Every trip we have made in the last 5 years, we have ALWAYS came here 1st BEFORE doing anything else. Over the times we came here, the customer service is ALWAYS on point, always with a SMILE, & best quality items. We flew from MAUI on a day trip to get our (14 year old) twin girls their 1st gold rope chains & pendants. In the past years, pricing has always been the best here & that's why we continue to keep coming, even if we gotta fly over just for the day, its worth it. We was greeted by the owner & Lindsey. No words can explain how AMAZING Lindsey was throughout the process. She was smiling(mask on), patient, & kind, and so efficient and fast with numbers and processing everything. Bought my husbands chain from JES. Great service then and now. We take the chain to get cleaned anytime we want. The store is also opened daily with great hours.
