Dear Pandora at Ala Moana shopping center, What’s wrong with the store? Are you guys going down or what? I have been a royal customer for 8 years and never have a negative reviews but not anymore. The old lady with grey hair, was wearing her boots often, she has been working at least for couple of years, she was so rude and unprofessional. I took my mom over there couple times and the grey hair lady was unfriendly and gave us a long sight when she found out we were there only in the store for exchanges. Other workers were unhappy, didn’t even says Aloha like they used to. I feel unwelcome recently. Well, lucky we have another Pandora stores in Waikiki. Sorry to leave you guys a negative review but honestly the store in Ala Moana shopping center is so bad now. Period.

DO NOT GO TO PANDORA STORE IN ALA MOANA SHOPPING CENTER, FOLKS! This store treats customers really bad! They will give you a hard time if you come for a return or an exchange. I went there with my wife back in November and we came back a week ago, the lady name was SUZIE was super rude! SUZIE showed me how disrespectful she was if the customer need more take time to look. She gave us “the mean look”, she rolled her eyes, she didn’t even show my wife how to put the bracelet on, her face was unhappy…Come on SUZIE! If you are not happy then stay home. From now on we will go to another Pandora store because we want a better treats.

"We have nothing for you here" is the best way to describe the experience from start to finish. The sales associate desperately tried to think of reasons why we shouldn't be in the store. The shopping scene from "Pretty Woman" is a fairly accurate reference (except we weren't dressed like Julia Roberts from that scene).

We will never going back again! The staff were so rude! The store is empty with no customer even in the weekend. Are they going to be closed? That’s why the staff were rude to the customers?

I love Pandora Jewelry. I always try to buy a charm that represents the city or place I'm visiting. I wanted to buy this pineapple charm (Hawaii) but they no longer have it in silver, they only have it in gold. The silver was discontinued. I should have bought when I saw it, about 5 yrs ago!!! Next time I'll know better. This time I bought a turtle charm. Tooo cute, and the eyes had the bling-bling!!!

The first young lady was rude and insulting. Sue made it all better. She cleaned my bracelet and charms for free. Who knew. She also misplaced my lab charm Ginger. Had 4 other workers on the ground looking for it. They found it. The first lady acted like I took it. 🤦‍♀️

They make credit card of Pandora after check your credit points for customers NO annual fee .. also Good items with kindly service 👍

Cute shop. Way more options than any other Pandora on island. Staff is nice and helpful.
