I really like this place! Tasty food but quite expensive. $20 for a medium pizza is a bit high. Though, the quality is good. I liked their Italian sausage they make there and the sauce is nice! I dipped the crusts in the complimentary oil/herb mix they give with the bread when you arrive. I saw some people complaining about the wait, but it was insanely busy! Lots of room for customers and nearly every seat was filled. It probably took about 30 minutes for 3 pizzas, two chicken picattas and two different salads. Not too bad considering the amount of people there! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the price. When we were done, it was $243 including tip. With that said, we got one drink, two desserts and two pizzas to take home(it's $10 for a prebaked if your order an entree)

Requested a different seat. Was told it will be 5 min. Waited 10 and two customers got seated before me. No eye contact from anyone there. Upon leaving no communication from front counter. Girls where very uncaring. Went to Chili's and very happy with staff there. My 1st every unhappy review.

Kahala Malls location was busy and packed with diners on a Sunday lunch period. All pizzas our party of four ate were excellently prepared and though it looked "small" was plenty! The cauliflower thin crust Hawaiian ham and pineapple pizza chiice was a pleasant surprise. That's recommended as a great replacement crust over the traditional (also good) traditional crust for those with intolerance to wheat diners.

Mahalo to Li Y for the combo exercise and lunch meetup at Kahala Mall - you don’t feel so bad if you exercise and then indulge lol. This CPK is one of the mall anchors and biggest attractions imho - it’s always busy but you don’t usually have to wait long if there’s a line. While they don’t take reservations, you can do call-head seating

Merle was our server that night. She was very nice and helpful, very professional. She suggested a good dish based on her experience. She was attentive throughout our dinner. The prices were reasonable but on the higher side. Dessert was great to end the dinner. She even had a take out iced tea for me which I appreciated greatly. Thanks Merle and CPK for a great dinner.

I stopped in for an early dinner. I sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience. Joey recommended a great BBQ Chicken Pizza and paired a salad for me. Tracy and Eddie were also very helpful and friendly. I wa t the Lettuce Wraps to stay on the menu. Please don’t take them off. I hope that was just a rumor. Mahalo!

Friday night and it was super busy, we sat at the bar and the show was on, kitchen was on point, expo was rocking it, servers were on overdrive it was a well oiled machine. They say this is one of the busiest cpk's in the franchise and it did not disappoint. Food was good drinks were good.

Come here a lot, but just had one of the worst experiences here tonight. Ordered an appetizer and never showed up. My food portion was horrible and another entre was undercooked and raw. To top it off, we were still charged for the appetizer we never received. Also ordered a pizza cooked to go when we first ordered. Seems like it was placed with our regular food and was cold, like sitting on the counter the entire time we ate.

Stopped in for lunch with my grandmother. We Ordered the dice cheese & tomato pizza and a small Caesar salad to share. The “small” salad was still huge! Perfect for sharing. The pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff was great and friendly. Our waiter was prompt when we needed him and let us eat when we didn’t, which was really nice. Overall, it was a great lunch!

We ordered 2 pizzas, bread, and soda online. We arrived to pick up the order according to when we were told it was ready but we ended up waiting over an hour extra. When we finally got the order we took it home to realize they forgot the bread and dipping sauce. The pizzas themselves tasted like they were sitting out all day and the cheese was crunchy. Both pizzas had a bad aftertaste. We tried calling the store twice the same night to ask for a refund or replacement but no one answered both times. The phone rang all the way until it automatically hung up. The order total was $48. Such a scam. Worst pizza I’ve had. I’m super disappointed.

We had a great meal (gyoza and pizza) and the staff were super friendly.

First time visiting this location and it was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and the food came out promptly.

Great place to eat delicious pizza and other great dishes; however, long wait to be seated, and another long wait to be served were two u desirable shortcomings. Moreover, with more than a few sections not opening to seating really deserve at least one less star, notwithstanding five stars for their dishes.

Craved a salad and ordered one at the counter. Hit the spot. One annoyance, they did not provide plastic utensils. I got all the way to the whole Foods outside eating area and discovered nothing to eat with. I trudged all the way back and the woman told me something about a hawaii state Law regarding utensils. One has to specifically ask for them? The restaurant cannot ask if you need them or even provide without you asking? This may be but really, a sign might be nice.

BarBQ chicken pizza disappointing. Now mostly crust. They really cut back on the ingredients. Supply chain issue? I doubt it. Won't go back. Dessert incredibly small. I've eaten here many times. Portion size has definitely declined.

Delicious 1/2 Cobb salad with an upgrade to romaine lettuce and avocado! Best service from walking in with reception hostess to the server! Suggestions, fast not pushy, very helpful . We didn't know about order an entree and take home a half baked pizza for $10.00! Great value. Great quality.

Not only were the pizzas and other meals great. But the fact that they support the Tip a Cop program where the proceeds go to special Olympics and police officers are helping serve and clean tables. Great dinner.

Great service by sj. The food was always so good with the avocado rolls and the soup! Always something try and figure out what pizza everyone likes.

The food is always good here. Beware of the half size salads which are just as big as a full size anywhere else in my opinion! Service was very good.

Short wait for a table, buzzed after just a couple of minutes. Service was great, server had a great demeanor. Couple of issues with the food, app that came out cold and pizza that came out burnt but they replaced them right away and everything was delicious. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and we did. Will definitely be returning.

Met my high school classmates for lunch. We all got salads. A little problem with 2 of the 3 dishes but it was corrected and we were given 2 free desserts. One of my friends had a gift card, a reward on her account added to the comped desserts. It was a pleasant experience. We hadn't seen each other since the pandemic and one of the 3 lives on the mainland. Comfortable setting and we talked awhile. Thank you CPK for your great service.

It was busy when I got there. I ordered a pizza and can tell they where in a hurry when they prepared it, it look messy but it was tasty. The service was very good.

Always, always a good choice! The busiest location in the nation. When it does open up again, I love sitting at the counter and watching the crew do its thing. Very methodical, professional and entertaining! Very friendly staff as well.

It was a nice experience! The food is excellent, as usual! I had the Chicken Picatta and a Salted Caramel Pudding for dessert. It wasn't too busy for dinner but this place is usually busy!! I can't wait come back soon!

Good pizzas. Taste too good even to the dough ends .... because of MSG maybe? They have a good setup for online order pickup system right now in response to the Covid.
