My diamond seperated from my platinum. So I had them reset it. They sent it off island and it came back fast. But then it took them like a week and a half to look at it only to come find out that you can’t see all of my diamonds numbers. Then they were going to keep my old platinum crown piece because they were going to let me take it. We had to ask about it. Sure the people were nice but I paid a lot of money to still not have my ring.

I came in here to do a return for an item my mother bought me at another location. The guy who helped me was Jesse. He was awesome. You would think that you would only receive superior customer service when you are spending some dough there, but that was not the case here. He did ask me if I wanted to exchange the item for something else in the store, and I briefly looked but wasn't interested. He didn't push me into a sale and was actually excited to get the piece into his store as he didn't have anything like it yet. Great customer service is getting so hard to come by nowadays (millenials!!!) so any time I come across it, I have to give people their props.

Wish they had more attention to detail when customers come in. Multiple times I've come in this particular store and they either skip me or don't acknowledge that I'm waiting for service. Smh

A bridal set was stolen and with luck I went to another store and they had the exact same one in stock. Needless to say the ring I wanted to purchase my husband would not of been back til September. I thought that was very odd. Never had to wait a long period for a ring. Purchased the ring for a little more than originally but overall it was okay.

Ashley, the assistant manager is nice. The guy though, the manager seems uninterested with us when we came inside the store.

I’m super disappointed in Kay. I have been a long time costumer and spent 1000’s here. I ordered a gift for a friend. They messed up my order then tried to say it wasn’t messed up. Mind you this was a birthday gift. So very time sensitive. I took the gift home and was so annoyed that I took it back and said sorry no this is definitely messed up and you need to remake it. It’s was a name they had messed up!!!! So yes if the name is wrong then it’s not okay!🥴Anyway I take it back they have me return and reorder….so now I have to wait another three weeks for them to make it and another week to have it sent here. And now will be late to my friend for her birthday.very late! Also we bought my son a necklace for Christmas. It broke. We bought my daughter a necklace with a little purple stone. The stone fell out! I’m just realizing that Kay is over priced for pore quality jewelry! Will not buy again from Kay.
