Arvo sticks to the very basics. There are fruit bowls and granola, avocado toast and tonics. There’s even homemade ricotta and nutella with coconut. 🥥 And it all shows up to your outside table looking like it’s been run through a paid app filter. But once you actually start eating, you realize the food isn’t just pretty, it’s pretty damn good. 🏝

Absolutely delicious! The salad and lemonade are my favorite. Seating is all outside (most of it shaded) but they also have a to go option. The bathrooms are shared with all of the shops in the area so you will need to ask for the code. Garage parking is also validated.

The staff were super friendly! Their espresso (from Sight Glass in San Francisco) was pretty good. Definitely not over extracted. My partner ordered the lavender latte which had a very strong lavender flavor. Almost too strong. We also split the ricotta toast which was awesome! Overall, would highly recommend.

Nice spot! In the middle of the action in the SALT center. We had the charcoal latte. Surprisingly good!

I’ve been here a few times for coffee and breakfast! I love their avocado toast and coffee! For what you get, it is very expensive…and the girls that work there are nice but sometimes I feel like they don’t like being asked questions. Not a lot of shady spots, but I know they do what they can. I would come here again, but I much prefer Morning Brew or 9Bar.

Located within the Salt restaurant area in Kakaako, great cafe for breakfast! Upscale seating area and small retail area to purchase logo apparel. Absolutely love this breakfast toast items, especially this smoked salmon toast: thick slices of bread, layered with cream cheese, fresh smoked salmon, covered with capers and red onions! High end La Marzocco espresso machine, which produces wonderful lattes. Love their cafe mocha, beautiful foam drizzle, perfect flavor (for me, not too sweet).

I still dream of the grilled halloumi burger here. It’s the best veggie burger/sandwich I’ve had in a long time! It has all the best ingredients— so so so worth it 💯 My friends all loved what they ordered. Their cold brew was sooooo delightful too. Definitely coming back.

Good coffee in a very trendy setting with outdoor seating only. The sunrise shooter (?, whatever it was called), of orange juice & club soda & simple syrup & 2shots of espresso on ice was surprisingly delicious. Lovely americano ( straight, clean taste& rich aroma). Some pretty open-faced toasts, etc. Major downside is that all cups and serving ware is disposable, creating a huge amount of rubbish. Music can be kind of loud.

This place was super cool and the ambiance was great. The coffee was the best I have tried in Hawaii and the toast with cream cheese and lox was delicious. We went back a second time and loved it even more. A great find in Honolulu.

It was a little tricky to find but, it was worth it. Definitely a hidden gem. Large portions, good vibes, great flavored food and strong cold brew too!

Get the lox. We also ordered the ricotta toast which was yummy. But lox Def beats out. For drinks I got a soy green tea latte which was also v enjoyable. I don't think I'd go out of my way for arvo. But if I'm in the area I would go again. Try it our if you're at salt.

This was my favorite coffee shop we went to the entire week in Hawaii. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the coffee & food were incredible!! Definitely a must!

Really great space and basic eats. I had the lavender latte and egg sandwich, both were great. On a separate occasion, I had the matcha chia bowl and that was super unique! Layered with fresh fruit and matcha cream, it was refreshing and sweet. The outdoor seating is great, but be mindful of closing times. You can park at SALT and get parking validated here.

Been a repeat customer whenever I'm in the area. The toasts are great and there's both sweet and savory options, so I mainly come here for brunch with family or friends. The coffee is fine - not mind-blowingly impressive, but definitely one of the better ones in the area. It's convenient that there's a lot of outdoor seats and there's a parking structure. It's a very popular spot so during lunch hour the wait can get a bit long. The staff also started to remember my name after my 3rd visit, which was a pleasant surprise, and given how many people they serve each day, speaks volumes to the care they put into each customers.

What a great find! My friend and I ubered from our Airbnb to try this place out and it did not disappoint! These are just two of the meals our group ate. The salmon toast was delicious! Worth the Uber rides to and from! :)

This is my coffee spot!! Great coffee, and yummy eats. It’s a bit pricey, but so is everything in Hawaii. The area is full of beautiful people and dogs. Try the charcoal latte. I can’t drink enough.

Went here twice for lunch on our week-long Oahu stay, it was amazing both times! The lavender latte is very good, and the halloumi burger was a delicious vegetarian twist (grilled goat cheese patty) Great atmosphere, clean outdoor shaded seating, went on a Saturday at noon and the wait was still minimal The employees were extremely nice, all in all 10/10 experience

Great atmosphere but food felt lacking. Avocado toast looked great but just didn’t measure up in flavor. Would probably recommend looking elsewhere for breakfast (also line was very long)

A lovely spot for breakfast or lunch and great coffee. My first time on the island and my husband and I tried the Americano and lavender latte with almond milk. The lavender was so subtle, just enough to infuse the latte with flavor, a win for me. Also, we had the salmon toast and an avocado toast, which were great. The bread is light and fluffy and freshly made and the simplicity of these dishes make it enjoyable.
