The blueberry cream cheese scone, assuming that's what they are called, will rock your mouth! I would describe it as a cross between a blueberry muffin, scone and danish that is absolutely scrumptious. Enjoy these any time of the day for breakfast, as a snack or dessert! While staying in Honolulu for a week, I had to limit myself to just 3 so as to ensure I could burn them off and not overdose on gluten. So awesome!

This is a great spot to get take out dinner near Waikiki. There is a small parking lot in front of the grill. My husband got the loco moco and I got the wasabi shoyu ahi salad. My husband enjoyed his loco moco and I loved the salad. It was nice to have some fresh greens and the ahi was seared and well seasoned. You could definitely taste the wasabi but it was not overly hot. It was perfect. Don't forget to stop by the bakery next door. They are famous for the blueberry cream cheese scones (we got one and loved it - it's more spongey like cake than a the dry/crumbly scones). We also got the coconut bread pudding and diamond head market torte. Both items taste great but as a peanut butter and banana lover, the diamond head market torte was a winner for me. It's an Oreo base with peanut butter cheesecake and a chocolate pudding with bananas. It's nothing fancy but it tasted great. I enjoyed everything I had here and highly recommend it!

Scones were to die for! Per Kelly's recommendation put ur scone in for exactly 22sec and it'll come out perfectly! Lots of grab and go food options as well

The Ahi fish and the shrimps are juicy and flavorful! The food here is incredibly flavorful! Will definitely come back on my next Hawaii trip. Keep in mind that there is no siting, so be prepared to go somewhere to sit down and eat.

We had their surf and turf plate. It was delicious and more than enough to feed 2 people. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted great with the rice and salad on the side. We also had their desserts. The banana, chocolate, peanut cake is fresh and delicious and so we're the blueberry scones! Go and get them. They only have a takeout window. There is a parking lot, but it is not that big.

Didn’t try any of the hot food, but I did get some sweets from the market side and they were exceptional. Do not leave without getting a square of the Okinawan sweet potato haupia!! The flavors pair beautifully, it’s not too sweet, and the macadamia cookie crust really finishes this with perfection. The pumpkin crunch was tasty too, it’s basically pumpkin pie but on a pecan cookie crust and topped with sweetened sour cream.

I give Kelvin Ro credit that he's still kicking it after all these years. Nice, Quaint eatery in the Diamond Head area. Not cheap, but not expensive either. The Market has some very nice cold selections and there's a microwave in case you need to heat up an entree that's meant to be eaten hot as well. I had the Teri burger and fries. Nice and hearty. Good, once in a while go to in the area. 🤙✌️

Order at the first window, pick up at the second. The food comes in large portions and is really good. I highly recommend the Chinese chicken salad, the char siu pork in it really adds another layer of flavor and they are generous with the dried won tons for crunch. But all the food is great and the team behind the window are always super nice. Please excuse the picture from the hotel room...

Stumbled across this gem on our walk back from the Diamond Head crater hike. It had a lineup so we thought it must be good. It doesn't look like much from out front but wow was the sandwich good. We ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich and all we could think was we needed to get another! I would highly recommend stopping if you are in the area.

Limited seating, mostly take out. Popular place. Reasonable prices, many choices. The chicken and kalbi were really good. The fish was bland. The salad and fries were basic. The keylime pie was great. I'd go back.

I got the Haupia Ube Macadamia cake and a mixed plate with mac salad based on a recommendation from a Hawaiian travel blog. You can see the staff preparing the food through the window so you know it's fresh, plus my food came out after only about ten minutes. The meats were all very tender. Super good after hiking at Diamond Head all morning. I just wish there was more shade or a bench because the sun absolutely beats down on you while you're at the window.

It is a bare bones kind of setup. Order, move on down and wait. Don't sleep on this place. Food was outstanding and the baked goods from the market were great.

Fantastic grilled plate, had the surf and turf, def more turf inside than surf, but very juicy and flavorful! There’s a little market inside, they sell fruit and cream cheese scones, we tried the banana cream cheese one, was nice! Very soft and moist, tasted more like banana bread than scone. Would def go again! There’s no seating option tho, but there’re parks around.

Dessert: 3/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Overall: Loved the variety of things. Would I come back: Yes. Because of the variety I wasn't able to taste everything. The extended review... Dessert: Diamond head Market Torte - 3/5 - A very decadent dessert with all the fixins on it. It was good surely I wouldn't refuse it. Service: 3.5/5 - Standard service. Ambiance: 3/5 - Definitely feels like a corner store bodega. No where to eat so it's grab and go!

Such a good lunchspot after hiking the diamond head trail. The food was really good! We had the teri burger (so juicy and yummy), the chicken teriyaki sandwich and the grillad garlic and herb chicken plate. All of it was really good. There is no destination area which we did not understand before arriving. We also went into the market and had cake and cheesecake. Overall good experience, Nice staff, reasonably priced but no seating. There are also many bus stops nearby.

Not sure what has changed here but their quality of food has gone down tremendously.. I used to recommend this place often to visitors but I no longer have confidence in their food. I ordered fries as usual, and they went straight into the trash after the first bite… waste of money.. inedible, overcooked dripping in grease and covered in heavy salt.. shameful. Why would you serve fries like that to somebody? This the third time that I’ve received poor quality food recently, so it doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Hope this review helps customers to find other options. There’s better food down the road.

You will keep coming back for the miso ginger salmon plate. I have had a lot of salmon… and this is at the top of my list! The macaroni salad is great too. Staff are always friendly.

Diamond Head Market & Grill, Oahu Hawaii Must visit market for takeaway pre-packaged meals, sandwiches, desserts including freshly made scones, and bottles of US & international wines. I love the blueberry scones. The Grille next door offers a wide variety of local Plate Lunches. #DiamondHeadMarketAndGrill

The market had some blueberry cheesecake scones that were so delicious and moist loved it and they are actually known for them. Next door was the grill you can order at the window. My husband had the teriyaki burger and I had a bite of it and it was so juicy and cooked perfect and the smokey flavor with the teriyaki was perfection! And if you order fries, they give you a ton (a bag full). I ordered the mix plate that had a beef patty with gravy, so tender and loved the grill marks and grill flavor, beef and chicken teriyaki was delicious and to add the crunchiness and freshness of the salad that was lightly coated in dressing just added to the deliciousness! I'm just sad that I don't live there to get it on the regular!!

Awesome market with freshly made food and competitive prices. The salads are well portioned and great for a grab and go option. The cakes are delicious as well. Grab the fresh shrimp cocktails for $4, for a great healthy deal!

This place is always busy and for good reason. Outside grill serves delicious hot foods, sandwiches, tasty salads, etc. The adjoining market also serves bentos, their famous scones and delectable desserts!

Best açaí bowls and smoothies in Waikiki. Great vegetarian options. My only complaint is there is no seating other then one two-person table, so be prepared to get your foods and go. Great prices for amazing, healthy food and snack options. 10/10 would recommend.
