    I recieved an email stating my ring was at the store so I went to go pick it up after it had been gone for over two weeks. I arrived at the store and waited (seriously over 25 minutes) before any of the workers acknowledged my presence and I asked for help and they ignored me. After the 25 minutes, someone finally came up to me and said I'll be with you in a moment, another 25 minutes go by before I'm helped and my ring isn't there. They called the shop where the ring was shipped from and there computers are down... the workers at Kay Jewelers promised they would call me by the afternoon with an update on the whereabouts of my ring. No call was received. I called the store a few times that day, just to get hung up on. Recieved another email the next day saying my ring was at the store, again, I drive to the store. Get smiled at by one of the workers, I smiled back and asked if she worked here she said " no" so I'm waiting to get help because the store was busy, so I'm waiting my turn. the same lady that told me she didn't work there asked me what I needed because I'm just standing waiting for the other employees to be finished and I told her "just picking up my ring, do you work here?" and she responded "i can do that for you" i was waiting for 10 minutes with this lady just standing next to me who told me she didn't work there. This whole experience was frustrating and I rather drive further than deal with this store or the employees.

    Store manager Marcus at the Pearl ridge location was very helpful and welcoming. He helped us save an extra $25. His customer service was above and beyond as well.

    Kay jewelers specifically Marcus was so helpful and even gave us helpful tips that will help us in the future! He was sweet and funny and super knowledgeable. Would def recommend coming back to buy from them again!

    Today 7/18/2023 I went to Kay’s Jewelers today and purchased a beautiful diamond enhancer to go with my princess cut wedding ring. Marcus did an amazing job assisting me with which diamond enhancer would go best with my ring. I love his knowledge about Diamonds. The displays of all the jewelry are beautiful. My wife bought my princess cut from Marcus 5 years ago. He’s very friendly and gives outstanding customer service to his customers. Thank you Marcus for all you do. I appreciate you very much. I’ll definitely be back 😊

    The only reason I'm commenting is because my ring was dropped off for repair (redipping only, no resize or diamond repair) in the first week of May. It is now June 20 and my ring is still not back. Initially they told me there was a delay due to Mother's Day. I was fine with that. I then called 3 times and due to the time difference for the jeweler in Vegas and computer systems not being up yet I was given no information. I then called back and spoke to someone who finally gave me an update. My ring had been sent to the wrong store and that store is not in Hawaii. They told me they would contact me as it should be in within a week. That was last Saturday (June 11). I just spoke with someone today who said it still hasn't been updated in regards to being sent to the correct store. This is not the store's fault and the people who work there have given me as much information as they can when I've been able to speak with someone, however, this is getting a little ridiculous. It's been almost 7 weeks since dropping it off and almost 4 weeks since my promise date. The employees of the store are the only reason for the 3 stars. :(

    The staff at the Kay Jewelers at the pearlridge mall is very knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure our shopping experience will be a memorable experience. Highly recommend Kay Jewelers for all your jewelry needs

    Beauty at Pearlridge Kay was very kind and welcoming even when just browsing. So much so that I ended up coming back the next day just to purchase with her at her location. She explained the benefits of the Vault program and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Beauty is definitely an asset and I hope to see her when it’s time to purchase wedding pieces.     Connie made my wedding ring of my dreams for our vow renewal with the help of Bruce bringing it to reality!! It is everything and more!! To say I am happy is an understatement!! It is my dream ring made into reality for our vow renewal!! I can't stop staring at it and neither can everyone else! :)

    Marcus and Kamalli were amazing to work with in finding the perfect ring. They are patient, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.The selection at this Kay’s location is over the top. We flew over spontaneously inter island to take a look at a ring I saw online. I ended up getting a different ring which I am so happy with. It is absolutely beautiful and so sparkly. Marcus was able to have my ring sized and I went home with it the next day! The experience was absolutely perfect and Marcus and staff are top notch!

    I lived in Hawaii for 4 years. I bought numerous diamond/gold jewelry throughout the years from Kay. When I first moved to Hawaii I went to Kay to have my jewelry checked (I purchased the warrantees, so I get them checked every 6 months). They woman who helped us was very rude. When I asked to have my diamond earrings, tennis bracelet, anniversary band, and my husband's wedding band cleaned, I also asked if my engagement ring (not purchased from them) cleaned. The girl took my engagement ring and examined it under a microscope, then attempted to pry open the platinum prongs, which at last she succeeded in doing, then asked me to look at the diamond under a microscope pointing out that there was a small chip in it, which one of the prongs covered. I thought that this was very inappropriate, and wouldn't have been surprised if the chip accused from her trying to pry it open. Unfortunately I didn't get a name. This occurred in 2011, but it has bothered me ever since.

    Love my ring but the customer service is unacceptable. Why call it a "promise date" if the jewelry never comes in on this date. I bought a new center Diamond on 2/13... It's 3/3 and still no ring. For someone that always wears their ring, that's a long time to be without it...seems almost 3 weeks should be sufficient. When I asked where it was they said "in transit". I said you mean a 5k ring doesn't have a tracking number but my 5 dollar flat rate box does?? Unbelievable.

    Went in to repair my husbands chain. Amy helped us and she was awesome. Took time to answer all our questions. very informative and polite. This is the second time I've visited this particular Kay's first time a gentleman helped me. I believe he is the manager now, but he was also great which is why I came back this time. People making the process easy for you while working quickly and efficiently all while being super professional and courteous. Keep up to awesome work. I will only be going to Kay's for any of my jewelry needs going forward.

    So very helpful i just had to buy that ring...thank you so very much for helping me treat myself ...had a couple of rough years with the passing of family members and my beloved dog...just needed to cheer myself up...i wish I got the womans name that helped me she was so cheerful and fun to talk to.     Make sure they have the correct size of your ring. They messed up my sizing of my wedding ring. They wrote down the wrong size for my ring. So when I got it back it was a size smaller then what I was measured for.

    5 STARS only because of VEE (VERLYNE). Me and my fiancé came in before to look at their ring selection (which by the way is really beautiful!). We were helped by an older lady with glasses. We felt very rushed to buy and she judged me on MY OWN preferences. Long story short we ended up exchanging the ring we bought with her help. &&&& VEE Was the one to help us with that. Not only was she accommodating with the exchange but she helped me pick out the ring I really wanted. Really took her time with us & showed me more varieties of what I am in to. I am so very HAPPY that we went back!! VEE was the best customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with. I 100% RECOMMEND that you ask for VEE (VERLYNE) *** A lot of people complain about no one helping them right away but think about it.. if you’re picking out your dream wedding ring or the perfect gift you wouldn’t want the consultant leaving you to help someone else. The wait isn’t that bad anyway. They see you and will get to you when they have a chance. ***

    Worst location on Oahu. Waited 45 minutes for them to see me just so I could ask to make an appointment and no one ever came over. I’ve called 8 times trying to make an appointment and they never answer. I just want to pick up my ring 🤬

    Marcus went above and beyond to resolve the problem we we’re having trying to have a ring repaired. I even had to call customer service and they were unable to fix my problem, yet I walk into the Kay’s located in Pearl Ridge and Marcus was very solution oriented and we left with a big grin on our face.
