This place refused to take anymore patients at 11:20 PM when the hours clearly stated they closed at 12 AM, even though we were already there. They should just change their hours and say they close at 11:30 PM if that's the case. What kind of doctor refuses to see patients 40 mins before closing time?! Update: As you can see from the time stamp, I called at 11:20 PM and the doctor is lying. We literally spoke to them on the phone for 3 minutes and we were parking our car. He responded to my Yelp at 12:10 AM instead of seeing me. You could tell he just wanted to get home early. Do NOT trust these doctors. Update #2: Since this shady doctor edited his response AGAIN, I need to add that the receptionist told us over the phone that the doctor was making his "end-of-day medical notes". That means that he WAS NOT with a patient. He was going to take that last 40 minutes to just cruise and relax instead of seeing me. I'm glad we're finally seeing this man's true colors. I would not come to see these doctors if I were you. I feel it's important for me to write this review so that people will know what type of people they're dealing with.

I really enjoy the staff at Doctors of Waikiki! Nothing but kind, prompt, professionalism and exceptional service. Open on Sundays which I really appreciate. Plus the office is very clean and pleasant to be in, which I also really like. This isn’t my first visit nor probably my last, because fast efficient health care service isn’t always easy to find. I love the Doctors of Waikiki.

I cannot complain about the medical services provided except to say my husband should have been advised to return for follow up for his inner ear infection and was not advised to do this. His ear infection did not resolve until our return to Australia after follow up medical treatment on our return. After the consultation I was advised that I would have to claim the consultation costs (through travel insurance) on our return to Australia. The cost for antibiotic injection & prescriptions for oral steroids & antibiotics totalled $924.64 aud. A simple receipt with no details of the services provided or to whom those services provided was made available. After the consultation & when payment was made we were advised that a detailed written medical certificate would be provided via post in approximately 30days!!! We waited 37 days & no written details were received. I sent an email after 37 days checking they had the correct address, no response & no written details received. We have today sent a further request for written details as we can’t claim our out of pocket medical expenses until we receive medical certificate s detailed. Australians travelling to Waikiki, be aware of the process used by Doctors of Waikiki.

Came in with an appointment at 7PM and did not get into an examination room until 8:13PM. I know they prioritize they're patients by when they check in and when by how urgent the need is, but I came on time to my appointment and everyone was there for a COVID test...how do I know, because I asked. This office is just under staffed and super slow. They're sense of urgency is non existent in an urgent care facility. You will end up waiting for quite some time regardless of what you come in for. They only validate for an hour parking and I waited in the lobby for over an hour, before even being seen.

Recently relocated to the island and was hit with a bad sore throat and upper respiratory infection. I went to the Doctors of Waikiki to get checked up. This is a great urgent care with extremely professional staff. It’s located on the first floor of the Sheraton Princess in Waikiki. The waiting area is clean and the front desk staff were very friendly. I waited 5 minutes before being called in. The NP was courteous and polite and then I met Dr. T. He was awesome—very knowledgeable and personable and listened to my concerns. Got a strep and Covid test completed and results came back within minutes. I had great experience at this urgent care. Highly recommended for anyone who is in the area needing to see a doctor.

They are just looking to take your money. I didn't care for dude at the front the front desk. He is rude. I saw him being rude to another patient the night before I had to deal with him. It's like he doesn't listen to you completely. I told him I had covid symptoms and I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have it so that I can make sure not to spread it to anyone on the plane or my baby when I get home. This dude hears that I need a test for travel and wants to charge me and my husband $300 each. Took a while for him to hear the part that we wanted the test for symptoms, not travel. Then he comes back and says the clinic charges 40 or 45 something dollars for a rapid test + a 5 dollar fee + copay. My husband and I were a little shocked since we don't pay a cent for rapid tests at home. We just left since the doctor I saw the night before told me he didn't think it was covid and let me go with some meds.

All Japanese people please be careful. I received medical treatment using insurance included with my credit card, but I have not received any insurance application documents. Even if I inquire by email, I receive no reply.

Walked in with my with my wife at 9:30AM on a Wednesday. The facility was well maintained and clean. After filling out the necessary paperwork, we waited only 10 minutes to see a doctor. My wife told me they were thorough with their exam and diagnosis. We were out within 30 minutes to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you Doctors of Waikiki.

I had one of the worst experiences in healthcare today. I went in this afternoon suffering a mental health crisis, crying, suffering deeply, opened my heart to the medical assistant. As I waited for the Dr to arrive he said twice “Here I go to see the patient no one wants to deal with”. He said it once more as he opened the door to greet me. I was in complete shock that a Dr would explicitly say this loud enough for a patient to hear this. As a previous RN who worked in the ER and dealt with mental health crisis, this is the absolute WORST and unethical way to go about interacting or communicating to a patient in crisis. When I called him out he felt immediately embarrassed, ashamed and apologized. I walked out immediately in tears, shocked, empty inside knowing this was no place to attend to my emotional needs. Luckily I was able to call my therapist after this to have her intervene and help me regulate. Can you imagine if someone suicidal went through this without the help of someone immediately after? It makes me so so sad for humanity.

I brought a coworker in for an allergic reaction, the wait time is longer that what we expected. Not enough sitting since it is a small clinic. Definitely worth having this clinic around

We just returned from this doctor's office and I can't say enough positive things about how kind and professionally we were treated. My father in his mid-80's fell in the middle of the night and hit his side on the marble countertop. He was in extreme pain. We were afraid that he had a broken rib. We arrived at the office and were greeted by his front office staff. After completing the forms, we were ushered into an exam room and seen by the nurse, then by the doctor. Dr. Wu was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. My father had x-rays and was given something for the pain. Dr. Wu was compassionate and put my father and the rest of us at ease. Since we are visiting for a family reunion, we were unsure of where to go for medical care. After reading a number of reviews, we decided to go here. I'm glad we did. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and his staff.

My husband got a bad ear ache from swimming while vacationing. We went to this urgent care and was in and out in no time. He was able to get the care he needed. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to by far. Great customer care and service!!!

My daughter had a really bad eye stye that was looking infected. This clinic is easily accessible and we walked in, got checked in, and saw the doctor all within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. We got our prescription and done! Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Causin!

I had a bad torso/testicle pain and had to find urgent care to take a look. It was not easy to find one in Honolulu, as many of them close early or are no longer there. I found this place via my insurance network. Very easy to find and check-in. The place is super clean and well organized. Dr. T was super friendly and professional, and gave detailed explanation for his diagnosis. Within the insurance network, I had a very reasonable out of pocket expense. Your mileage might vary with insurance coverage. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. Hope this info helps.

Awesome front staff who got my paperwork processed very quickly. The nurse and doctor were delicate and skillful when dealing with my attempted super glue laceration repair. Lessons were learned and the stitches are healing nicely. I understand health care is being taxed to its limits and would like to thank the entire staff.

They told me the wait time was approximately 30-45 minutes; kept waiting for 2.5 hours until enough was enough. To top things off, they kept telling other walk-ins after my 2.5 hours wait that their wait time was approximately 1 hour. Why be dishonest about the wait time?

Being thousands of miles from home and needing medical care on a Saturday afternoon. I slipped getting out of the pool at my hotel in Waikiki and cracked open the back of my head. I knew I didn’t want to go to the local hospital emergency room. Horror stories of charging you $5,000 for a 10 minute ride flooded my mind. Instead the wonderful 911 paramedic Asian lady Who patched me up suggested I go see Doctors of Waikiki was the best solution. Dr T and his staff saw me right away Dr T took xrays of my head and neck and gave me copies to give to my primary Dr back home. Dr T responded quickly to staple my wound and stop the bleeding and had me back on my feet in no time. Very thankful for the Dr’s and professional staff at Doctors of Waikiki for the exceptional service They provide, they are truly the best!

I needed to be tested for the novel coronavirus twice, and found Doctors of Waikiki to be pleasant and efficient. You book an appointment on their site, get a confirmation text, and the info you entered will be in the system by the time you arrive. The offices are clean and beautiful and the staff are bilingual (Japanese or English). Note that there are 3 or 4 free parking spots behind the building, they don’t validate the parking garage. When I found out how far other places were for Covid-19 testing (I am not going to Mililani, Wailuku, or Kaneohe) this was really the only option.

If you should get sick on your vacay in Waikiki, this is where you should go. My wife took ill when we were in Honolulu last month, and I took her here. Doctor Wu is great! He listens to you and treats you based on what you tell him. The nurses and staff are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel at ease. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Very fast visit for Covid test. Good lower price than the mall. Take health care insurance. Great caring kind knowledgeable people.

Awesome doctors!! New on the island from NC, my 12month old baby was feverish and runny nose. Dr T was very knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to perform all necessary testing to make sure she was safe. In and out of there in 30 mins! Love this place. Great with kids!

These guys were fantastic. One of the most friendliest dr surgeries I’ve ever visited. From my enquiry phone call, to reception, the nurse and dr who treated me. Their service was second to none. There was a bit of a wait but I was updated regularly on the status and what was happening. My options for treatment were clearly explained and I was given plenty of space and time to understand and decide what I wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Great people at a convenient and nice location. The staff is very capable and caring. The lady at check-in was helpful, professional and focused on getting people signed in, even while dealing with a difficult customer in the lobby. Very attentive medical staff who quickly got me the help I needed.

The triage and doctor were the best for helping my mum and I. We got Covid while in Hawaii and they fully analysed is and made sure the meds were available for us to recover. The doctor was very thorough and compassionate. Very clean facilities and efficiently planned and operated. Luckily it was in our hotel so it was the default choice.... it was the BEST choice for our needs. Thank you!!!!

Very nice staff and very qualified local doctors and very clean. Validated parking. I saw Dr. Sam Chen and he used to work at Straub. He is still doing surgeries there but his office is located here now. This is my 3rd visit here. If you need any medical in waikiki , I highly recommend this facility.

We had to take our five year old here on a Sunday am and the staff and Doctor/nurses were awesome. I’ve been to a ton of urgent cares and never once have I had a doctor call us after our appointment to follow up to make sure our sick child was ok. Dr Carlos was amazing and I highly recommend this place. Traveling with a sick kiddo is never fun and we are so thankful we came here.

Mid vacation, my daughter got sick. Found them conviently located at the Sheraton hotel not to far from Beachcomber. Walking distance. The facility was clean, front desk was super nice and her Dr was very sweet and thorough. Ran Flu test and she was positive. Ordered medication through Long pharmacy which was walkable distance. Highly recommend if you need to visit.

This was a short walk from my time share. The wait was not long at all and everyone from the front check in receptionist to the RN to Dr. Causin were beyond amazing!!! Very kind and made me feel better just talking to them. If you need an urgent care while here on vacation please go here. Although they did not accept Asuris Insurance, I would still go and pay out of pocket. Keep up the amazing work.

5-Stars! We had a great experience at Doctors of Waikiki. The new Omicron variant is very strong, and although my immediate family have been very cautious, one of them tested positive. After making our Covid-19 appointments online, we all headed down to Doctors of Waikiki. Being that more people are testing positive than ever before we anticipated a very long wait, but were pleasantly surprised. The clinic is busy, but the front desk staff and providers in the treatment rooms checked us in pretty quickly. I've heard that other testing sites can take hours and we didn't want to go to the ER, where we might be waiting for half of the day. Doctors of Waikiki offers many different tests so we selected the Covid test which provides results in 20 mins. The doctors, nurses and staff at the front desk were very nice, helpful and spent time educating myself and my family about Covid - how to protect ourselves, what to do if we develop symptoms, etc. Their caring bedside manner is very much appreciated. We highly recommend Doctors of Waikiki.

Great experience at this place. Came here since I stepped on a sea urchin during my birthday trip to Hawaii. They weren't able to take anything out, so they just taught me how to care for my foot while waiting for the spines to naturally come out. I ended up getting an expensive bill, but after talking to them we were able to figure things out. Overall good experience and the doctors and nurses working there are very nice!

I recently broke my toe while on vacation, and I was able to see a doctor quickly, get X-rays done on-site and see the results right away. My injury was diagnosed and treated and I was on my way in less than hour. The whole staff was professional yet caring, and patiently answered all my questions. I also got everything I need to follow-up with my PCP at home.

On the island for work and wasn't feeling well. Checked reviews and selected Dr's of Waikiki. My visit was mid-morning weekday. I was able to walk to my appointment and located the office easily. I was impressed with their facility and personnel. Reception was efficient, and my wait was very reasonable. Nurse and Dr were thorough, caring, and their friendly humor was a pleasant surprise. I left with treatment and knowledge that I could easily visit again if needed. I definitely recommend.

Our daughter is having a fever and cold symptoms during our vacation for the past three days that is not getting better and think it’s time to see a doctor. We are so glad that we pick this place. All of the staff were so nice and friendly. Dr. Edmonds Foo ( I hope I spell his name correctly), was amazing. He came in with a popsicle and two princesses stickers, he took the time to assess my daughter’s sickness attentively and read & discuss everything that we wrote in the paper (including the medications and supplements we had given her). He was also pretty enthusiastic and patience in dealing with my crying daughter. Dr. Foo took a quick swab on my daughter’s nose and the result came back very quickly. I think it’s actually less that’s an hour. The pharmacy that they send the medication is within walking distance from the clinic. We almost go to another urgent care but we are so blessed that we chose this walk in clinic. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful experience here. Had to come in late at night for severe dehydration/food poisoning and everyone was so kind and helpful, as well as quick and attentive. My nurse Raphaela was one of the kindest nurses I’ve ever had (and so gentle with my IV). Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo.

I am so grateful that this service is available! We're here on vacation on the 4th of July and THEY ARE OPEN!! I had an acute gout attack, in great pain, couldn't walk, had three days left on vacay and I had no idea what I was going to do. I called them since I wasn't sure the hours were updated on Google, and low and behold they were open!! 🙌🏼 Not only were they open but they offer a free shuttle service in the Waikiki area, which we are in and obviously needed since I couldn't walk ✅ And this wasn't a surplus Caravan pick up vehicle. It was a pristine clean white Tesla Model X. ✅ The wait to go back in a room was minimal, the wait to see the dr. was less than 15 minutes. ✅ The doctor was very kind, helpful, and since it was a holiday, wanted to make sure the pharmacy was open, too. ✅The facilities are clean, and modern. ✅ The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, as well. ✅ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend coming here for any needs while vacationing!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. When on vacation, I needed medical care. Upon entering, you see the care they take in keeping the facility clean. Everything sparkles. Seats are spread apart which is important to me during this time of Covid. The staff at the front desk was very friendly & professional. Once I completed paperwork, they called my name to be seen. The nurses & doctors were simply the best. They really seemed to care about my situation and wanted me to have the best care possible. After being seen, I had to call the office and was able to reach someone immediately. Again, they provided the same professional & friendly service. If you are in need of medical care, I highly recommend going to Doctors of Waikiki!

Great experience! Unfortunately my son (16) developed a really bad ear infection while we are on vacation. It was worsening, so we stopped in here around 8pm last night. Everyone was really nice, the entire process was easy and relatively quick. Dr. Tropkovski was great with my son. Highly recommend this location if you are unfortunate enough to need urgent care services while on vacation like we did!

10/10 best doctors office I’ve ever been to. We had to get our covid tests done here for our return fight after multiple pharmacies were booked up and the service from both the reception and the nurses were exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and made us feel right at home 💕
