Purchasing leis for my family--which included some first-time visitors--was easy to do on the site, with fast receipt of a confirmation email (that also included instructions in case of flight delays, cancellations, etc). Upon arrival, I received a text from Sanoe, allowing me to alert her of us still being on the plane. She was friendly, patient, and made us feel very welcome--down to taking a group picture of us with our leis. The flowers themselves were immaculate--beautiful color and perfect condition. A great company with wonderful staff, I couldn't recommend them more!

Strange review form as I was greeted in the airport, so there wasn’t any queue to wait or get through to. Nice people who greeted us; both masked up. The only little issue I had was that I was told to look for a different dress/ outfit that the associates would be wearing; no worries though as they also had our names. 👍 Gorgeous leis! They almost lasted our entire visit.

Could not be happier with the ease of ordering and the pleasant employee taking my information. They found my son and daughter-in-law at the airport even though their flight was delayed about 2 hours! The newlyweds enjoyed receiving their leis and conversation and picture taking by/with staff. Great and easy way to order a lei greeting for your Hawaii arrival. Reserved a month prior and forgot about it until they messaged me the information for my arrival date a day before. Then I got a message from my greeter at my flight's arrival time, letting me know her name and where she would be. She was also super helpful with directions to the rental car area. Loved the sign for our family to help identify our greeter and also a great keepsake. Flowers were beautiful and leis were full, no empty spaces. The flowers stayed fresh in the fridge until our return flight home. Definitely would order through them again.

I surprised my group with an airport lei greeting to celebrate a 70th birthday. After a long travel day, it was a welcome surprise. I received texts from our greeter upon arrival to the airport. We were greeted at baggage claim and everyone loved it. I also ordered the Hawaiian snacks package knowing we might want to nibble on treats on the ride to the hotel. Our greeter Dani was so nice and we had a great experience with this company. Would definitely use them again!

I booked this service for my brother and sister in law months ago. Over that time I was constantly emailing for different reasons because I wanted them to be surprised. Every response encounter was so nice and pleasant and even though I probably drove them crazy they never once gave me a bad impression. When I called the last time about their possible plane arrival time changing; I was assured that they were following it and only if the flight number or anything changed I would need to update them. I was happy to find out that my brother and sister in law were so happy and kept their sign. I wish they got a pic with the greeter themselves but perfectly fine. I went online and saw I was too late to place an order so I called and the person that helped me was so sweet and she went above and beyond. She took my information and said she would call Maui OGG to see if she could get me an order in. She called back within minutes and confirmed they could do it. We landed 30 minutes early, and that was not something the welcoming person could find out. Luckily the sign with the name was fixed on the cart, so I identified the lady sitting in the back of the luggage hall as the one who would surprise my wife unexpextedly. Like this I surprised the lady and so she packed out the lei and said welcome. She did not know or tell us, where Uber usually waited for customers. Not exactly what I paid for…

Our Hawaiian holiday started so well Very nice lady with our lei was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight arrived slightly late. We were greeted with an enthusiastic bright smile. My wife loved the surprise, guys take note! The rep was very nice and helpful and stayed with us until our transfer car arrived. Highly recommended

Great service! I forgot to order ahead of time and had to call and order day before our arrival to be able to surprise my family. She was very sweet and helpful. I did pay a fee for being a late order but it was worth it. The Leis were beautiful and all my family was very surprised. Our greeter Glen was great and very helpful even helping us choosing some delicious food for our first time in Oahu. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend a lei greeting to anyone visiting Maui for the first time. I was excited to surprise my family but was not sure what to expect. As soon as we got close to baggage claim I saw a rep holding our name on a cute little sign. He was energetic and had it all set up in a perfect spot for a photo. He offered to snap a picture and was as excited as we were to help us celebrate our trip. It was a great experience and well worth the money. The leis were beautiful. They also did a great job of keeping in touch with me prior to our flight. It was a well organized service.

My family and I were beautifully greeted by a staff member of LEIgreeting.com at the airport. They kept me up to date via text and they found my family and I at the luggage carousel. They were the most beautiful leis I had ever seen. My orchid lei was amazing! The men’s lei’s we’re so handsomely made that even my teenage boys thought they were so cool!
