I was fortunate to have visited this OB while in Oahu, particularly because there are only “regular” AD’s near me. While there, I worked with Andrea, who was both patient and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had across the entire Omega collection - once we narrowed in on the Speedmasters, I was blown away by her expansive knowledge and enthusiasm around them. Despite living thousands of miles away, Andrea helped me over phone and email to order a charming Speedmaster that coincidentally had to arrive on a #SpeedyTuesday. I suggest visiting the boutique in person if possible and most definitely recommend asking for Andrea!

The first time I entered this Boutique I was immediately assisted by Allan. A very knowledgeable man who despite my appearance (work clothes) approached me and shared his love for the brand with me. I couldn’t decide what watch I wanted at that time. I was struggling between two colors. I let Allan know I would sleep on it and return. I felt bad for wasting his time but he didn’t seem bothered at all. Again his love for the brand seemed like he enjoyed sharing how amazing this product is everyone. After much thought and YouTube research today I was 99% certain I’d purchase a watch. I returned and again was greeted by Allan. Eager to help we looked at some watches and this time I noticed a white one that I didn’t notice last time. I explained I’m not a bracelet fan. Allan suggested he switch the bands for me to let me see how the watched looked with the black band. When he returned I couldn’t resist the beauty of this creation. I pulled the trigger and today I took home my first Omega watch. I just wanted to comment on how amazing the customer service is here. They are truly passion driven folks with your best interest in mind. Allan is a rock star in my opinion. He just understands people. I truly admin him and today I have become an Omega lover. I will remember the day I purchased this amazing time piece and I will also remember the very professional experience I received from Allan as well. I’m so happy. Today my dream came true.

I visited Ala Moana Omega Boutique twice times to repair last year and to purchase this year. Jay Chang helped me to make purchasing process smooth with his professional knowledge, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase or take service from Omega watch.

Excellent service from the crew. Went in looking for the blue strap of the Omega Seamaster 300 Professional. They had it but without the buckle. They were very honest about not having a timeframe to deliver the buckle if I had just bought the strap. Ultimately, though, they diligently located the hard-to-find buckle at a different store and put it all together for me. Thank you, Christian.

Went in with my daughter looking for a nato strap. Like everyone said, Andrea is super nice, patient and knowledgeable. She showed us an extensive selection of natos. With so many options it took awhile to narrow it down. She had a great recommendation, red & black which we went with. Thank you, very satisfied customers!

As I read the reviews here I seem to see a trend that is also my experience. I came into this store to window shop honestly. I wanted to buy a watch on my vacation to add to my collection. After stopping at 5 other shops in Maui and wakiki beach area on my trip I felt as though I wasn’t treated like a buyer anywhere. It was either a very aggressive sales approach or I was ignored for being in beach clothes. I was discouraged and had low expectations that i would be treated well in the omega store based on how fancy it looked. The moment I walked into the omega boutique I was greeted with excitement and enthusiasm by Steve T. Steve was listening to what I wanted and showed me everything. I was very clear a speedmaster 57 was out of my budget but he insisted I at least look at one because I can’t find them at home and if I’m at the omega boutique I should get my chance to see anything and feel the piece regardless of if it will ever be in my budget. Steve knew a ton about the watch on my wrist and what’s in my collection and seemed to be a true timepiece enthusiast. I was convinced I wanted a Rolex on this trip but my experience at this store made the aqua terra I purchased feel like something much greater than any Rolex I have touched. I can’t say it enough if you are in Honolulu and want to get a time piece you absolutely must stop at this store. It was truly a great experience from the moment I walked in the door.

Our experience with Jay was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell he loves his job. His passion is real and that translates so well because we left with a smile on our faces and a new watch on my fiancé’s wrist. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Took my vintage solid 18k case and band Constellation in for restoration and service about a year ago. When it came back after about a month it looked brand new! I waited to post this to see if the watch would keep time and function as well as it looks and it does; flawlessly. Moreover the watch still looks great. The staff was very knowledgeable & even told me a few things about the watch that I did not know (the band turned out to be a very rare one which was only made for a few years) and helped me with my restoration. I explained that I was restoring this watch in honor of my Dad who had owned a Gold plated version which was beyond repair and the staff really went the extra mile to help me do it right. Highest recommendation for this place. Too bad I only own one Omega!

1st class service! Took my watch in for service without an appointment or call ahead. They immediately identités the issue, reassured my concerns and quickly took care of my watch. Top notch service and would go back to purchase or service.

Visiting Honolulu last summer, I of course had to visit the Omega Boutique. I enjoyed talking with Alan, who was kind enough to show me some special pieces. In the end I found one of the Omega bracelets that I loved and bought. Quite a nice store! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Thanks!

I went in to Omega to try on watches just to see if I liked anything. I was helped by a man named Jay who was incredible! Ended up coming back two more times within the same week and purchased a Seamaster Diver 300. Excellent watch and even better customer service!

Dropped in to get a repair done on one of my watches, Steve provided excellent service. Was provided timely updates on service and projected completion dates, which were met. Drop off and pickup were super smooth. Great boutique, would recommend for any Omega needs.

Back in November I purchased an Aqua terra from Andrea. Andrea, Cami & and everyone in store could not have been nicer. Really appreciate Andrea taking time with me as I found the best Omega for me. I have had my Aqua terra for a couple months now & could not be happier. If you are in the area and thinking of an Omega you will not find a friendlier place to shop. I will def be back for my next Omega:-)

Jay Chang met me almost as soon as I walked in - never saw me before. He was friendly, professional, in touch with my requests, and a watch aficionado himself with a repository of watch information. It was even a pleasure paying for my new watch and he was able to arrange a military discount for an old, disabled veteran. My wife and I will return just to see Jay, but I really like my Omega watch!

I have dealt with only one gentleman at this location. I have had much better experiences in other boutiques in NYC and LA. Kind of unfortunate. I love the brand however don’t look forward to visiting this OB again.

Great experience at this location! The employees really make you feel like family. No pressure & no arrogant high-end boutique sales attitude. The Store Manager (Camy) is an outstanding organizational leader and it truly reflects in all the employees I've encountered. Large selection at this location, especially since the Waikiki location is closed. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was amazing. The store is beautifully appointed, but it's the staff that sets the ala moana location apart. Camy T. and Andrea L. took their time to explain the intricacies of the brand, the story behind the speedmaster, and the complications of numerous watches. We ultimately decided that the Aventurine Speedy was the one for me and it's been hard to take it off my wrist. They absolutely nailed it. There was no high pressure sales pitch. There was no judging me in my board shorts and slippers. There was nothing of the sort. Patient. Kind. Knowledgeable. Genuine aloha. Thank you both.
