pizza. Fries are super hot, fresh and crisp. Service is top notch. Dude is super fast and friendly. The pizza and beer deal is a great value! Good music and bar atmosphere.

Best Sports Bar in Central Waikiki, Great Bartender. Some people were there for Hockey, others for College Football and if you ask politely they will change channels for you. Highly recommend any of the slices of pizza or the wings. Great vibe for anyone who doesn't mind the 5-6 hour time difference from the East Coast.

When we first landed in Honolulu this was our first bar and it didn’t disappoint. Had lots of tables and plenty of drinks for our friends and I to indulge in! Had a darts board that kept us occupied and competitively playing and also music had a old school vibe to it! Really had great decor and highlighted a lot of historical events throughout sports history!

Not too bad at all, service was decent. Place is small but the pizza was really good and the beer was cold. I lil pricey but you're in Hawaii. I would definitely come back

Extremely small and dreary looking place inside. It looked upscale from the outside. Very few people inside the lounge on a major Boxing and UFC fight night. I ordered a Moscow Mule. The bartender made it perfectly. I was so good that I gave him a $10 tip. The bartender told me the boxing fight cost too much to be shown there. He said if I wanted to stay and watch the UFC fight, I would have to pay $10. Since the place was not showing the boxing, and the vibes were dull, I decided to leave and watch both fights at a different restaurant nearby.

What I thought was just a sports bar turned into great service and a great piece of pizza. Highly recommend. 🍕

Visiting here from the republic of Ireland, came in at 10am (as they special opened early for the game) to watch the semi finals (Argentina v Croatia) and I gotta give a shout out to the bartender Rich! Absolutely made my day, quality service and 10/10 on quality. I'd you find yourself in the area do yourself a favor and grab a huge delicious slice of pizza and a warm welcome. Mahalo!!!

Super nice sportsbar with a nice bartender and good beer. Today it turned out to be karaoke night (no one was singing and no signs or any kind of warning), and it was just awfull - not possible to have any kind of conversation or hear what the bartender said.

Bartender was willing to change the channel for us. ❤️ Good beer. Good bar food.

I walked in with a cut off sleeve and the Manager's insecurities immediately showed. He told me that I could not order anything unless I have a full shirt on. It's not my fault I'm jacked and tan. They wouldn't even change the F1 race to the football game we wanted. Who watches F1 on a Sunday during football season?!?!?

We came in early on a Saturday - pizza was ready and Lo was awesome, as usual!!! We missed Russ and Jefff though ;] Great place to hang-out!

Very pleasurable staff and the service was excellent and my pizza was served hot. A good experience, but I must say my second pizza from here was a bit underwhelming compared to my first visit. If you are in Waikiki, a definite must stop if you have the urge to eat pizza.

Had the best night. Watched the AFL. Shannon and Ashleigh behind the bar were super awesome.

So I guess this is the first time I got kicked out of some place for having muscles. So i am wearing a shirt, with no buttons and I go straight to the juke box and put $10 in it and to liven the place up. The bouncer sees me and its all love. I go to the bar and I request a pizza from this tiny little guy. He then says he cant serve me because im not wearing a shirt. In a tourist dive bar by the beach, this insecure fello said to me in a room full of tank top wearing beach goers that He couldnt serve me because my open shirt doesnt have buttons. So he is discrimimating due to his lack of confidence in his self. Pathetic. I thought only women did that . Thete are tons of more fun bars with better food booze and are more fun.

This place discriminates against people based on appearance/culture. Or the manager is a very insecure little guy. I showed up wearing shorts and an open shirt, with no buttons, and tons of style. He saw me and was totally threatened by me. In his tourist dive bar where 30% of the people are wearing tank tops he told me that he couldnt serve me pizza, in his tourist dive bar, because my shirt cant be closed because it doesn't have buttons. Probably better places to go and have fun, don't you think?

The bartender was great! Super friendly and on the ball. Even remembered our orders the next day when we stopped in. Also has Golden Tee, which we love!! Never thought I'd find one of those in Waikiki 😅

Great little bar! Tucked away enough so that not everyone and their grandma comes straggling in. Great food, awesome staff.. live to watch sports here

In town on a Sunday; wanted to catch an NFL game, get a bite, and have a beer. Went to Legends first, but they were bar only. Decided to head to Rivals for the trifecta and was not disappointed. NFL games on every TV with a full menu. **Since I mentioned Legends, the beers are cheaper there if you don't want to eat.**

This bar is a true haven for fans of all sports. All UFC cards are shown here. I was here for the NBA finals and being Toronto fan, it's hard to rep your city when majority of the fans are rooting for Golden State. The servers were incredible! They managed to handle conversations, orders, bills, and requests for a full crowd without sweat. Kim, Russ, and John were fantastic servers. I can't express how much their presence enhanced our whole experience there. As for the food, we ordered the nachos and were extremely satisfied. We heard the pizza was great too from several other guests. They have daily promos and drinks can be as cheap as $4. I definitely recommend this bar if you want to watch any game or if you just want a good place to drink and converse.

😐 We checked in here for a late lunch and it was a bit of a disappointment. The food was better than it looked like and the beer was alright as well. The place was almost empty and there were a lot of pigeons. I gave only 3 stars for the service because you order online and there's little interaction...
