Warning do not use this place if you looking for a good honest luxury watch shop ! I am a business man and I made a deal to buy a watch had everything written up and deal done! just for the next day when I arrived to pick up my watch for them to ask for another 1000 dollars because they messed on their end. I have never heard of this and it’s completely unprofessional !!!! Don’t use

11 am to 7 pm are your store hours? You’ve got to be kidding me. That’s just ridiculous in a place like Hawaii where folks are here to enjoy the weather, outdoor activities and dining. I thought I would pop in after dinner only to find the store closed due to their severely truncated hours. I’m not sure who they think they are catering to, but it certainly doesn’t feel like customers are of primary importance.

Was lied to in order to get a sale, and then all the responsibility was put on me. Ended up wasting over 7 hours total in the store in the middle of a pandemic with reps like Andrew and Jini who don't know what it means to sell with integrity. Ended up cancelling the entire purchase and closing my credit card account that I applied for when I made the purchase because they said they would ring me up for another watch on my Tourneau credit card that they are trying to force me to purchase without me being at the store, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.

Got small vibe as if I was a broke man just window shopping when clearly in my head I was looking for a watch to buy and close to $5000.00 On me and when asking about each brand and every type watch they had I got a answer of excuse me or one moment then walked off to tend to someone who just came in the door! When I’m bout to spend $5000 I wanna know each detail and the different brands especially like myself who don’t know jack i showed my wad of cash I know lame of me and I walked out closing the door I glanced they just felt dumb I actually don’t think so!

Service is very hit and miss. One of the sales representatives was extremely rude to me and so I complained to the manager who ensured I received excellent service. Decent range of new and used watches. The used watches are generally on trend and high quality.

I was on a trip to Hawaii and I popped into the shop before returning home to France, I was surprised by very kind and helpful staff, despite my young age I was taken seriously by the sellers even though he knew that I was just passing through, we talked about the watch for many minutes I recommend the store 👍🏻

I came to Hawaii for my honeymoon and wanted to purchase a piece to commemorate the occasion. Becky was extremely helpful during the process and showcased a large number of pre-owned watches that were at the store. Becky was extremely patient and allowed my wife and I to try out a number of different watches, including pieces that we were unable to afford at the time. At the end of the day, I pulled the trigger and purchased a watch that I have been eyeing for a while. While the prices were slightly higher than online websites, I felt comfortable with the Tourneau brand and the two year warranty that is applicable throughout the states. During the entire process, there was absolutely no pressure. Becky and her team was extremely informative about the brand that I was looking at. After coming back to New York, I found a note from Becky, which I thought was an absolutely warm touch. I will definitely visit again next time I visit. I would ask for Becky whenever you are visiting.

Becky and Andrew were very helpful while I was browsing the store. They were happy to show me various watches and tried on quite a few while I was there before deciding on the Submariner. I will be happy to stop by the next time I am in town.

The associates were all really nice there and the selections were excellent. Friendly atmosphere and the staff provided a lot of great information on the watch spec details and movements when asked.

Loved this store. Staff was very welcoming and Bert was very knowledgeable in timepieces! The team provided no hassle when I returned the next day to adjust the watch I purchased. Would definitely recommend Tourneau

Wide range of brands and okay selection in each but inattentive service with no acknowledgment of potential clients walking in. A "Hello, we'll be with you as soon as we can" or even a welcome would be proper conduct instead of just sitting there.

Tourneau (at the Royal Hawaiian Center), epitomizes the ultimate in customer service and professionalism. First class white glove service all around. I recently visited for service on my Breitling Emergency. Turnaround was under 2 weeks and the price was beyond reasonable. The best part was the interactions with all Store Associates. I will return again (and the next time to purchase). Why? Because I know will be treated with kindness and professionalism. I have purchased previously from Tourneau in San Diego (2009) and the experience (back then), ensured I will remain a Tourneau Customer for life. Tourneau (Royal Hawaiian Center): The only place you should entrust with purchasing a quality time piece. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Marvelous place with excellent service. Went in looking at one brand, then found another I liked even more. Kit was patient and explained some of the differences, plus he took the time to offer alternatives with pre-owned watches too. Ended up with the one I wanted. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Hawaii and shopping at Tourneau. It initially looks intimidating to walk inside because they display expensive watches and not much customers inside. My girlfriend and I were greeted by Yoko, and we are so happy that she helped us. Yoko showed us around and she made us feel very comfortable. She showed us everything in the store and even though we didn’t buy an expensive watch, her great attitude never changed. She is so wonderful and fun. My girlfriend and I ended up buying two Gshocks from her and it was the best experience buying a watch. We took our watches in our helicopter ride (which we offered Yoko to join us because she’s so great haha), and also at the beach. We will always ask for Yoko when we visit again. Thank you.

I visited Tourneau for the first time recently even though I live in Hawaii. I was interested in finding a watch for myself. The staff was amazing. I worked with Bert who was wonderful and everyone working in the store was extremely polite and professional. They provided exceptional customer service and spoke with me in-depth about the products. I will definitely be returning to them in the future! I highly recommend visiting this store.

Fantastic service! Walked in and was greeted by Andrew. Very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. They really had a very nice selection of Breitling watches. I was looking for a very specific Breitling and they did not have it but he knew all about it. Andrew had it shipped from their Vegas store and I was wearing it just days later. I appreciate not trying to sell me some thing I did not want and ensuring I got just what I came in to buy. I would absolutely return and buy another and another and another...

Had a really good experience here, first off they have a nice selection of watches from a bunch of brands like Breitling, Tudor, IWC, JLC, Paneri, Tag, etc. I talked to a lot of sales people like Yoko, Duane and Andrew and they where all nice and helpful. Andrew especially we had a pretty good conversation about watches. I’m leaving Hawaii but I’ll definitely be stopping by if I ever return

While I didn’t buy anything on my first visit, both associates I spoke with were so kind to my wife and me. We chatted about watches, and they seemed knowledgeable. They gave us recommendations on places to go around the island, and I liked my visit with them. I would buy from them if there was a piece they had that I wanted.
