Directly from the Honolulu island, a diamond/sapphire stone Kauai leaf shaped ring was made special order for my beautiful princess. Very happy with the outcome and design from the island natives. I also purchased a custom ring for myself. A 24k gold mother of pearl ring that I couldn't be more in love with.

I haven’t seen fine jewelry this well-done in a long time. I am really picky about jewelry, rarely finding anything I’d actually buy. At Na Hoku, I wish I could have purchased a dozen pieces because the jewelry is really so beautiful! I found a unique carved mother of pearl pendant and a beautiful pair of gold pearl earrings that I will truly treasure. The customer service at Na Hoku is also exceptional. The lady working there wrote down style numbers in case the items weren’t available online and notified me that shipping is free as well. Overall, great experience with beautiful, high quality products!

Outstanding service! Needed my engagement ring resized while on vacation and Hendricks was very helpful and was able to get the ring resized and back to us within 24 hours for a very good price!

First off…thank you Kalisy H! I wanted to get a pearl ring for my Mom while visiting Hawaii and Kalisy helped me pick out a beautiful freshwater pearl one, set in silver, notably, this is after I had missed a 9 at the end of the price of a salt water one and she still helped me the same. Kalisy had my Mom’s ring sized and ready (rushed before I left for home to MD) the very next day. She called me to let me know that it was ready and boxed and bagged it beautifully for me. Thank you so much Kalisy and Na Hoku for being great to me. The service I received was outstanding!

Purchased my watch at this store in 2013. Unfortunately the clip broke and no jewelers in Australia could fix it. Took it in and Beth (Manager) arranged to send it to their workshop for repair quoted $50 which was fine by me. Watch returned within 48 hours,new clip, cleaned and new battery. Now the surprise Beth advised all done at NO CHARGE. We were taken aback consumer service like this is rarely seen these days. Highly recommend this business, thanks Beth.

The jewelry is stunning. The sales staff especially Alicia and Cathy. We had visited several jewelry stores while my husband and I shopped for pearls. We were treated so well by the staff here that the shopping experience was just as precious to me as the jewelry!

After looking online and loving the unique designs of rings that they had, I walked in with my fiance to pick out my engagement ring. Moon was very helpful, and they ended up having the ring I was looking at in rose gold, which was not available online, which made me super happy. They were able to get it resized and are able to ship it closer to me to pickup (as I was on vacation when shopping here). I can't wait to get the ring!! Thank you to Moon, ill definitely have my eyes peeled at this store for when I am shopping for my wedding ring.

Hendricks was amazing to work with. The jewelry is unique and I enjoyed this family owned business. There is definetly something for everyone in there.

I bought a supposed gold ring from here in 2019…this is what it looks like 3-4 years later. It’s clearly not solid gold as advertised. They have nice stuff at first glance but it doesn’t last
