I am from Maui and I see a lot of bangle jewelry made from locals, however I came to Oahu and stumbled upon this gem of a store, I met the sweetest girl working whom was absolutely amazing! She made sure to ask what I liked and wanted and after I told her I was interested in bangle jewelry she told me they custom made bangles. I have small wrists so most bangles don’t fit me properly. She showed me a variety of sizes, gold filled and let me know I could pick out my own pearls and shells to insure I was happy! I had three made and I will say I’m beyond pleased with all of them! They fit amazing and she went above and beyond to custom make them the exact way I wanted! They are high quality, they fit amazing and they were actually cheaper than a lot online or on Maui. If you want to custom make anything and want high quality this is the spot!!! I will be a forever customer and highly recommend it to anyone!!! Thank you

Beautiful and lasting jewelry, excellent customer service. I bought my wife two necklaces from the Alohilani Kolohe when we stayed at the Alohilani for our honeymoon in December 2020. She has since worn at least on every day. Neither one has tarnished or broken, and she has not had to clean them. The quality is excellent. We were treated very well in the store, too. I just ordered an anklet for her from here for Valentine's Day with express shipping (so worth the cost to get it quickly), and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to -- even during a Texas winter storm (I know, not really a disaster, hahah!). I needed to make a last minute change to my order and customer service helped me on the phone immediately. It looks beautiful, and I can't wait to surprise my wife with it. Whether you live in Hawaii or you're on the mainland like me, and if you're wondering if this is a great jewelry store to purchase from, I cannot recommend Kolohe enough.

Beautiful jewelry, store and company! I got to meet the owner at the store who was beyond helpful and passionate about her art. Her story about the name of the company is wonderful. I bought several pieces, one of which my daughter wore our whole trip, swimming in the ocean constantly and her necklace held up beautifully. I’ll add photos soon. This store is located inside the Alohilani Hotel. The whole staff was amazing. A must stop in Waikiki!

I have been buying Kolohe jewelry for some time and I have to say I am always impressed by their high quality of jewelry and their attentiveness to their customers. I was able to participate in their jewelry making class with the store owner Rose and it was the best experience I had while visiting Hawaii. She guides you through every step and creates a wonderful ambiance that is pleasant for all. It is A MUST DO ACTIVITY when visiting. Please book your class next time you visit or are in the area of Waikiki.

Had a great time making jewelry the other day in Kolohe. The staff was very helpful professional and knowledgeable. They provided lots of tools to work with and a bunch of unique charms and shells from Hawaii. I got to create my dream piece thanks to the help. I went in there to buy a cool gold bracelet in the window that I saw earlier In the day and I was invited it with aloha and care! Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!!!

We loved this shop and bought so many beautiful things there in August. My granddaughters took a jewelry making class and just lived it. I did most of my Christmas shopping there and will buy more on line. The workmanship is excellent and the owner is just adorable. PS we also loved the “donuts” she provided for the class! Wish her luck.

A great little find! Picked up some great pieces for gifts...and a little something for myself too. A great local family business!!! They also have some fantastic locally made sunscreen that is environmentally friendly. It comes in tinted (for my darker complexion - no white streaks!) and lighter and don't have to worry about TSA as it is a semisolid paste. So happy we ran into their proud Dad on this trip!

I love this locally owned boutique! I took a jewelry making class and it was fabulous. I communicated with the owner, Rose, before arrival and she was helpful and professional. When I arrived I was met by Megan. She's a local who educated me about the jewelry, beautiful stones and Hawaiian history. Not only was she patient and kind, but was wonderful in making suggestions and helping with design. I absolutely adore the jewelry I made. It's gorgeous and high quality. If you have the chance, stop in to make something (I believe they have classes daily) or purchase a gorgeous souvenir. CHECK THEM OUT! Mahalo Rose and Megan!

Quality products, elegant designs, beautiful store and experience, and passionate owner. Highly recommended! I heard about Kolohe and first visited their booth which was shared with other University student entrepreneurs. Now at Alohilani, Kolohe is on a whole level. I am so impressed with Rose (she's been making jewelery and having her own business since she was 16!) and had the pleasant surprise of randomly joining a class on a weekend morning. I intended to just run down and pick up a little gift, but ended up sitting and making a customized bracelet. I am terrible at this kind of stuff. Result? It's been about 4-months and my girlfriend wears the bracelet everyday and hasn't taken it off even when she's freediving. Don't forget to check out the clothing line and for sure join the email list for secret daily discounts leading up to Black Friday.

Such a cute store and friendly staff. I passed by a couple of times and always saw engaged customers which is a plus for me. Finally got to stop in on my last day and found so many pieces that I loved. My family and I bought necklaces, earrings, and rings. Love love love that they can ship to NJ. Can’t wait to see their new items!

Arrived at 6 pm tonight with a group of 5 all wanting a permanent bracelet. The young girl at the counter was friendly but should’ve been working alone. The sodding machine wasn’t working and we kindly asked her what now…she tried to troubleshoot and said she texted her manager. Manager never responded and when we asked if she could call her, the answer was we are asked not to. What business person puts a new hire to work alone on a busy Friday night? Long story short, we went to the other location and that girl was excellent! Don’t go to the location located in the hotel, bad service.
