Had a great time at Restaurant 604. Our Pearl Harbor bus driver (Chris) told us about 604. It’s an open air second story restaurant. We started off at the bar enjoying a Bloody Mary & the view of the boats. Once seated, service was great. We had the nachos app and shared fish and chips for dinner. The food arrived quickly - hot and crunchy. Also, they had live music! Great sun set. Thanks everyone at Restaurant 604 for making the evening special. Highly recommend.

Visited this restaurant two times and both times there was a line to get in. They have a great location as it’s close to the Pearl Harbor Memorial. The food is pretty good. I had the Kalua Nachos and it seemed like the nacho cheese was a bit watered down, but it was still good. Everyone in the party did enjoy their meals as well. The staff are all friendly and give off a positive vibe. The metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable though. That’s my only big gripe.

Great food and atmosphere as well as a unique setting. Food and drinks came out at a good pace although service could have been a little better. Unfortunately my ribs came out cold (not even warm) and had to be sent back. Other than the long wait in between, they ended up hot and delicious. Unfortunately everyone else had finished their meal in the meantime.

We had a little bit of everything. But the best thing was the tuna nachos. I had the seared tuna club sandwich. The size and flavor of the tuna steak was better than most dinner size meals I've had. The service was excellent. All of our food came out the way we ordered it and promptly. The drinks were strong and flavorful. Finally I bought some merchandise to include some Oakley sunglasses that were priced right along with a hat. Will be back.

Great food. Awesome service. Great price point. Lovely view of the Pearl Harbor Marina. The appetizers are a meal in itself. The drinks are yummy but needs some more ooomph! The food is to die for especially the seafood - try the poke nachos and the seared Ahi tuna - THE BEST! Good band performances, too. Come just before sunset.

So…….we stumbled upon this place when we went to Pearl Harbor!! Omg, i couldn’t believe we found this place! It seams like it is In the middle of nowhere, and hidden, but it is just a 2 minute walk from the main gate! This place it good enough to drive to from a long distance, not just going because It’s close to Pearl Harbor! Top notch food, Fresh, and wow……what a view!! Just an all around great place! 🤙🤙

The food here is fantastic. We came for an early dinner around 4:30 and had a 10 min wait. The restaurant quickly filled up behind us and we were glad we came when we did. The Furikake Ahi I had was superb and no complaints on the kailua pork nachos either. Would definately come again. Plate prices 16-30 dollars. Prepare to have small birds roaming about the dining area looking for scraps.

Service and friendliness of staff was great. Food was not. Each item was missing something. Katsu was tasty but chicken thigh was so thin. Cuban sandwich was totally not what I expected, typically they are a pressed sandwich. Spring rolls and crispy pork were mediocre. Maybe I'll return to try their famous bloody Mary.

Love the view! We came around 2 or 3 and there was an hour wait, but we didn't mind. It was very busy and a popular place to eat. The food was so delicious! We got a garden salad, clam chowder, firecracker chicken and pasta. Everything was amazing! Our staff was apologetic for the wait, but we didn't mind and it is worth the wait! Amazing view, good food and friendly staff. They were very polite and helpful.

My daughter and I went here for dinner after pearl harbor before our flight home. The host informed us of a wait, but also had seating downstairs that might open first. Down stairs was great! Such great views of the harbor and the sunset. (See photo) The food came surprisingly fast, think 15 minutes or less and tasted great. This is also a place frequently visited by the military and working crowd, so it has great things going for it!

Had a really great time here while in town. There was about an hour and 15 min wait, so if you want to come here, make sure to check in earlier or make a reservation (I don't know if they do reservations or not). We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was so fresh and delicious! We ordered some burgers for the kids, and it was incredible, with battered fries. The Mac and cheese was great too! For our entrees, we ordered the Kailua nachos, the mahi mahi, furikake ahi, and the salmon plate. All very good! They have beer and drink specials daily, I believe, and we got a Cosmo and frosé. Both drinks were good, not really strong but tasty. My father in law is also having his wedding here next week on the bottom floor by the pier. It's a really great place!

This restaurant came recommended by a local.friend to visit while at Pearl Harbor. The wait to be seated wasn't bad at all. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was very good and as ordered. The views were very good as well and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Don't be fooled in this secret tucked spot. Road was dark leading to this cool restaurant however I'm glad it didn't deter us from finding this place. Ambiance was beautiful with great customer service. Appetizers we had were delicious....just sad we didn't get to taste the salmon belly one. Music was on point. We will definitely return.

Staff was awesome and provided us with great service. All portions were decent priced and filled up all party members. I would recommend dining at this establishment around sunset (you'll get a great view and meal). Parking and waiting can be a little hassle, but they do have enough areas to relax while you queue.

Gotta be the worst food in Honolulu. Their reviews are completely FAKE! If you think this place has good food, you’re delirious. Don’t make this mistake, go somewhere else They’re fake, look at your photos... they’re all edited and done in Lightroom and strategically placed. Don’t lie to your customers. Sent back the chicken rice bowl got the rubber hamburger; gross! Reviews fake, chicken fake, beef fake 🤢

New Years Day. Called ahead to verify they were open. Arrived at 3;15 and told only appetizers where available between 3 and 5. When I told hostess they should tell people when they call the restaurant is not serving meals between 3 and 5, she asked if I told them when I am coming? WHAT??? No, when CUSTOMER calls for information, you give all information. What an attitude.

The flavors were so delectable that I nearly forgot to capture a photo of their mouthwatering burger. Sharing one between us turned out to be the ideal portion size. The drinks were not only enjoyable but also reasonably priced, adding to the overall satisfaction of our dining experience.

Our favorite restaurant and the best meal we've had during our trip. Our server Angelo was great, making our meal even more enjoyable. He recommended the poke nachos and we're glad we listened. They were amazing! My family loved them and they don't even eat raw seafood. We had a beautiful view of the marina. A great place to stop after visiting Pearl Harbor museum.

604 is small open air restaurant very close to the Pearl Harbor Memorial, which is why I chose it for a late lunch. The service was about average, nothing to note here. The menu was available as a QR code which is the norm, except that it opened to an extremely tall .jpg image instead of a webpage. If it were just two pages long it would have been fine, but it was more like 10 pages long and my phone's default image viewer doesn't like to zoom in more than 2x. I had to save it on google drive and open it there to zoom in all the way to read it. I ordered the Chicken Katsu with white rice. This is probably the best tasting Chicken Katsu I have ever had the pleasure of biting into. It was extremely flavorful, gave me memories of eating New-England chinese-food chicken fingers when I was a kid, as well as providing an excellent crispiness with each bite. The Katsu sauce was pretty much left alone, as the chicken itself was more than adequate to satisfy my taste buds. The white rice was lightly topped with salt/pepper, seeds, and flakes of nori. It was a very good side for the katsu. In addition, there was a simple salad bed for the Chicken. It was neither good nor bad, but the dressing provided a nice flavor. This is a nice place stop by after spending the day touring the nearby memorials and museums, I would recommend it to anyone leaving the Pearl Harbor Memorial hungry.

"Home of Hawaii's Best Bloody Mary" is a very bold statement until I realized this was the only place I got a Mary from during my trip. I used the bus system to go from the Airport to the Stadium. I walked from the Stadium to Pearl Harbor and cross paths with this food venue. I would recommend it as a great choice if your visiting Pearls Harbor.

Our server was very attentive. Accomadated our needs excellently. I wish i remembered what her names was but she had tattoos on her legs which i admired. She let us know what food and drinks specials that they had which we got! Both special were 'ONO. The only thing took awhile was our dessert but it was still very delicious! Definetly choose THIS 604 over the rest.

Bloody Mary was awful, the Seafood melt twice now has literally been cheese toast, something I would make as a kid. If you come for the sports games you have to be seated at the bar area to try to hear the broadcast. Parking and the view is great though.

I dig this place! The service was lovely both times my rock star husband went there. The food was delicious, cooked exactly right, and plated perfectly. I felt satisfied with the response I got from the manager Gabby when a small issue arose. It was worth the wait (busy on an early Friday night) and we were treated very well by all (except Amanda.... But she will learn soon enough). I highly recommend this place as well as the sister restaurant in Waianae!!Cheeeehuuuuu!!

I don't understand why this restruant from 3pm-5pm has only a starter menu. The restraunt was completely packed so they definitely would have the bussiness to support a regular menu. The starter menu was basically just chips and a few other items over priced for what it is, like 16$ wings. I asked if they would be willing to get me a seafood sandwich off the lunch menu and they were not willing to. Couldn't see myself coming here Knowing I might be restricted in someway

Really nice place to stop for lunch/dinner! Wasn’t to expensive and service was really good. My calamari app came with this white dipping sauce that I didn’t end up liking due to its strong flavor and the cream sauce with fried just didn’t go together imo. But the server brought me cocktail sauce and it was much better!!

Asked to sit at a table near the waterview but was told it was reserved yet they didn't take reservations when I called!!! Food was good but not enough fish on our sandwiches (2 different fish sandwiches) and fries are extra. Drinks were nice. I do recommend this place it is clean and the staff are very friendly... convenient location near Pearl Harbor Arizona.

Amazing views and great energy! This restaurant was in a beautiful place! The views of the Pearl Harbor yachts were incredible. Although it was very busy when we arrived due to a pinning ceremony that has just taken place at Pearl Harbor which we attended so we knew it would be. We sat by the bar for a while and the bartenders were friendly and professional even though they were busy. We waited about 30 mins for our table so it was nice to sit at the bar and grab a drink. Our server which I don’t remember if his name was Kyle or Michael was amazinggggg. His energy and professionalism was top notch he recommended some really good drinks and dishes. Although I missed on taking some photos of the food overall it was a great experience and we will definitely come back when we return to Hawaii. Food: Cuban sandwich 4/5 it was ok from what my brother mentioned, fries were delicious. Buffalo wings 5/5 crispy just like I like them! Parmesan Fries: 5/5 nice and crispy

My favorite restaurant in the area. The waiter staff is always awesome and very friendly. I love the food and drink options, and how it is open air so you can see the whole harbor and feel the breeze. Awesome bloody marys, do recommend. Today my friend and I walked down to the water to watch the fish and crabs after brunch.

  • 4/5 Paulness 3 years ago on Google
Little joint right under the Ford Island Bridge. The atmosphere and location are pretty cool. Upstairs its all open to enjoy the breezes. The food itself wasn't bad, its nothing thats to die for but also isn't a terrible place. I'll say that the calamari appetizer is pretty bad. It supposed to be calamari, onions, peppers, and jalapenos: its was mostly vegetables with maybe a total of one whole squid. Most places I've been to provide a generous portion of squid. This place fell well short of thay mark. The cosmo was pretty good. I had a cocoweizen, a twist on a hefe with some coconut. It was not good. I dont know who brews it, but I would not recommend it at all. Maui brewing makes a coconut porter that is great, so if you want an exotic beer go for that instead. The burger wasn't bad and the fish wasn't overcooked, so good deal on those. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Quick tip: they said they didn't take reservations, but you can schedule a "call in" time to get seated earlier. I recommend calling a day prior to set a time for a tablet this way you can plan your day and then not have to wait teo hours to eat. All in all, not a bad place to eat with an outside view. If youre looking for little restaurant/pub fare, this is an ok selection.

Stopped here after visiting the Pearl Harbor memorial. We enjoyed the view of the marina while eating alfresco. We ordered the chicken sandwich, Cobb salad and Cuban sandwich. The garlic fries were tasty but not worth the upcharge.

I had the mighty Mo Burger (half lb beef n pork) I’d rather have it with cheddar cheese than mozzarella cheese with grilled onions and no pickles. Burger buns were pretty good too. Other than that food great. $64 for three people

If you’re looking for a lively place for dinner with good food, great drinks and live music, this is your spot. Located near Pearl Harbor and Aloha Stadium, 604 offers plenty of space for the entire family to kick back and relax while watching the sunset over the harbor. Nothing fancy here. Just solid food and good times. Some fun! 🤙🏼🤙🏼

The service here was great and the food was also top notch. Really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered and would definitely come back again. Portion sizes were great and it was evident that the ingredients were of high quality. The nice view was an added bonus which contributed to the experience of dining here. Overall would highly recommend!

We went to visit Pearl Harbor and thought we would check this gem out! It's situated on the beautiful harbor view. We arrived and it was a 15-20 min wait for the two of us, which we didn't mind at all. They had pitchers of Corona on for $10!!! what a deal 😍 my husband and i ordered the fish and chips and the fish tacos... MY GOODNESS they did not disappoint! The service was fantastic! and the prices were not bad at all for the good portions of food. Definetly top 5 in Oahu folks 👌🏻

  • 4/5 Inthava P. 3 years ago on Google
Food and service does not disappoint. There is a decent selection of food choices, from pupus to local favorites, and large entrees big enough to share. It is an open air restaurant with numerous TV's, a stage for live band, and a bar. The view is beautiful, overlooking the boat dock. My only complaint is that they do not carry my choice of liquor and did not allow me to bring my own bottle when I offered to pay a corking fee. But they do have decent cocktails and I have yet to try their Bloody Mary.

  • 3/5 Kimber P. 3 years ago on Google
Beautiful view on the marina. Open style seating area well socially distanced. The chips are extra crunchy; beer cheese fondue was barely warm. The blackened Mahi Mahi was prepared well with mango salsa and came with a scoop of rice, macaroni salad, and half a plate of Salad greens with a nice ginger dressing. The chicken fried steak was very tasty and large with eggs and crispy hash browns . Service was a little slow. Parking was plenty. $56 seems to be about the going rate for a meal for 2. The view is nice, especially at sunset, but food selection and quality aren’t anything special.

One of the best restaurants we have visited here on Oahu. Stunning views of the harbor with even better cocktails, thee best bloody Mary in town hands down(warning you will order more than one) 😉. Delicious appetizers and entrees, I highly recommend poke trio. A bit of a limited menu but the taste and scenery make up for it. Makes for a great date night experience ❤😍 will be coming back soon !

Place is good when not busy. Decent harbor view with decently priced food to go along. However, service could've been better especially for Valentines day. After waiting between 5-10 minutes for our waitress to return to our table after we got our drinks, we ordered. Soup, appetizer, and main meal were all served at the same time, which made us feel like we're being rushed and not really able to enjoy our food. We ended up taking half of what we ordered home. Soup (lobster bisque) was good but was overpowered by too much cayenne pepper. Kalua pork was a bit on the dry side. Burger came out well done instead of medium well as I had requested. I think the only dish that came out awesome was the salmon bomb. Valentines special pricing for main courses may need to be revised if this is the kind of service customers will be receiving.

I ordered an Ahi Tuna Rice Bowl which looked like cat food. My fiancé ordered the Chicken Rice Bowl which was not the consistency of chicken, it was dark and rubbery. He traded his meal for a burger and again it was a huge disappointment. This restaurant should be ashamed to be serving such awful food to those who are visiting a historic site next door, Pearl Harbor. The only positive I thing I can say is that our waitress was very personable. We ended up going to McDonalds before our flight home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY EATING HERE!

I came out here for lunch with my kids and mom on Jan. 4, 2021. This place was delicious and our server was super nice along with the other staff we encountered. Loved the portion for the Keiki menu. Ordered two Keiki menu Cheeseburger w/ french fries with one of them added bacon. My 9 and 3 year old was satisfied with their lunch. I had the Thai MahiMahi Sandwich w/ garlic fries which was delicious. I should’ve asked for more sauce as it was delicious, but my sandwich was already getting soggy from what it came with already and the garlic fries were delicious too. My mom had the Fish & Chips w/ garlic fries. She loved how the breading was seasoned differently than what she’s used to. And she kept commenting how the cole slaw was good and that it was different. We topped off our lunch with a dessert, the Peanut Butter Crumble. Loved everything about it. The peanut butter was a bit over powering as I thought it was like a drizzle but it was like spoon fulls of peanut butter. But it was still good. I would come back and try other stuff on the menu.

We found this restaurant after a visit to Pearl Harbor. It sits just past the parking area toward the Marina. Out of an abundance of caution, we are only doing take out during COVID but they are open with limited capacity in their open air/covered dining area. We ordered, paid and received our meal within twenty minutes. It was a great spot to take in a beautiful sunset over the Harbor. The food was excellent and the folks who served us were over the top friendly. They boast they have the best Bloody Mary around, I wouldn’t doubt it. They have excellent nachos and my son, who is growing and devours food like Pac Man, he couldn’t make it through the enormous 604 burger. Try all varieties of their fries, extremely tasty!

I am keeping in mind a Covid world so I am overlooking a lot. Bottom line the food tasted great, the view was a harbor although not a lot to look at, it is walking distance from Pearl so outdoor like feel. I was surprised I did get full and price was $$$, alcohol drinks were high but it's high every where. I would go back now that I know what menu options they have, I am sure like most restaurants Covid has changed what was great to, still open but struggling, go out and eat support these places.

I just had the best afternoon at Restraunt 604.. The food is amazing and my waiter was a 10. I wish I caught his name but I forgot to ask. They special cooked my wife's food because she has serious allergies. They custom created a special dinner from her. I had a wonderful steak and a margarita that I would rate a 10.. the whole experience was A++++ I suggest to everyone who like a water view and Awesome food to make this a absolute stop on your visit to Honolulu.. A++++ (The view is amazing.. I took this photo today with the cell phone)

My son and his family to me here for lunch. I had the fish & chips, very good and nice size portion. Reasonably priced. Beautiful scenery on the lake with a nice breeze due to the open windows. Great atmosphere!

This is one of my favorite locations! The view is amazing and it's a great place to take mainland folks as soon for some food straight from the airport. The food and drinks are good but pricy. You pay for the view.

We where there for the weekend-only-brunch menu: Chicken fried steak The gravy was good, hash was delightful. Would ask them to leave spring onion out nx time tho The highlight of the meal was Seafood Melt. Crab meat and shrimp were cook perfectly. Very cheesy and creamy, on crunchy bread. Would definitely go back for this one for sure!
