    Leah from the Ben Bridge Pearl Ridge location has been able to help me twice to find the perfect piece for me. Her customer service skills are EXCELLENT and she is Very KNOWLEDGEABLE about their products. Her undivided attention to be Helpful and Courteous without persuading you too purchase is the kind of service I expect but don't always get from Jewelry Associates. I especially appreciate that she always recommends trying the jewelry on one last time before you purchase. Knowing that she was able to track down 2 pieces just from a brief description, gives me the confidence to go back to her the next time I feel the need to sparkle a little more.

    Cynthia has been such a great help with accommodating me with every little detail and specific requests on making MY Dream Ring! She has been so patient and helpful in every way possible. I've never felt pressed or obligated to purchase anything. She's made my Ring shopping experience one to remember! She will definitely be Invited to my Wedding! On a side note, I've been to many other Jewelers but neither of them met any of my expectations and never made me so welcomed until I went to Ben Bridge. And the Manager Macy was very helpful and well informed on the Products. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    Mahalo Plenty to Sylvia Solis Aguilar who was my personal jeweler giving me the best options for my precious family heirlooms. I was able to restore two rings from my husband's side and my mom's side of the family to make them into the most gorgeous beauties that i almost didn't do. Her keen eye saw the beauty beneath the beat up old metals and tearfully upon her quick call to come pick them up she shared hugs and joys of how amazing they both turned out to be. Didn't try to up sale me just sat and listened and shared in my excitement to bring these two vintage pieces to modern beautiful pieces that i almost didn't feel worthy to wear. Ben Bridge did an amazing job and i am so thankful for Sylvia's expertise and patience to show me how amazing these legacy pieces came out.... priceless yet didn't break my bank to restore my heart and mostly my spirit. Every time i look at it i still get chicken skin of its beauty.

    After looking online, I was genuinely looking forward to coming to this store v.s. your standard Zales, Jared's, etc. Last night was the first night my boyfriend and I began ring shopping to get ideas of what I liked/what I didn't. Immediately upon entering the store we were greated; great! The sales representative however was too forward, much more pestering than helpful. It truly ruined our experience for the store itself, and added to the negative experience overall of shopping for a ring. This was not the only jewelry store with representatives that acted like this. It's very disheartening when it's supposed to be an exciting experience. I understand you have your sales quotas, but I think employees need to learn they're pushing customers away with their forceful tactics.

    Great experience with May. She was friendly and helpful. Upon opening product box found two price tags less than what I paid. Went back to store to show them price. Initially manager was trying to explain that price had gone up. I explained that all other stores would honor the price that was came with product regardless of the higher price in cash register. It’s their responsibility to ensure that price in register matches price tag on product. Manager Macy finally agreed to honor price on product.

    Went in to ask about repairing my diamond ring. The diamond fell out. We were so impressed with Macy. She took the time to clean my ring and check the rest of the prongs on the other diamonds. She was very patient and really knew her diamonds. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a true gem. Will definitely recommend to anyone. I feel confident leaving my ring in good hands.     May of Ben Bridge Pearlridge has been the one who is assisting us since we first came in the store. Eversince she has always been very professional, she always provides the best choices that suites our needs. She is always very courteous and very patient. She takes her time to provide all the information about the product that she is selling. My family and I appreciate all her efforts.     I had the absolute pleasure of working with Peggy Rose. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. I had NO idea about the many variables that went into buying a wedding ring. Peggy Rose took the time to thoroughly explain everything from the cut, color and clarity to helping me find the perfect ring for my likes and budget. I really felt at ease.     Everyone was very attentive, kind and willing to help. Everyone in the store said hi and/or offered to help and even offered me a cup of coffee. Erin was so helpful, from calling her for an inventory check, she made sure to put a watch on hold, getting it sized when i came to pick it up, explained their warranty policies and assured me if i had any issues or further needs i could just call. Looking for a watch or jewelry, that's the place to go for an excellent experience. Thanks Erin!

    The reason this place is getting a 5 star review is solely based on the service provided by miss Sylvia Solis Aguilar. I was recently in the store when vacationing in Hawaii. I was looking at the Roberto Coin line to treat myself with something to remember my trip. Sylvia was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about all the products. You can tell by her professionalism and enthusiasm that she is best at what she does. The only disappointment I found was the other staff members. They were all standing in a huddle together, never made eye contact when I entered in the store. They were just chatting amongst themselves (almost gossip like). I couldn't pick up all that they were saying but I heard some cursing and making rude comments. Very unprofessional. Especially in a high end jewelry store. Sylvia is the only reason I stayed and continued with her service. I do hope she is recognized for her outstanding service. Thank you for making me feel welcome and providing your time to help me!

    One of the best shopping experiences, ever! I came into the store looking for a specific style of ring I wanted for my 25th anniversary. Glen gave me several different options and I was able to find the perfect ring. He very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the best ring size.     Waited 3 years for a Rolex here. Went to the store every few months. They never remembered me. Put my name on a "waitlist" 3 times. Worst experience in my life. Constantly telling me to buy other watches or women's jewelry to become a customer and maybe over time I would get lucky.... What a scam. Went to Waikiki, spoke with the real Rolex people. Told them my story of waiting 3 years. They told me that is not the experience I should have received. Needless to say 2 months later I am the proud owner of a Submariner Steel and Gold Blue Bezel. Rolex is a fine product, these sales people and also management tarnish the reputation. Ben Bridge will never get my business. I would never ask anyone to experience what I did from these people.

    Tess was great in showing me my options. Went the day before and she showed me something In my price range. After getting the gift she wrapped it for me and made it look really nice to a point where I wouldn’t want to take it apart. Even though there were o discounts, it was worth the price. Even the store manager came out to chat and make sure everything was perfect. Just an awesome experience all around.

    Patty is absolutely the best! She helped me with my 10 year stone upgrade and I could not be more pleased and blown away with the results.     I’ve known Gayle at the Pearlridge store for years. She’s always happy and willing to help select the best gift for my receiver. She’ll make suggestions based on what the receiver likes an what their taste in jewelry is. She has a good knowledge about the stores policy and explains in detail if you have questions. She does not push to just make a sale which is a quality I look for when shopping anywhere. I enjoy shopping with her and trust that she has my best interest in mind. Kudos to you, Gayle!!!

    Today I picked up my wedding rings and also paid for the new care plans that was offered. Since these care plans are new, it took a little digging up on previous purchases to finish the transaction.     We had a budget on how much we wanted to spend on an engagement ring and wedding band. Prior to coming to Ben Bridge, we went to a couple of other stores and regardless of them knowing our budget, they only showed me rings that was more than double of what we wanted to spend. Then I went to Ben Bridge, Cynthia approached me. I shared with her what I wanted and what my budget was. She showed me so many options and made sure whatever my decision was, it was a ring that I loved. When I found the ring, I loved I knew this was it and as long as it brought me joy like what Marie Kondo says, I knew I chose the right ring. Cynthia was beyond helpful and the sweetest person ever.     My sales associate was Cynthia Moreno and I can’t say enough good things about her. My fiancé initially came into Ben Bridge on her own, which surprised me. The service that Cynthia provided, her care, concern, knowledge, and interest in my fiancé and our special day, all came together to have a wedding band selected and details chosen. Cynthia used all available resources of Ben Bridge to help with the selection. This included having the company draw up the design that my fiancé had in mind. I later learned from Cynthia that she had them redo the design to further refine it as there were some things that she saw that weren’t just right. How’s that for customer care!? My fiancé related the experience with me and how comfortable she felt with Cynthia. When I came into the store by myself to view what ideas were tossed around, my thoughts and experience with Cynthia mimicked my fiancé. It was such a pleasure to work with Cynthia and I am truly grateful that she is now a part of our wedding story.     Great experience with Ben Bridge in Pearlridge Hawaii. Staff was very friendly, polite and informative. I was very impressed with the employees knowledge of their business practices and products. Especially impressed with Cynthia whom was helping me the most. Cynthia mentioned that she was new there, but she was able to answer all my questions. On this visit, I had an old chain repaired and purchased a nice Ruby pendant. The chain was repaired quicker than they estimated and came back to me in a condition better than I gave it to them. The Ruby pendant I purchased for a special friend's b-day and I hope she really enjoys it. Super pleased with my visit at this location.
