Hate to give bad reviews, but what was experienced here was completely uncalled for and unprofessional, because of one ☝🏽 person. The staff that checked us in at the front desk and my sons vitals was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. But the “staff” member to follow was completely opposite. She had no consideration and professionalism when speaking to me. Also spoke as if she was above me, with lack of empathy and compassion. There was no apology on her behalf and sounds like she is allowed act out as she pleases. Definitely not be returning. Not recommending this urgent care facility.

I felt the need to leave a review because of the negative reviews. The service here is incredible and everyone is so kind. We're in a pandemic so there are extra processes in place. When you arrive, you ring the door bell and someone comes right out with a form for you to fill out. Then you wait in your car until they call you. Once you're inside you get seen right away. It's very efficient. The team are hardworking and competent.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The front office staff, the RN, and the provider were efficient, friendly, and super helpful.

I walked in at 5:30pm on a Sunday sick as a dog. I had a fever, a cough, you name it. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and stayed late to run through all the testing needed for the right antibiotics. Before leaving, they walked me through what I needed to do to feel better, wrote me a prescription for three medications and sent me on my way. 10/10 stars. Thank you for taking the time!

After reading the reviews I felt I needed to let people know my experience. I was on vacation and needed to be seen asap due to some medications I had lost at the airport. Place got me in, i was seen in reasonable time. Dr was very nice and understanding. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

I went in knowing that I had a sinus infection, so I asked the person (Elizabeth Cooke) taking my COVID test if she could please be gentle because my sinus area really hurt and I had a bloody nose earlier that morning. She shoved the q-tip in my nose and it hurt so bad, that I winced and she started scolding me saying "Don't move! If you move it will mess up the test!" I told her my nose already hurt so I couldn't help it the way she shoved it up my nose. I reminded her my nose was bleeding earlier on the side she was going to do and she shoved it up again and I winced in pain. She kept scolding me and was really unprofessional. My nose was throbbing after she did the COVID test and my nose feels worse than before I went in to see them. I asked another employee what her name was, but she refused to give it to me. I shared that I wanted that information to complain to management. The girl goes out and Elizabeth opens the door and screams at me "YOU WANT TO KNOW MY NAME??? MY NAME IS ELIZABETH!" She said it twice and I yelled at her to get out of my room. I had to yell twice because she kept standing there yelling her name at me. When I complained to Dr. Almeida, he looked like he didn't really care and I just saw their picture on Yelp together, so I really doubt anything will be done. Out of all the doctor's visits I have ever had, this was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever visited. Garrett and Julie were wonderful and the receptionist was really sweet, but being that I was treated in this way, I had to give this place a 1 star. I will never be going here again.

Like the reviews experience there is varied. They had a sign on the door to ring the doorbell and someone would come out. When the nurse did come out he told us they weren't letting people in the clinic to wait in the car. After about 40 minutes we walked back and saw people going in so we went in. People were walking in and being received by the front desk. It seems the no people allowed in restriction was being selectively applied. We were the last people in the clinic and when we came out it was empty. I get it. They don't need my business

Don't waste your time. Go to the minute clinic over this non urgent care. Showed up at a time when it wasn't too busy and 2-2.5 hours later I got my vitals and went to the office. Its now its close to an hour since then. Everyone is friendly, but obviously overworked. Unless you want to wait 4 hours to be rushed and told to take ibuprofen and drink water... Go to the minute clinic. Sure didnt have to wait to pay my fee though...

I waited for over an hour to get results for a urine test? Nope...I was the 2nd person to be seen when it opened so that seems a bit outragous! Care team seem nice enough but that wait time is ridiculous to me.

Worst service ever!! Rachel was so disrespectful and they don’t follow HIPPA or OSHA laws, they should be sued!!!

I would give 0 if I could. No front desk presence. Just signs telling you to sign in on the clip board. No one to greet you to guide or to ask questions to. I ended up figuring out I needed to fill out a registration form from a sign on the cluttered desk that did not stand out at all. I waited 40 minutes to finally be called to check-in where I was told my insurance was not covered. I was told by my insurance I could go to any urgent care. I was told the opposite by this office.

Walked in today as a new patient was taken in immediately as it wasnt busy. Was in and out within 30mins. Great help.

Got there at 8:30 am. They checked me in right away, got me into a room and I thought it was going well but an hour later they come into the room to tell me that the doctor is running late. Seriously? Couldn’t tell me that from the start? I could have gone to a different urgent care instead of waiting.

This place is great! We are here on vacation from New York, but unfortunately had to make the visit. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and really cared to take the time to understand exactly what was the issue. Spent a lot of time to explain everything and make sure we had all the prescriptions we needed for the future and for immediate care. Even stayed after closing to make sure everything was okay before they sent us on our way. Thank you, thank you!

I am so surprised this clinic only has 3 stars. For that reason, I feel like I must give a review. The staff at this urgent care went above and beyond to provide empathetic and caring services. I truly felt taken care of there. I barely waited, and then was met with warm and caring nurses and doctors. I’m so glad that I went here. I had a really good experience.

I was skeptical about going here with the bad reviews but on vacation and needed to go somewhere. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant. The doctor was knowledgeable and very nice. I would not hesitate to go again

You feel the Aloha the minute you walk in, there is hardly a wait time and the Medical staff listens to your needs I really trust the doctor and staff

I’ve been here a few times, but today was really great and felt I needed to leave a review so others can see not all experiences here are bad despite the other reviews. I felt so comforted by all of the staff especially Doctor Paet. She is super nice and answered all my questions. Coming to Kunia Urgent is way more convenient then trying to get into my doc in town too so I’m thankful for the excellent care so close to home.
