While shopping to replace my husband's wedding band, Client Advisor Kiki Xiao showed my husband and I several engagement and wedding band options should my husband decide to upgrade my current set. She listened to my requests and sat down with us to find the perfect piece. At no time did she pressure us, assured us that any deposit was fully refundable should we decide not to go through with the purchase, and she assured us that she would call us immediately once the piece came in. We returned to the store several days later and were completely blown away by the exceptional shopping experience from the private room to the delicious desserts and champagne. Store Manager, Jeron introduced himself, answered all of our questions and offered us complimentary hand-engraving to include the characters on all of the pieces we purchased. They made the shopping experience fun, exciting, at ease, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the store. Upon returning to the store to pick up our jewelry, we were met with the same exceptional customer service from both Jeron and Kiki, including pictures taken at the store's Christmas tree. I can't say enough about our experience at this Tiffany & Co. location and would definitely recommend a visit to this location for anyone in the market for luxury jewelry, especially an engagement ring.

Unlike my experiences in other fine jewelry stores in Honolulu, Tiffany's is always friendly, never pushy and NEVER rude! Amy is a great associate, very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. For lovely, and yes affordable and tasteful gifts, Tiffany is a favorite. Give them a try. No hard sell, no shame. Love this store.

Customer service really went down the drain since after the Pandemic. All the purchases throughout the years/decades prior, service was always excellent despite dressed somewhat bummed out (don’t ever feel like dressing up on my day off). This time, looking to spend more than I usually do for a wedding gift for my baby brother, wife and daughter get snubbed out for carrying recently bought mall drinks. I mean I get it, no drinks in the store, but instead of offering to hold the drinks while we shop inside, we basically get snubbed off like a pack of hood rats. Guess it’ll be awhile before I ever step inside… if ever.

This location is consistently clean, professional, and comfortable to shop at. Gerald is a wonderful sales professional that has helped make me feel taken care of when considering my next purchase. Shopping here has always been a delight.

This is only based on service. Prices are stupid expensive. They were Extreamly friendly, and we were able to walk around and look at everything. I about died when I saw a broach for over $60,000.00. Yes sixty thousand us dollars. Be ready to hide your wallet guys.

I wanted to get a special anniversary gift for my spouse and knew that Tiffany & Co would have some great choices that would mark this day in indelible memory. I spent time on the website to choose a handful of beautiful pieces and then read reviews of the Tiffany store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was impressed with what I read and the name of a particular ambassador/associate had rave reviews. I arrived at Tiffany’s and was pleasantly greeted then directed to wait for an assigned salesperson due to current pandemic guidelines. After a couple of minutes of waiting in the clean and comfy lobby, I was introduced to Gerry (Gerald) who would be assisting me - Gerry was the Ambassador of Tiffany/Aloha that I had read about in the reviews! Other reviewers were spot on about the spectacular service received from him but I’d like to add that he actually made my time with him truly enjoyable as we connected on many levels of culture, family, and life as we moved around the store to view the pieces of jewelry that interested me. In short as this is getting long, I purchased two pieces knowing that I was receiving respected name, quality, service, and ongoing support from this iconic company and Gerry. Gerry went beyond my expectations and offered to help with arranging dinner reservations for my anniversary plans which propelled him to “Ambassador of Aloha” status! I highly recommend him to anyone but especially to locals as he embodies the spirit of the islands and the people who are generous with loving aloha.

This Tiffany & Co. in Ala Moana Shopping is an excellent shop! The all the staff were very warm and friendly even though we were very dressed very casually with kids. They especially made my wife feel comfortable during the whole process. The Tiffany cookie present were a cute surprise too!

Clean Classic....maybe an update can be made otherwise comfortable....they made me and my daughter feel like a princess 👸 💕

Highly recommend Walter Wang. We didn’t have reservations but he welcomed us warmly and let us in immediately. He is very professional and always patient. He provided us drinks and let us know how to care our rings in details.

Just wanted to say my appreciation to Gerald Chun and Jeron their store manager. They are both wonderful people. If you ever go to HI, please look them up. They will make you feel like a princess. I even got to try a beautiful pear soleste ring. It was the Best and Wonderful experience my husband and I could ever have. This was for our 15 Anniversary and my Birthday. Gerald made it really special❤️ It was also Tea event party which was Awesome!!

Love this place even though they didn't have the piece I was looking for, and wouldn't have it til the end of the month or in March. Wish I could have stayed in Hawaii to wait for it.😉
