I noticed they had Hawaiian heirloom bangles in the window. I own a couple already but was curious if my hand size had grown because I have put on weight. I asked the clerk if she could measure my hand and tell me what bangle size I wore and she said “you need to go to a store that sells bangles and ask them“ and I said, “aren’t you a store and don’t you sell bangles?“ And she said “yes but you haven’t even looked at our bangles so why should I measure you” and I said “well I was going to look, but I’m curious what size I wear”. I said “Am I understanding you correctly you will not measure my hand unless I choose a bangle first”? And she said yes and I said “sorry, you make me not want to shop here” and walked out. UGH she put out such a snooty negative vibe. This was on January 19, 2022 at about noon. Update: I really appreciate the store reaching out to me, however I live in Oregon and probably won't be back until next year. Please re-educate your staff on how to provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you.
