She replaced my Oakley watch battery 10 minutes til closing, and gave me some good advice, now I know where to go when I have any watches needling repairs and/or replacing batteries of any high quality watches as this Oakley watch is a very nice watch and had costed me over $600 from the Alamoana Oakley store before discontinuing watches. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The lady in there is really nice. The guy, not to nice. the ring that I bought, I think was over priced. It was a Tahitian pearl ring. Less then a week later of buying the ring, the pearl broke off. I took it back, and the man told me it would take two days. I week passed by. Still no call. I walk in there and asked them if they fixed it. They took long looking for it as if they lost it. Finally after finding it, it was still not fixed and told me “oh he must’ve forgot about it”. I just payed big money on a ring that broke in not even a week and they’re gonna tell me they forgot about it? Later a week passes by still no call. So I walk in again. I asked if they fixed the ring. And they did. I asked the man why didn’t they call me like they said they would. He said oh she must’ve forgot. Next time I buy jewelry or my family and friends ask me where I or they should buy jewelry, I’m just gonna FORGET they exists. Now, the pearl came off again. And I might have to deal with this all over again.
